• Miriam (9/5): - The location could not be better, centre of Rome, metro just out of the door. Many interesting places are walking distance from apartment. Many shops in the area. For 5 days we were only provided with only one bath towel and one hand towel each. A shelf in the shower cubicle could be useful if provided as we had to put shampoos and shower gel bottles on the floor while showering.

• Antonic (6/5): - Unfortunately, my experience was very negative and I want to warn future guests. Before our arrival, the person responsible for the accommodation asked for photos of our passports and even insisted that I take a picture holding my passport with my face clearly visible. Upon arrival, he also photographed my payment card, even though no deposit was mentioned on the Booking listing. Four to five days after our stay, there were multiple attempted unauthorized charges on that same card, each for 50 euros. The card was immediately blocked, so no financial loss occurred — but it is clear that my data was not kept safe. The apartment itself was acceptable, but due to the serious misuse of personal information and card details, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. The safety of guests’ data must be a priority, and this was a very upsetting experience.
• Kuba Szp (6/5): - - dobry kontakt z firmą wynajmującą - ładny apartament z potrzebnym wyposażeniem - lokalizacja - blisko do atrakcji. Poruszaliśmy się na piechotę - mogliśmy wcześniej zostawić plecaki i wrócić zgodnie z czasem meldunku - nie zostaliśmy poinformowani o remoncie fasady budynku. Okna były całkowicie zasłonięte, żadnych widoków (a szkoda) - nie zostaliśmy poinformowani o remoncie windy, a mieszkanie znajduje się na ostatnim (chyba) 6 piętrze. Codziennie kilka razy darmowy sport. - meldunek miał być o godz. 15. Natomiast jak przyjechaliśmy, to czekaliśmy przed drzwiami ponieważ o 15 dopiero zaczęło się sprzątanie końcowe po poprzednich gościach. Do mieszkania mogliśmy wejść chwilę po godz.16. Obniżam ocenę właśnie z powodu braku informacji. Biorąc pod uwagę różny stopień mobilności gości, a także np towarzystwo małych dzieci, pewne informacje byłyby kluczowe.

• Virginie (4/5): Je n’ai pas aimé ce séjour. J’avais hâte de partir de là , surtout à cause de l’odeur - Lit confortable, sofa apprécié. L’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas, plus de 180 marches à monter pour s’y rendre. Arrivé dans le logis, la vue qui nous est annoncée est bloquée par des échafaudages et un voile. On ne voit rien. Il y a une odeur d’égouts vraiment désagréable. Au fil des jours une importante couche de poussière tombe du plafond. Le lave vaisselle ne semble pas fonctionner , il n’y a plus de savon pour mettre dedans non plus ( la boite est là mais vide).
• Tomasz (9/5): SUUUPER - Super mieszkanie. Fajny widok mimo remontu. Szkoda że nie działała winda ale byliśmy o tym poinformowani przez obiekt. I tak było warto. Idealna lokalizacja. Mieszkanie czyste. Była kawa, herbata. Łóżko wygodne. Pani bardzo miła. Mogliśmy zostawić plecaki wcześniej i pójść zwiedzać Rzym. Chętnie tam wrócimy.

• Nina Batyah (10/5): Great apartment! Superb location - The flat is exceptional, aesthetically pleasing, and exceedingly comfortable. All locations are accessible on foot. The Spanish Steps are about seven minutes away. At the corner of the metro station, after four stops, you will arrive at the terminal station. A superb supermarket is located just around the corner. Piazza del Popolo was across from our building .All processes proceeded seamlessly from check-in to check-out. The host consistently attended to us and our requirements. Undoubtedly coming back We loved everything!
• Nikola (2/5): No view, no elevator, no warning - I am sure this used to be a nice place, but pictures show what it looks like at the moment. We found out the elevator wasn't working only after we paid full-price on a non-refundable rate. Once we got there we saw there was also no view, as the building is currently undergoing extensive renovation. I doubt it will be done anytime soon.

• Heather (8/5): Great location and facilities - Brilliant location, was able to access most attractions via walking. Trevi fountain 30 minute walk away. Amazing view, from the rooms windows. The washing machine came in handy throughout our stay, with a maiden and iron/ironing board. Very useful as you get to wash any dirty clothes before packing your bags for the way home. Bit of an ant problem. Not enough of an issue to warrant complaining about though. Taxi to the suite dropped us off the next building over next to a row of bins, where the rubbish for the flaminio suites is disposed of, which was a little confusing. However if this happens to you, head towards the building on the right hand side of the tram tracks. Pictures on booking.com could benefit from a front building view, Google maps is not your friend 🤣.
• Huseyn (10/5): Second visit after 3 years! - That was my second visit to this apartment. After 3 years I again opted to stay here due to convenience to reach main city points by walk, bunch of available facilities (storage, metro, market etc.) next to the location and the exceptional stay experience in the apartment. I again left with high satisfaction! Simply TOP!
• Serina (9/5): Excellent placement - The apartment is perfectly situated, the metro station is just downstairs. To Spanish Steps, it takes 12 minutes on foot, to Trevi Fountain 20 minutes on foot. The Vatican City is only 2 metro stops away. Many shops around to do your grocery shopping. Round the corner there’s a luggage storage shop if you need one before taking your train/flight. We tried a couple of restaurants and cafés nearby, and they were ok even though not excellent. The apartment itself is clean, though we found some bugs in the blankets. There’s everything in the pantry/kitchen. You might need to buy your own olive oil. It’s on the 6th floor with an elevator, but there is a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator. So if you have mobility issues, take this into consideration. All in all, this is a great apartment that I will look into again when I visit Rome next time. We found some bugs in the blanket. It is quite noisy as it is very central located. The noises calm down at around midnight. So, bring your earplugs. The blinds of the windows let some lights in, but this could be good so you’ll wake up naturally in the morning and go see Rome instead of waking up late 😉
• Kristina (9/5): Incredible stay in the centre of Rome - Very nice property right in the centre of Rome. It is actually bigger than seems on the photos. It is in very convenient location right on the doorstep of a lot of restaurants and walking distance to all sightseeing. A central line tube stop is right at the doorstep going directly to the train station and the Vatican Museum. There is also a small supermarket right downstairs. The host was very lovely and offered to help me arrange transfer from the airport. Also sent me information on all ticket bookings for the attractions in advance. When I was greeted by Raoni he showed me everything in the flat and even sent me recommendations of restaurants after. I can definitely say that the property added to an amazing trip to Rome. the only caveat is that there is a late check-in fee if you arrive after 8 pm, which is not listed on the description of the property, but is communicated once you book and share your arrival times. Additionally, as it is in the centre there are a lot of churches around, which means you will be woken up by the bells at 8 am.
• Damiano (9/5): Superb - The apartment met our expectations. It was clean and very comfortable. The position is perfect because it is 5-min close to the metro and 15-min close to Piazza di Spagna. The host (Alessandro) was friendly and provided us with all details needed to stay in the building and to visit the city.
• Hanyan (10/5): Well location and big room. - The room is big and well equipped with everything, also the furniture and kitchen is very new. We stay for two nights. The outside view is very nice and can see the overview of the city. The building is just locate near the metro station. It is a bit noisy during the nights.

