• Anna (9/5): - We stayed at the hotel for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent — everything is nearby. It’s very easy to get from the airport by public transport, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around. The sea and the ferry terminal are only about a five-minute walk away, which was very convenient for us. The room is simple but clean and comfortable. There is a kettle, drinking water and a fridge, and the beds are very comfortable. There is no lift, so if you are travelling with small children or heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind. The windows face a street with bars, so it’s not completely quiet in the evening — but that’s also part of the lively atmosphere of the area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. For us, the value for money at this hotel was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

Mine was very big, totally clean and equipped with a fridge, a TV and for my surprise a combo of a fan and a lamp. First I did not know how to switch off the lights than I realized I had to use the remote control. There was water in the fridge, but we our own so we didn't have to use it. The bathroom was clean. The bed was hard which I also liked. The pillows and the bedsheet was also comfortable. The top of the toilet was a little bit diagonal and the shower was a little bit small but all these are just notices.

• Mauro (8/5): Very good - Hospitality, people were very friendly, the location was great! Language was not a barrier! The only thing that surprised us at the arrival that there was no lift.
• Nonjabulo (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing. - The staff was exceptional, always willing to help and assist us with questions and requests. Also, it doesn’t hurt that it’s easy to travel around Izmir from this location. Restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance and open until 22:00, some of the restaurants until 02:00 in the morning. I was pretty happy with the property.
• Sibel (8/5): - Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht & unterhalten sich gerne mit den Gästen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral & mitten im Geschehen. Es ist also in der Nacht laut (vor allem am Wochenende) und man hört andere Gäste, wenn sie im Gang sind oder die Türen zu machen bzw. sogar Gäste vom oberem Zimmer, wenn sie im Bad reden. In der Nähe gibt es ein Parkhaus, welches zu Fuß in 7 Minuten erreichbar ist.

• Marcjusz (7/5): Simple hotel in good location. - Several places for breakfast in 10 minutes walking distance. Staff recommended Zeynel Ergin Gevrek Fırını and Alsancak Dostlar Fırını and they were total 10/10 places. Kıbrıs Şehitleri Cd. street is just a few minutes walk from hotel and has coffee/food places, grocery/cosmetics etc. stores. When it comes to public transport there is Alsancak train station close by (direct ADB airport connection). Tram stop is next to the station. Walking to/from station was safe. There was a fridge in the room. AC unit is next to the windows, but we did not used it. Someone complained that staff does not know English. Some people do, some does not. We managed to communicate with them. Wi-Fi was quite slow. But was available in room which is not always granted. Shower head needed replacing (but was done by staff as they were in a middle of renovations).

The hotel is very near the main shopping street and near the ferry with which to cross the bay or you can use the nearby train or tram. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you Erkut, Ali and Çiğdem. I do hope to see you again. I can't think of any negative experience.

If you came izmir first time it’s better to choose another side of city. Location is near to train station. Only thing that we loved about that hotel. And hotel price was not good for hotel and location.

The price is really affordable, the staff is nice, the hotel is clean and the location is very close to the shopping district and the wonderful park. We even gotten a room upgrade by the owner/manager Mr. Erkut, that offered us after we asked if we could have a softer mattress! If you are looking for hotel near the shopping district, then you must give this location a try :) n/a

I cant thank the owners enough for making our stay so comfortable. The bathroom sink had a leak in it but was manageable.

• Derya (8/5): Very good - Friendly and helpful staff is the best thing about this tiny hotel. Also the beds are comfortable and its location is very convenient. It is close to one of the main train stations and bus stops. The hotel is in a very busy area with nightlife so it might get quite noisy at night. The rooms are non-smoking but we had to change ours as it stank of cigarettes but we probably wouldn't have been able to do that if it had been full.
• Mohammad (5/5): Passable - The hotel staff's behaviour is good. They were helpful. The mattress of the beds was comfortable. The air conditioning system was good. The first problem is its location. Though it is close to the Rail station, it is very difficult to find it out. Even Google maps can't find its pin point locations. This small apartment hotel is simply hiding out among lots of restaurants and shops. Even in most cases local people find it difficult to locate it.

• Eric (9/5): Superb - I've stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time writing this review and requested them if we could get another room as last time, they where more then happy to make sure i had another room and a double bed instead of 1 when i asked for it, This is a lovely service and i appreciate it. The rooms are clean, and the location is great since it's 5 minutes away from the shopping district. The Wi-Fi was stable and reliable (something i see as important if you are in another country) Whenever there was something to ask, the staff was always helpful and made sure to remember your name and your questions even days after. Overall the hotel is a very enjoyable stay on a great close location that would be wonderful for travels that like to live near the shopping district. And the price is really affordable! The beds (in my personal opinion) where a-bit on the stiffer side, but this is a personal preference and your opinion may be different on this Other then that there is nothing to complain about.

Very noisy from the outside, many bars and restaurants nearby where people talk and music plays until late. You can also hear “everything” from the rooms next doors. The bathroom is a bit stinky and there’s no breakfast at the hotel, but many cafes are nearby.

Çok temizdi, nevresimler tertemiz kokuyordu çok memnun kaldık ayrıca çok samimi karşılandık her şeyden gayet memnun ayrıldık. Tek eksisi caddedeki barlar biraz gürültülü ama gece 1-2 gibi gürültüler de azalıyor.

Very good value for money, the staff were very helpful, polite, kind people- mainly Irkut, who went above and beyond to help. No lift available. The corridor was a bit dim, made the place looking a bit sad.

• Galyna (10/5): Recommended - The staff is great. Very helpful, kind and with amazing level of English which is a rear thing in Türkiye. The room was clean with everything you might need. But there is problem with soundproof (you can hear your neighbours visiting the bathroom in details...). Also, be ready to use stairs, the hotel has 4 floors and there is no elevator. They help to bring your bags upstairs if needed. The hotel is located very close to the water front on the pedestrian street, so three is a lot places to eat and have a drink around, but no taxi can come close to the hotel. You will have to walk up to 150m to catch a taxi.

• Nehar (8/5): Great value for money Hotel in the heart of Alsancak - The hotel is located in the heart of Alsancak. It has very nice cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops. Considering the temperatures of the city during the summer, the room is well equipped with AC and a fan. Transportation wise it is only 4 mins walking distance from the Alsancak Pier and 6 mins away from the train which directly takes you to the airport. It totally connects you to the whole city, from the historic market to the shopping malls., from airport to the beach at Foca. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, they are very open and appreciative if you have any comments :) Nothing I can think of.
