I was able to golf every day and also use the hotel facilities that were nearby. I can’t wait for the next time to come back. I have nothing to complain about doing this stay I’m an older gentleman, and it was a little hard for me to remember the code for entering the gates and the villa, but it was not a major problem for me after the first few days

Not a reflection on the unit - only 1 handicapped parking space for the entire place located far from unit 208.

Included access to beach chairs, umbrellas, cool boxes, snorkeling equipment. Parking was included. Villas have their own pool. Beach was lovely to relax and swim at. Great place to explore the North Shore from. Instructions for the allocated carpark were confusing. Seems there is two different numbering systems and the instructions need to be updated. Poor snorkeling visibility at this beach but good ones are just a drive away. And yes, there are turtles.

Plenty of space and having a fully equipped kitchen meant we didn’t need to eat out for every meal. Having the Turtle Bay Resort next door meant there were plenty of facilities (surf school, restaurants, etc).

If you pay that much money, you expect to sleep well. But, the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It made noise each time you moved and also made it hard for people to sleep in the normal bed. The bed was very thin and you literally feel the metal structure of the bed. Additionally there was mold at the bottom of the bed. Also, outdoor furniture was extremely dirty. DONT LET PHOTOS DECIEVE YOU! You can’t use hotel’s facilities. And As a person who stayed in Turtle Bay resort hotel before, I definitely recommend pay the little difference and sleep in a super comfy bed and use all hotel facilities. When we were there, there was only 400 dollars price difference between this villa and the hotel. I am sooooo regretful that I chose villas over the hotel! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.

The first 3 (different) dishes accessed were dirty. Someone had put them away this way and it was disgusting. I spent the first 30 minutes washing dishes because I couldn’t trust how things were cleaned before arrival. No phone- for those traveling internationally and may not have US phone plans, ability to access all emergency contacts, property personnel, local restaurants, etc was limited. Limited charging areas- adding charging units and/or areas would be helpful Coffee/tea- these would be nice touches for convenience in the room and beginning the first morning Information about local area- plenty of detailed directions about rules. How about information on the restaurants, local sites, tours/walking paths, etc Never found the beach locker so that was a bummer

- Alex (10/5): Relaxing holiday - Relaxed environment where you can live at your own pace. While you can access the facilities at Turtle Bay resort, you do have to pay for everything, even the activities that are free to turtle bay guests.
- Igor (6/5): - The apartment smells mold. Carpets, curtains and bed-sofa extremely old and dirty. It does not worth the amount of money that was charged. For this price, I was expecting at least a cleaner and newer place. Location is good, but the beach is very crowded with no space to rest on the sand. Communication with the owner was excellent.
- Peter (7/5): very relaxing - The location was good. The room was well appointed. The TV was not very easy to use & the host did not return my phone calls to help me out with working the TV.
- Erika (9/5): Beautiful villa! - the location was perfect. my wedding reception was right outside the gates so it was really easy for my mom to walk back from (she has foot arthritis) and it was convenient for if the baby(7months) needed to sleep. the villa is beautiful and the view is amazing. I loved waking up to walk out to the beach. there were random small pieces of glass though in the bathroom which was kind of worry some but not to the point where I would need a different room. the sofa bed was unfortunately broken beforehand so we didn't get to use it, but they came out the next day to bring an air mattress.the villa came with a crib and a high chair already, so I didn't need to rent it for the baby. the beach locker had everything we would need for the beach(beach chairs, floaties, sand toys, cooler, snorkel gear) so we just spent a day lounging on the beach. I definitely want to go back and stay there again! thank you so much no rice cooker and broken sofa bed and some minor pieces of broken glass
- Lisa (8/5): Lovely area to relax! - The villas had a great location with a smaller pool and just off from the beach. The villa was comfortable and the communication and information from the hosts was great. The beach locker was a great addition as it allowed us to snorkel at the beach.
- Michael (8/5): Very good and the weather was good. - Did not have breakfast. The facility was very nice. The washing machine didn’t work very well. The oven took to long to get hot.

- Laketsha (6/5): - The bed and linen were dirty. When I pulled out the sofa bed the mattress cover was dirty and filled with crumbs. When i remove the mattress cover to wash it the mattress was filthy with all kinds of stains. When I pulled over the blanket it was also dirty. Als the freezer had a strong fish smell.
- Sarah (7/5): Good - Location and proximity to hotel for meals. Didn’t appreciate the beach was public so lots of large groups, loud music, smoking. Gardener with leaf blower at 6am Sunday for 2 hours. Key tag would have been easier to access multiple gates around property rather than long code.

- Lindy (8/5): Enjoyed the peaceful vibe at the villas - quieter than than the resort. - Proximity to beach & resort. Felt safe & comfortable. I liked everything except the rubbish is located quite a distance away from apartments. The pool lounge cushions could do with a clean, most were dirty from heavy use. Bit disappointed that there wasn’t a dishwasher - seems odd especially given the price of the villa.

- Teresa (8/5): - The property was as promised. It is more of a studio than a one bedroom. Not a problem, just didn’t realize this. The washer and dryer were helpful. Not having a dishwasher wasn’t a problem. Having access to the beach items was very helpful even though we rented a palapa and lounge chairs. The bed constantly squeaks because two of the three center supports are loose and leaning. This could cause the bed to loose it’s support under stress.
