- Roberta Michela Contrino (6/5): Mi aspettavo di più da un 4 stelle - Brutalismo industriale e pop art realizzano un connubio decisamente accattivante, ottima e molto varia la colazione. Siamo arrivati e ci hanno sottolineato di averci fatto un free upgrade (grazie, ma non richiesto)...figuraccia però perché la stagione non è nemmeno iniziata e abbiamo avuto la doccia che allagava il bagno e mi è rimasta in mano la presa del bagno mentre mi asciugavo i capelli...sempre sullo stesso pavimento bagnato... Camere molto rumorose, sentivi perfino i vicini parlare, il forte rumore delle sveglie con i trilli dei telefoni, il meccanismo elettronico dell'apertura delle stanze vicine, il cicalio per non vedenti dell' ascensore (da sottolineare che eravamo la stanza più lontana dall'ascensore, temo per chi ci dorme di fronte), i rumori del bar di fronte al piano terra (noi eravamo al 4° e ultimo piano) e i ragazzini che giocavano a ping pong dopo le 23:30...il tutto con tapparelle, finestre e tende chiuse. Decisamente non un hotel rilassante e silenzioso, soprattutto per la luce intermittente verde dell'impianto anti incendio che ti spara intermittente mentre cerchi di prendere sonno.

Hôtel très beau et bien situé (entre les 5 terres, Pise etc…), avec une grande terrasse et une chambre assez grande. (Point supplémentaire pour la télé connectée) L’insonorisation est assez moyenne, la literie est à changer selon nous. Le prix du parking et surtout du spa sont un peu élevés.

- Christoph (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit grosszügigen Räumlichkeiten, grosser Hotelanlage, motiviertem Personal - Bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer war im obersten Stock des Hotels mit einer wunderbaren Sicht Richtung Berge und Meer. Das Personal an der Reception wie auch beim Frühstückbuffet und Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und motiviert. Eine Bemerkung zum Kühlschrank im Hotelzimmer: in dieser Zimmerkategorie wird möglicherweise ein Kühlschrank erwartet. Problem ist, dass die Lüftung des Kühlschranks in kurzen Abständen einsetzt und laut ist. Die Hotellüftung (Wärmepumpe ? Abluft ? Klima ?) ist laut, was man v.a. nachts wahrnimmt.

- JF (8/5): Un bel finale di stagione - La struttura è in una buona posizione, permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia in meno di 5 minuti. Ci sono accanto le aree gioco dei bambini di Marina di Pietrasanta. Buono il posteggio interno anche se la tariffa di 20€ al giorno potrebbe essere rivista. È tutto ristrutturato e pulito, in stile minimal. Colazione a buffet buona. Lo staff molto disponibile e accogliente. Nulla di particolare. Tuttavia manca qualcosa per arrivare al tipico 4stelle, qualche comfort in più in camera, una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli delle pulizie (es. calcare soffione nero).

- Erica (6/5): - Ottima posizione, staff davvero gentile, colazione ricca, stanza piuttosto grande, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo La stanza era parecchio rumorosa a causa dei tubi di aspirazione della cucina vicini alle finestre. Purtroppo in camera c’erano anche moltissime zanzare per cui il nostro soggiorno non ha potuto essere in massimo del comfort. Probabilmente andrebbero installate delle zanzariere alle finestre.

Un giardino grande e ben allestito, camera spaziosa con arredamenti moderni e ben distribuiti, un bagno grande ma soprattutto finestrato! Una colazione luculliana con prodotti di ottima qualità, spazi con arredi moderni e di tendenza e personale gentilissimo e disponibile . - Hassan (2/5): Perfekt för dig som vill bli blåst på semestern. - Frukosten var det enda som var ok här. Perfekt för den som vill bli blåst på semestern Om du som turist längtar efter den där genuina känslan av att bli ordentligt blåst – då är Re Versiliana Hotel ett toppval! Redan från bokningsdagen började ”upplevelsen” med en strid ström av mejl och WhatsApp-meddelanden, som såg ut att komma från hotellet, där vi uppmanades att lämna ut kreditkortsnummer och annan personlig information. Till slut var det omöjligt att veta vad som var bedrägeri och vad som faktiskt kom från hotellet. Väl framme för incheckning fick vi veta att vi ”av misstag” bokat ett dubbelrum istället för ett familjerum. Lösningen? Ett ”uppgraderat” rum till det blygsamma priset av €1311,30 för två nätter – en liten prishöjning från de ursprungliga €511,30. Under vistelsen fortsatte charmen med att hotellet skickade ut meddelanden där de uppmanade oss att ge dem 9 eller 10 i betyg på Booking. Mycket seriöst, verkligen. Som grädde på moset ville vi checka ut några timmar senare sista dagen (15:30 istället för 11:00) och fick givetvis en liten extranota på €80 för besväret. Sammanfattningsvis: om du drömmer om att komma hem med både lättare plånbok och en känsla av att ha blivit lurad – boka här!

