• Ekaterina (6/5): Не рекомендую! Особенно тем, кто с детьми - Отзывчивость женщины за ресепшеном. Номер требует ремонта. Прокуренно всё, потом и волосы пахли сигаретным дымом. Неудобные подушки, что невозможно было спать. Высокая слышимость соседей. Мне совершенно не понравилось находиться в этом номере, хотя я не отличаюсь капризностью. Цена оказалась завышена.

• Colson (2/5): - The location. Near a major bus stop Wifi wasn't working. It worked for 2-3 min and it dropped. The toilet was leaking and the bathtub was leaking bad. The floor was one big pool after a shower. The room smelled cigarettes. There was one blanket for two people. I had to ask for another one.

• LEVENT (1/5): - I chose this hotel because the booking site advertised parking. Parking is crucial in a country where I don't speak the language. However, when I asked the hotel staff, they said there was no parking. Since I couldn't park my car, I had to go to another hotel. I want a refund.

• Магдалена (1/5): Имат дървеници - Запазихме стаята за една нощувка, на следващия ден рано сутринта ни предстоеше полет. Локацията е добра, сравнително близо до летището, но в стаята имаше дървеници. Бяхме в стая за 4ма и на 4те единични легла имаше дървеници и то много. Когато казах на рецепцията, дори и не споменаха поне за някаква минимална компенсация, а само щели да кажат да почистят. Който не го е преживявал, не знае, че дървениците изискват много пръскане с препарати и изхвърляне на матраците, иначе отърване няма. Не бих посетила хотела никога повече.

• Yana (4/5): Няма да повторим - Банята/ Тоалетната макар и съвременни. Тоалетната беше много мръсна. Дойде да я изчисти господин който миришеше на кръчма. Не използва никакви препарати, само вода и Тоалетна хартия. После донесе доместос след като го помолих за някаква дезинфекция защото съм бременна. Разпънахме дивана да пестелив на децата, имаше трохи, прахоляк и косми от хора/ животни. Спахме 4мата на леглото като се молехме да няма дървеници че стаята беше стил баба ми от 60те. И мебелите си бяха от тогава

The air-conditioning didn't work and the receptionist tell me that my be other clients took it💩💩💩And play the game she is surching for it...new lies.at the bathroom the drain was stuck with hairs and the water can't drain.I call to the receptionist,and he said "what can I do,this is not my job"...Everything was dirty,old and disgusting.Never again will stay there.And people,dot stay in this hotel.And I am not picky person,I know that I pay less,but this two things are simple,not luxury
