- Chris (9/5): - Excellent location. Friendly staff. Spacious room Bathroom a little small.
- Debbie (1/5): Disgusting. - The only thing that was ok was location On entering the smell was appalling, if I had booked any more than 1 night I would have left, we put our bags and went out. Returned checked the bed was clean before we slept in it. There was a smell of damp, in the morning we opened the curtains to find the damp on the window, which we videoed it was disgusting, a person with chest problems this could be very dangerous. I have a video of the damp but unable to send.

Si. Las humedades y el frio

- Pedder (7/5): - The staff wore very good and the Breakfast was good value N/A
- heather (3/5): - Staff were friendly and welcoming The room was like an ice box, heating was hardly on. A heater was in the room but it was small, not big enough to heat the room.
Went to reception several times and no one came when the bell was rung.
- Oliver (1/5): Dirty, smelly, cold. We decided to not stay there after seeing the inside. - Nothing. Everything. I feel bad for the owners. It seems they should consider finding another field to work in. They are clearly not equipped with the level of conscientiousness required for the hotel business, which is why they appear to struggle to maintain the space at even a bare, liveable minimum.
- Bev (10/5): Cheap and cheerful - Very central Basic
- Raymond (6/5): - Good location near everything No staff in hotel at night we tried ringing for someone don't know if ignoring us same in the morning terrible way to treat guests

- Mccall (4/5): - The room was very spacious and hotel in a good location The room was nice and large. It's got no lamps for the evening. Toilets got no window, so should have a fan. Food would have been better if beans where not totally dried out. Mushrooms were not fried, they was out of a tin

- Roxana (6/5): 2 nights stay - The staff were very friendly There was no hot water at all.We stayed there for the weekend for a dancing competition but we arrived both Friday & Saturday evening back to the room and there was no-one in the reception who to speak with. In the morning we left very early so we did not have time to speak with anyone again. We used a lot of wipes and warmed some water in the kettle to wash my 5 years old and myself.Everything else was very nice and everyone very friendly.
- Mr Neil Williamson (6/5): - Was ok Room was a bit un clean

- Karen (3/5): - Love the location been coming here years Since my last stay the place has gone down hill it's winter was no heating was given a oil filled radiator the window didn't shut properly so drafty wasn't as clean as normal but the cleaner was really nice they used,to be,2 cleaners now only l felt sorry for her she had the full hotel to complete there was no hot water for showers the manager was kind enough to give me a key for, another room but it had been used dirty bed and dirty towels in tray so didn't use it so upset as this must be taken over as never ever like this standards have dropped a man walked in my room while l,was in bed said he didn't know l was in it l stayed 5,days hope it improves as l used to love this hotel but not too good this time

- Claire (4/5): - On booking in (3pm) I returned to reception to report that the toilet in our en-suite would not flush, the cistern was emptying into the toilet continuously. The receptionist stated she would try to get a plumber.
On returning the toilet was the same. Therefore we didn’t have an en-suite ass couldn’t use the toilet and had the sound of running water all night in the room!
We were a family of 4 so no toilet with children was problematic.
Beds very uncomfortable - springs sticking through mattress & if you moved slightly the whole mattress moved.
Rooms appeared clean - on entering very strong smell of bleach so had been cleaned.
Very run down - crumbling plaster and wallpaper missing on some walls in the room.
- Leanne (2/5): - Location No heating room was not cleaned properly no tv an no bar as advertised receptionist disappeared when trying to complain about the room needs a lick paint an a good cleaner. Also switch heating on it’s winter

- Steven (8/5): Very pleasant, comfortable, great location - Great location. Clean comfortable hotel. More interaction from the staff would be helpful, possibly offer advice on places to eat drink etc. but that’s being over critical.

- Laura (5/5): Despite the heat and the smell everything else was ok - The location was ideal only minutes away from beach front and Blackpool tower
The staff were lovely and friendly also Upon arriving and being assigned our room
The heating was on full and the smell was over whelming
So much so we had to leave bags and ask for the heating to be turned off and open the widows
Which would not open
I asked for assistance in this and was told it would be done when we left the room.
We returned a few hours later and still the heating was on and they member of staff struggled to open the window in the room
But eventually managed to find a correct key to open it a few inches