• Jennifer (1/5): Bugs in apartment and mold smell - The view and that's it. There were bugs everywhere in this apartment. We weren't able to sleep because they were even in the bed. It has a weird mold type of smell too. The water doesn't go down in the shower so we couldn't shower properly. When we contacted the property they simply ignored our concerns. They charged a huge cleaning fee but then ask you to clean up after yourself and take out your own garbage to the McDonald's across the street! Are you serious we're on vacation. We did it anyway just to not cause any issues but horrible dirty place to stay.

• Victoria (8/5): A room with a beautiful view! - Excellent location and excellent views. Main bed slightly dated and very very soft. Toilet smelt a little damp. Remedied with some essential oils! Would definitely return. All main attractions within walking distance 30-45mins.

• Debra (8/5): Instructions - The first day was difficult because the washer is very different from what we have here in the US, it operates on a time delay system. When I tried to reach the contact on it it took several hours to get a response, the contact didn’t really understand how to do it either, so there just needs to be a better instruction for foreign travelers. The apartment itself was awesome.

• Robin (8/5): Beautiful apartment, great location - Apartment was amazing! Great location! Subway , small market right outside the door. Spectacular views. Walk right across the street to plaza, shopping, restaurants, walked to Trevi fountain and picked up hop on - hop off bus from there. Took the subway to train station and then train to cruise port My only complaint is that it was difficult to reach someone when our flight was delayed and arrival time changed. I tried calling with no answer and no option to leave a message even though it was mid day. It would have been helpful to have an email option. Otherwise. I highly recommend. Beautiful apartment, comfortable bed, superb location

The kitchen is equipped and perfect for a longer stay. The sofas and covers were not clean. We had to pay extra for cleaning for after we had left, but there was no cleaning during the whole weak we stayed. No sheets, no towels, no bags for the garbage, no amenities.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The views from the room was amazing. Filipe was really kind and accomadating, however, we were there for about 8 days, someone was supposed to come on the 4th day and provide fresh towels, and clean the apartment and they did not. Other than that I would stay again.
• Roslenah (8/5): - Stayed here for 5 nights. This apartment definitely wins my vote for location and size. Room was spacious. Furnished with a queen sized bed, dining table, two sofas one of which is a sofa bed. It has a kitchenette equipped with cooking hobs, microwave oven and a two door fridge. The bathroom is spacious too. Metro station is right below at the apartment. Lots of restaurants, cafes, small convenience shops around . Spanish Steps, Piazza Spagna etc are all within walking distance! Paolo who did the check-in for us was friendly and jovial. He gave us a map and shared information on getting around etc. What I DISLIKE : (1)Paid €30 for housekeeping charge but no housekeeping services throughout the 5 nights there. When asked, was told that housekeeping services will be given for 7 nights stay. Any lesser than 7 nights, you have to pay additional for housekeeping services. But I paid €30 at check-in didn't I for housekeeping services?!?! Ridiculous. (2)Hot water is available only 80 litres per day after which if you have used up all 80 litres, it will take 8 hours later for the water to be heated up. (3)Flights of stairs before you get to the elevator so if you are not a light traveller, think again.

It’s just a good job my friend had a different charger that seemed to fit. And luckily there was a hairdryer.....however the iron....managed to burn my favourite top even though it was on low!

• Lewis (10/5): Recommend for up to 4 persons - Really enjoyed our stay in the cute apartment. Great location, less touristy area which I really liked. Many stunning buildings in the area and a beautiful park within a minute walk. It’s not actually far at all from the tourist area ie Coliseum Trevi fountain vatican etc Very easy walking to them, and this is what you are supposed to be doing I. Rome! However literally outside the apartment is A stop for the metro/ subway on A line. This take you to the Vatican, spainish steps (10mins walking from the apartmen), Trevi fountain. And termani station which you can change other lines. The apartment itself is better than we expected. The view is stunning and the windows.. in fact the whole apartment is bigger then it appears in the pictures. The entrance, lift and halls leading to it are a little outdated but inside is very cute, with decent internet. Other reviews mentioned water pressure which we had no problem with. Alll in all very glad we stay here instead of a hotel.
