Peter (8/5): Allt var bra - Bodde bara en natt och utnyttjade inte alla faciliteter. Men rummet var rent och snyggt. Enda negativa var duschblandaren som var onödigt komplicerad och väldigt trög att justera. Frukosten var riktigt bra!

Richard (10/5): A little gem, amazing hotel - Gorgeous accommodation. The rooms are great and have plenty of space. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

Richard (8/5): Cosy but needs a steam room - Wasnt to impressed with spa facilities as there wasn't a steam room. Also no onsite dinner which isnt very ideal. Room cosy and clean. I booked on hotel.com but its a bed & breakfast very odd!

Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a very pleasant stay very quiet. The reception staff were missing at times. There was no phone in the room, so no room service. The room was spacious but it needed a couple of tumblers for water. Or bottled water.

We were out all day and when we arrived back the staff were waiting saying there was still smoke in the room when they entered. We never smoked in there and like I mentioned,we were out all day. Pompous staff and still not got to the bottom of it

Verified traveler (4/5): - This is not a hotel. The spa amenities are good and the room was nice, although had not been checked. However there was no bar after six oclock and no restaurant etc. We had to take a very expensive taxi into the local town. This was not made apparent on the expedia website, and for the money paid for the room (as the place was just a b and b), the cost was extortionate.

Marg (10/5): A 5* Place to stay. - The Alexander Park Resort was amazing! One of our best stays yet. The spa and pool areas were fab with everything you need available (shampoo's, conditioner, deodorant etc.) It has been decorated very tastefully throughout. There is plans for the old farm house to be renovated after all the outbuildings are completed. It will be even more amazing then. It is in a quiet area and a drive away to places to eat or go but for us the quiet was great. My husband said he was really impressed with the golf facilities too but we were only staying overnight so didn't use them. The morning breakfast was lovely too and all the staff we came across were very helpful.

Stephen (10/5): Lovely place & take your clubs if you can - Place looks really new. Is on the grounds of a golf course, so I took advantage of the driving range. Room was comfortable and clean, plus a free bottle of water. Shower was great. There is also a Gym and a hot tub & spar in the main building. Lots of parking spaces and seems pretty safe as your out in the wilds and the area is well lit. No evening meals available, but there is a pub / restaurant 1 mile away called 'The trumpet inn' which was very good. Would definitely recommend and I will stay there in the future when I am in the area.

Dean (8/5): One night pit stop. - The reception area is not the easiest to find - the one signed for the hotel was not in use and you therefore checked in at the gym. The room was immaculate but with the warm weather it was very warm inside with no fan. Gym was well equipped. Whilst there was no evening meals the breakfast was very good. All in all a good place to stay and I will use again when back in the area.

linda (10/5): Lovely place, lovely people - Beautiful countryside accommodation. Very kind thoughtful team of staff from housekeeping to management. Ideal golfing break with added pool and gym etc. only downside is that food and drink stop at 7pm. Pub only 4 mins away was lovely though.
Brian (10/5): Amazing Find - We booked this as we were forced to cancel another spa hotel after being informed late that their spa was not available for our visit. The place was beautiful, well renovated spacious accommodation on glorious golf course with views of the hills. The spa and gym were great and our first thought was that if they had a good restaurant rather than just a cafe/bar it would be the perfect place. We were more than pleasantly surprised though by the excellent breakfast and the nearby Trumpet Inn took more than adequate care of the evening meal. We were not at all disappointed by our change of plans, in fact we think we did so much better, wished we had stayed longer than one night but it was just an extra stop after an 8 day road trip to York and Edinburgh. Would recommend a stay here, particularly if you like a swim before breakfast.
Dale (8/5): Beautiful Place - Fantastic Place to stay. I was the only guest and felt like I was in millionaire's paradise. The staff are all very nice from house keeping, reception and breakfast and I used the gym facilities. will stay again but will take my golf clubs next time!
Stephen (6/5): Golf Course Accomodation - The accommodation is part of a golf and Gym complex with wifi and breakfast in the Golf Club reception area. I found it to be an OK base for my stay, but if anyone arrives late it is important that you contact the reception before 6pm to get access to the key. Could be a great place to stay on my future business trips as golf and the great Gym is available for the evenings.
