The casita it self has everything you need from cooking to necessities. The beds were very comfortable and it was clean. It’s a busy road and walking traffic if you have your windows shades up but not enough of an issue to deter staying there.

The WiFi login was a bit confusing, but it wasn’t a huge deal since we hardly stayed in. We got this place mainly to spend as much time on the plaza than at the casita.

Trevor (10/5): - Walking distance to plaza, bakery, pizzeria, and local park. Full kitchen with nice appliances. Full laundry and two bathrooms were convenient for both of us and managing our baby. Balcony and patio were nice. Very easy booking, arrival, and departure. Parking was tight but manageable. The heater sends most of the heat to the top floor unless you close the upstairs vent louvers, though you aren't supposed to close them completely.

Robert (8/5): Charming adobe condo very close to the plaza of Santa Fe - Very convenient to the central district of Santa Fe. Directions for the facility usage and checkout were comprehensive and precise. Though we didn't have need for it, we loved the fireplace.

The kitchenette and laundry facility were very helpful. A lovely, compact place to stay. The pocket door to the bathroom needs some kind of handle and oil for its screeching. A few hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful for bath towels.

It has the right size and I think they offer a series of houses that suits for bigger parties. Just the mattress-cover is too soft for me. Everything else was great.

Suchirawon (9/5): Our 3 night stay at Casita H was wonderful! MaryAnne was very responsive. I would recommend staying at Casita H! - The location was super convenient to Santa Fe Plaza. You can walk(about 10 minutes) or drive. The Casita H is also walking distance to many restaurants. I recommend going to Millie for breakfast it is less than 5 minute walk from the house. It was delicious!! Full kitchen available if you want to cook. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was too soft.
Hayden (5/5): Enjoyed our time in Santa Fe, would look for more spacious accomodations next time. - The location was great, we could walk everywhere we wanted to get to. Having an ouside area was helpful, there were 4 adults in a small. "cozy" casita. The host was very responsive and pleasant. Maintenance, the door handle fell off first time we opened door to patio area, things are falling apart or not working. One burner on stove didn't work, the light cover fell off the light above shower. There is nowhere to put food in cupboards because they are overfilled with not useful items, or broken items. Way too much furniture for a small casita.....I did not realize it would be so small that was never revealed to me until right before we arrived. The street is under construction and is a major thoroughfare, luckily they were still working a few blocks away so no noise yet.
Stefano (8/5): Very good - Our casita was cosy and inviting, with warm Southwestern style that made us feel at home. The architecture is the classic adobe style that captures the spirit of Santa Fe perfectly. The location is great, just a short walk from the main square, ideal for exploring everything Santa Fe has to offer. It would have been great to have two more chairs in the kitchen as we were 4 people, but only two stools were available.
Caro-beth (9/5): A comfortable and convenient casita that accommodates two couples well. - Casita H was perfect for our stay in Santa Fe. It has two bedrooms with two private bathrooms, which is hard to find in these types of rentals. The kitchen is well equipped, and has a table for four. The casita is within easy walking distance of the plaza and several museums. Parking was convenient. The only complaint we had was that our bed had a tilt downward on one side, such that the person on that side felt like they would fall off. We stuffed the bedspread under the mattress the next night, which solved the problem for us.

Excellent location and parking right outside the door. We were in Casita H. For a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit to be around 600 sq feet, you can see that it is very cramped. Not much space to move around or arrange suitcases. Bathrooms have cruise ship bathroom feeling (cramped). Property is in need of serious upgrading of floors, TVs etc. small screen RCA TV, about 20 years old in the living room. Floor was buckling up in many locations. We stayed 4 nights. There is no view of any kind from the house. Hardwood floors should have been replaced or refinished about 20 years ago.

Adjacent private residence had a barking dog one night for over 2 hours. Barked again the next time but only for 30 minutes or so. Heating was hard to regulate as bed loft hottest room in unit. Some of the walls had unpainted patches and areas of the walls needed to be cleaned or wiped.

