kikipsg (9/5): Buena atención y excelente ambiente con algunos detalles por mejorar - La atención del personal fue muy buena, siempre amables y atentos. La piscina es excelente y el ambiente en general es muy bonito y relajante. Las palmeras y las hamacas hacen que realmente se disfrute la estadía. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y los tours ofrecidos también fueron una buena experiencia. En general, quedamos muy conformes con el entorno y el servicio. Mi habitación no tenía agua caliente y el televisor no contaba con señal de cable. Intentaron solucionarlo, pero no fue posible durante mi estadía. De haberse resuelto estos problemas, la experiencia habría sido mucho mejor.

Elmer Edwin (10/5): Me gusto todo - Personal muy servicial , puedes hacer tu Delivery y comer en el comedor sin problemas el personal te presta platos etc . Limpieza a la habitación todos los días perfecto . Tiene una piscina donde puedes disfrutar del calor de tarapoto fui por 3 días y lo amplié a una semana Me gustó todo , el pequeño problema es que está algo alejado pero igual la moto de allí a la plaza es de 7 soles. En la zona de tarapoto es d 5 soles así que 2 soles más . Los tours te recogen de tu hotel así que ellos conocen

They went above and beyond for our breakfasts, super accommodating to our needs. Very secure gated property. Beautiful pool, fun trampolines and funny parrots. Easy to arrange a car to airport on time. Cleaned our rooms everyday and comfy beds, bedding and pillows.
