Purtroppo dopo le 11 al piano superiore un gran caos.. trascinamento valigie e spostamento di roba continuo....il letto. ..l'ho trovato un po scomodo. Per me che soffro di mal.di schiena..

• Melanie (9/5): We had a great stay. - The rooms were very quiet, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the courtyard area for a break. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The location is close to lots of restaurants along the water and about a 15 minute walk to the marina where there are more restaurants. It’s a 15 minute taxi/uber ride to the airport or you can take 2 Trotta buses for only 1 euro. It’s also only a 15 minute car ride to Ostia Antica, which is worth the visit. I wish the beds were more comfortable, I found our bed a little lumpy.

• maura (7/5): tutto sommato ok - Nel complesso la struttura è piacevole, molto bello lo spazio esterno, Per poter fare la colazione bisogna necessariamente uscire fuori e rientrare dalle scale esterne, sinceramente la trovo una cosa un pochino scomoda. Vorrei inoltre dire alla signora (non so se fosse la proprietaria) che non a tutti piace ascoltare durante la colazione le preghiere cristiane, potrebbero esserci credi diversi come nel nostro caso, ma per estrema educazione non abbiamo detto nulla ma certamente avremmo preferito una cosa un tantino più allegra.

Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble We were able to walk to the coast and enjoy some incredible meals. Also a trip up to Rome for the day was manageable. La salle de bain n'était pas top : beaucoup de variations pour l'eau de la douche, ce qui n'est pas agréable, matériel en état moyen. La chambre manque d'insonorisation.

Pulizia stanza eseguita male, ho trovato a terra briciole, capelli e un piccolo frutto. Polvere vicino agli angoli e nella griglia del climatizzatore. La stanza non è insonorizzata, si sentono molto i rumori delle stanze adiacenti e del piano superiore. Andrebbe ritinteggiata la stanza e pulita più a fondo. La colazione presenta alcuni prodotti non di qualità.

• Moreno (10/5): - El dueño es súper amable, nos ayudó muchísimo. La zona aunque alejada de Roma centro está muy bien comunicada y es muy tranquila y a dos calles de la playa. Sí quieres estar tranquilo y con un ambiente familiar es el sitio perfecto.

There was not WiFI at all. They advertise free WiFi but that is not true. This property also mentioned there is a shuttle service to the airport and that is not true either.

Inoltre il parcheggio interno è stato comodo. Il prosto è tranquillo con un po' di verde intorno. Non si vede il mare, ma è veramente a 2 passi.

• Stefano (7/5): Così e così - Pulizia Parcheggio: troppo piccolo. Se le macchine non si mettono perfettamente non ci stanno tutti ed io ho dovuto parcheggiare fuori, e non è stato facile. Il riscaldamento del bagno è centralizzato. Mi è stato acceso la mattina della partenza dopo averlo chiesto.

Le propriétaire très avenant, se débrouille bien en français et a été super serviable et aidant. Ayant mentionné mon allergie au gluten, il s'est assuré d'avoir plusieurs choix disponibles pour mon déjeuner. 😊 Le déjeuner pour les autres est composé de tartes, de croissants (au chocolat), d'oeufs cuits durs, de jambon et fromage. Une grosse machine à café nous prépare celui de notre choix. On n'a manqué de rien! En plus, l'hôtel est à 3-4 minutes de marche de la plage et de quelques restos! On le recommande à tous! Rien !