The property was very dated and grimy - it seriously needed a thorough cleaning, which is odd to me since we were told we were in the unit reserved for people with allergies. The walls had tons of chipped paint and holes, with one large hole in the bedroom just covered with a bunch of tape. The shower curtain in the bedroom had mildew on it, and there were large spiders everywhere. We spilled a coffee in the living room and when we went to wipe it up, the paper towel came up black with the dirt/grime from the floor. Finally, the beds and pillows were so uncomfortably soft it caused back issues. We wouldn’t stay again, which is a shame - this property has so much promise given its location!

Susan (9/5): Visiting the Mountain and Valley Wool Festival - The casita compound was ideal for our group of 3 families meeting in Santa Fe. The location was perfect for walking into town and accessing arterial roads to other destinations. We loved having breakfast at "home" and being able to purchase ingredients at the farmers' market to cook family dinner together. The enclosed patio was nice for morning coffee and secure bicycle storage. Utility improvements on Guadalupe Street and resulting lane closures made the area quieter than usual and even easier to access the off-street parking. Our smallest of 2 bedroom casitas had everything we needed, but there was limited space for accessing luggage in the bedrooms.
Erna (6/5): It was okay for two nights. - Walking distance to plaza and restaurants. Bathroom and bedroom separate with lots of stairs from one till the other. We saw bugs. Bed was not comfortable.
Depew (4/5): We had a great time in Santa Fe but would stay somewhere else next time. - There was no breakfast. However, there was a very cute cafe just next door with great breakfast choices. Enjoyed that 5 out of 7 days. The casita was cute. My friend and I each had our own space which was a bonus. The casita was very small. That in itself was not the problem. The problem was in the details. We needed to wash everything before we could use it. This includes utensils, dishes, sheets and towels. Everything looked great on the surface but was less than clean.

Bedrooms & baths on small size. Too many decorative pillows in bedrooms which took up living space.

Catherine (9/5): Cute tiny apartmemtn close the Santa Fe Plaza - Location is fabulous! The description is clear about stairs, which was no problem. The casita is in a great location, minutes form the Plaza and from many restaurants. Kitchen is stocked and adequate for making coffee and breakfast. The bedroom is upstairs with skylights so very bright, and the little couch for sitting is downstairs, dark and very small. Compared to other rentals in the area, the price was a little expensive for what you get. I was a little disappointed in he value, considering the cost.

Caswell (10/5): Very comfortable, quiet stay with a great location! - The stay was great! Location was about 3 or 4 blocks to shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped. Extra garbage bags, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker etc. Two fridges to store beer & wine and food. Our host was fantastic! The communication was quick and MaryAnn was very helpful when we had questions. Parking was tight but we were able to park on sight no problem. We couldn’t figure out the fireplace flue so didn’t throw a log(supplied) in. It was chilly so that would have been nice.

Gloria (4/5): Never again - This home is beautiful and cozy, it is also conveniently located near many restaurants and stores. Entering the home is also very easy and the instructions are very detailed so it's very straightforward. It was dusty in some areas and the electrical is faulty in one of the rooms so I needed to keep the lights off. At least the heater worked but it gets very cold in there since it isn't well insulated. So my family and I used this as a connecting point while we signed on our home. I had 3 cats and 1 dog and the cats stayed in their kennel since they weren't going to be there long. As soon as we got our house, which was the same day, we transported them there to our home in order to avoid being in this home long. They're chill but I know most people don't like cats so I didn't want them to leave a trace. I cleaned up after myself, did the beds, and threw out the trash and I was still charged with damages blaming my cats for poking holes in a chair. Now I don't know how my cats could have done that from their kennel but what could I do when the host didn't even present proof of the so called damage and just charged me. She tried to claim it was my cats and that she found their hair upstairs. The only hair we could have left was my dog's because he was let out. The thing is that our dog spent most of the time we were there either in the little patio area or in his kennel so it couldn't have been too much fur. This is a great place to stay if you don't have any pets at all. It's cozy and conveniently located. But if you have pets, be ready to be placed under attention and judgement. You've been warned.

Kimberley (10/5): Casas de Guadalupe made my Santa Fe experience very special. - I had a perfect stay in my beautiful casita. This was my first visit to Santa Fe, and I needed a place where I could work and also easily get to the sights. The place was cozy and in excellent shape. Easily walkable to the town center and a number of terrific restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Parking was available on site. Mary Ann was very communicative and so check-in and check-out was a breeze. A week is a long time to commit to accommodations, and I was happy that I chose well!