- Albert (10/5): Immer wieder gerne! - Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Badezimmer wirklich groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Die Parkplätze sind mit 30€ pro Nacht etwas teuer, aber es gibt auch günstigere Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

- Santiago (10/5): Gran hotel - El hotel y las instalaciones son muy buenas. El personal fue muy agradable siempre que tuvimos cualquier duda. Tienen a disposición un alquiler de bicis que es muy útil para conocer la zona, en caso de querer ir a la playa, igual. Dan una tarjeta personalizada de la habitación, es importante no perderla.

Sono stati carinissimi con noi, e siamo rimasti felicissimi del nostro soggiorno. La struttura è molto confortevole ma quello che fa la differenza è la gentilezza dello staff. In particolare vorrei ringraziare i camerieri che sono stati con noi non solo gentili, ma anche comprensivi, amorevoli e ci hanno trattato come parte della loro famiglia. Grazie per avere reso la nostra piccola vacanza magica.

- Alexandra (8/5): Gutes Hotel, leider sehr ringhörig - Alles sauber, und das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Bagno ist sehr schön und auch das Essen dort ist gut. Die Liegen müssen reserviert und am besten im Vorfeld gebucht werden, sie sind nicht billig. Der Pool darf nur mit Badekappe benutzt werden. Leider war unser Zimmer auf die Hauptstrasse/Kreuzung raus. Es war sehr laut von den Autos und der lauten Musik der gegenüberliegenden Bars bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Wir hatten Mühe einzuschlafen. Das Frühstück ist sehr grosszügig und abwechslungsreich.

Das Frühstück ist qualitativ perfekt und alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind mehr als freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und sehr professionell. - ercole (1/5): Terribile - Posizione, colazione e letto Siamo arrivati sabato mattina al Re Versiliana e siamo stati accolti da una proprietaria estremamente maleducata e scortese. Avevamo prenotato una stanza per tre persone, ma con due auto, e nonostante lo avessimo specificato, ci è stato riservato un solo posto auto, con la motivazione assurda che “una stanza = una macchina”. Appena arrivati, scopriamo che la spiaggia era al completo e non prenotabile (cosa mai comunicata), e lo stesso vale per le biciclette, nonostante ne abbiano un parco di 60. Al nostro disappunto, la proprietaria ha risposto che aveva disattivato la chat e le mail di Booking per “non stressare i clienti”, una giustificazione che fa acqua da tutte le parti. Contraddittorio il fatto che a metà soggiorno Booking mi abbia mandato una mail automatica che invitava a dare una valutazione tra 9 e 10, perché “l’8 per loro è già bassa”. Inaccettabile. Pagavamo oltre 600 euro a notte e ci siamo trovati in una stanza: • sporca (bagno e bidet mai puliti, doccia piena di polvere), • senza armadio né cassetti, né ganci per asciugamani, • con asciugamani non cambiati, dispenser mai ricaricati e letto rifatto male, spesso nel pomeriggio tardi. Le biciclette consegnate erano rotte, con ruote sgonfie e malandate, e invece di sostituirle, si sono limitati a gonfiarle male. Ultima perla: alla perdita accidentale di una tesserina elettronica, siamo stati aggrediti verbalmente e obbligati a pagare 3 euro, con la proprietaria che sottolineava quanto le costasse “3,50 euro” rifarla… un atteggiamento che non ho mai trovato in nessun hotel, nemmeno di fascia molto più bassa. Le uniche note positive: una colazione discreta, un letto comodo e un cuscino confortevole. Tutto il resto è stato un disastro. Mi dispiace, ma non consiglierei mai questa struttura. Se siete abituati a viaggiare in hotel di livello o anche semplicemente a ricevere educazione, trasparenza e servizi coerenti con quanto promesso, evitatelo.

Room air con was not working- the room was horribly hot, about 27C!!!! un - The room’s air conditioning system wasn’t working properly and the room was at 27C for the whole stay. When we complained the owner said that the system could not be fixed. The following morning the owner offered a refund for the room that was also quite expensive (500euro). She said we had to go through booking.com to get the redound. I learn now from booking the she is now refusing to refund us.

Außergewöhnlich gutes Hotelrestaurant mit sehr harmonischer Verbindung von traditioneller und moderner Küche und sehr guten Weinen im besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen. Ganz prima auch der nahe am Hotel gelegene Strand, wo man ganz individuell seine Zeiten buchen kann.
