We had a well stocked and equipped kitchen, even with laundry detergent and individual olive oil packs. The bedrooms were comfortable with the down comforters and plenty of pillows. The bathrooms were clean, nice hot water and bidets. All these details helped make our stay in Seville so positive. Thank you! We hope to return to Sevilla some day and will stay again at your property.

Lockers in the garage was really helpful before check in as we arrived early and then we used them again as we had a later flight. Communications was spot on via text messages. The cathedral was walking distance as well as the restaurants. We would stay here again.

- Yuan (10/5): - The property is neat and quiet. The location is great, close to everything. There are numerous restaurants, churros shops, gift shops such as Orange Tree around. A Lisbon tart store just around the corner and a carrefour supermarket in walking distance. We had a problem with the door access on the 2nd day stay. Since we are able to enter the gate but cannot get into our room, we figure out it could be a battery issue due to the wireless feature. We were able to contact the hotel’s staff via what’s app easily and the issue was resolved quickly. We would suggest foreign customers contacting them in what’sapp before you check in just in case you have any issues similar to mine.

Access is tricky but not too bad. The apartment was very clean, beds very comfortable and bathrooms well appointed, clean and well functioning. The apartment is small but good size for Europe. You won't get any great views but the location is so good as you are only steps away from the Seville Cathedral. Easy to access and the property management was very responsive.

- Christopher (6/5): Great Location, a Few Annoying Issues. - The location was fantastic. We had some minor issues that played a role in our lower rating. We booked a family room. The A/C wasn't working well, there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, and when we took a short nap we had ants crawling on us! Made contact and was asked if we found bug spray under the sink, we didn't. They said they could have someone out the next day to spray for bugs and get us sheets and blankets for the bed. Obviously that didn't help us. They had another, smaller, 6 person room. We took that, moved all of our stuff. Still no blankets or sheets for my daughter's bed. My wife and I gave her our blanket and we slept in our sweatpants and hoodies. This room also had ants, only on the kids' room top bunk bed. We adjusted our sleeping to avoid them, although they did get into some of our clothes bag.
- Seonag (10/5): - This was an excellent apartment for the price. It is spacious, clean and has excellent air con. The location was perfect for our Seville stay. We were on the ground floor and from the living room and dining room you can clearly hear what is going on outside - this was not an issue for us. Useful info - supermarket Dia is close and has a good selection. We would highly recommend Numa/Jondo!
- Maura (10/5): Oasis in the center of Sevilla - Location was perfect and the apartment was spacious and well appointed. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nice touch that they provide small free snacks. Beds and bedding were very nice. Living room area was a great size for family lounging.

- Rogelio (8/5): - The location is perfect in the Casco Antiguo. Really close to the Catedral, but on a beautiful tucked away and quiet street. Stayed in a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for the Semana Santa. Keep in mind that streets are closed during this time in this neighborhood because of the processions and it will be almost impossible to get to park at the parking next door. Inquire in advance. The property access is automated and the housekeeping is once a week. Arrange in advance if you need daily cleaning. Apartments are simple, modern and comfortable, with great AC. Large terrace with view of Santa Cruz church. They leave breakfast daily at your door, which you have to pick & choose in advance. The Serrano sandwich is your best choice. Great choice for families, as there are fully equipped kitchens in case you need to cook. We did have a couple of issues and the assistants were fast and attentive trying to resolve them

- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect location and beautiful property - New favorite! Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. Fantastic central location. The building is immaculately clean and inviting, on a quiet, charming street, just around the corner from lively restaurants and bars. The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully appointed with a large living room, full kitchen (with w/d and drying rack) and dining area, spacious comfortable bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Juliet balcony facing the street below was lovely, and the rooftop was relaxing as well. We preferred the tech-enabled access and were very impressed with the facilities (including easy luggage storage). Our group loved our stay and did not want to leave - we can't wait to come back!
- Neil (10/5): - Loved the size of the rooms and the rooftop patio. Area was great, close to everything. Common areas were very nice and well kept as well. We did have a sewage smell from the bidet when we arrived, however I covered it with a double folded towel and that worked to keep the smell out of the apartment. Apparently all the apartments in that part of town have similar issues, and it was easy to deal with in this case.
- Shabana (10/5): - Excellent location and walking distance to main attractions and restaurant's. Apartment was so clean and had all the right amenities to use ss well as two terraces one we ate breakfast in and the other was outside our room which had two sun loungers which if we had more time could easily sun bathe as weather was glorious. Communication was so quick and friendly. As it was self check in, not having anyone there in person was not a problem as you communicated through WhatsApp and i would get a reply pretty much straight away before my trip and during. I couldn't recommend Numa enough and will surely be looking to use them again when traveling as they are based all over Europe and recommend them to friends. Thanks Numa 😊

- Paul (6/5): - The apartments are excellent. Very close to the centre of the city and I was surprised by how spacious and nicely appointed they are. It drops points for the annoying check in procedure which left us locked out of the apartment for about 30 mins and the parking situation. Do not stay here if you have a car any bigger than a smart car. The roads around the complex are not meant for cars and the parking garage is extremely tight and will probably mess up your paint job.

The only problem was parking - the property had parking but we could not even get to it due to some traffic issues on the streets. The other nearest one was full - it took us about 1 hour to find parking . The property was trying to help by suggesting other parking sites. It was not their mistake just an issue we faced.

- Leighann (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Excellent Stay! Check in and out were a breeze. The property communicated with us in a timely manner and offered to help reserve taxis, shows and dinners. We were in 3B (a duplex with two bathrooms). It was larger and nicer than the pictures conveyed. Highly recommend! For us, it was the small things that really set this property up to be a 10. For example, the apartment had a pair of scissors, an extra charger cable, YouTube access.... details like that to make difference. Just a reminder: It is a self service apartment which means no daily housekeeping. We only stayed for 5 nights so it was not an issue. Longer stays may desire a cleaning or two.

- Amanda (10/5): Great Apartment in central Old Town - Antonio from reception was a great help, we got lost trying to find the apartment and he came and showed us where to go. He also told us of some restaurants and booked us tickets to a Flaminco Show. The apartment was very spacious and in a perfect central part of the old town, very close to cafes, tapas restaurants, bars, shops etc. the parking was very tight but was free.

The upstairs patio looking out on to the local church one way and the Giralda tower the other was fantastic. Minor things that would, in my opinion, make it perfect are a floor or table lamp in the lounge area as the light is bright; a draining board and a cupboard to store food items in the kitchen; a dressing table in the bedroom. Would highly recommend this apartment, location is ideal.

- Ammar (10/5): great value! - Great value choice! Nice size apt in a quite courtyard with excellent A/C and well equipped kitchen. Located next to the center a couple of blocks away from the Alkasar and Cathedral. Very friendly receptionist but of course you see them only once. Shower leaked a bit but not a big deal. I would recommend this place.

- Omar (10/5): Great value and excellent host - As soon as I booked this place, I received a welcoming and quite informative message from the hotel. It included tips on nearby attractions, and it inquired about my arrival information in order to provide further assistance. The guy called Antonio also provided me his phone number and said I can call or text anytime which was very convenient. The place itself is clean and spacious, much more than what you would expect from the price. I stayed in a suite together with a kitchen and living room for the price of a hotel room. I'm not sure if but I think the housekeeping is not daily but less frequent. The parking space was an underground garage that was hard to enter and exit for a medium width car but inside it's spacious enough. I was advised to not drive around but simply leave my car in their parking, and Uber around town, a highly appreciated advice, especially that parking is free. The greatest thing is the host and the assistance he provided. He received me outside the place personally and helped me maneuver my car into the parking space and even on my way out. He was welcoming and extremely helpful with directions and was available to answer every question I asked about the city and even about other cities. There are other nice touches about the place. I say if you find this at a good price, and if you appreciate personal assistance and extra space and free parking, then book this place.
