Location wasn’t what I had hoped, I should have researched the area better as would prefer somewhere less built up.

Beach is right across the property with beach bar and umbrella available for guests. Some of the staff are not as friendly.

All inclusive option is worth to consider as a must here. All dishes are all over the map. Close to beach and promenade is a big plus. Spot is good as all “trip” companies pick up you for bought journeys. It was a very good choice to stay here in Sandy Beach Resort. spot to stay in Golem. I can recommend the hotel and surrondings. In my room air conditioner was not efficient as should be.
• Helen (7/5): A nice, well maintained hotel with access to the beach and nice facilities for children - We liked it and they had some great facilities for kids. There were some things we really liked while other areas could be improved. The room we had was big, clean and perfect for a family. The beach access and playground options were great. The food experience could have been better if more options other than the one buffet restaurant were available. At least for one meal during the stay this would have been a nice change within the all inclusive package; the buffet for every meal gets very repetitive if staying more than a couple of days. The waiter staff were very nice and helpful however and always willing to bring stuff to the table etc. We stayed in May before the official season starts so while there were quite a lot of people already, there was no music or activities on the Saturday which was a shame but I imagine they have this during the peak summer months. In general a nice hotel and probably one of the better options to families in the area. Nothing we really disliked but the pool area is quite small and I imagine in peak season it can get very crowded

• Pever (8/5): - Our family enjoyed the different pools. In May the indoor pool came in handy at evening because the water in the outdoor pool was a bit chilly. The personnel were helpful especially Admir at the bar. The food was not consistently good. On occasions the meat and/or fish was dry and on one occasions the scrambled eggs in the morning smelled really bad. But the sweets, cake and etc. were good. Also during meals the drinks were served at the table but I did not see any point in that, it would be better if everyone could take them from selfservice. The coffee was also not good, but on the other hand I am a true coffee addict so I am hard to impress/satisfie.

La salle de bain est accessible à l’entrée mais pas des deux chambres il faut traverser celle des enfants pour y accéder donc à revoir . Et les jouets extérieur et intérieur mériterai des répartitions mais sinon c’est vraiment top pour eux . À savoir par contre que le kids club est sous surveillance des parents .

• Kristina (8/5): Väldigt nöjd! Bredvid hotellet låg en restaurang som hette Veranda som var den bästa restaurangen vi besökte i Golem. De - Det var bra läge och mysigt poolområde. Personalen var trevlig. Det var också fint att personalen var vänlig med och inte sjasade iväg gatukatterna som rörde sig i området. Beachbaren var supermysig och länkade ihop poolområdet med stranden.

• gregory (8/5): - Nous avons aimé la proximité avec la plage, la piscine intérieur, la propreté, l'espace dans la chambre, le lit confortable et géant, la gentillesse d'une des serveuses et d'une dame à l'accueil. La plus part du personnel tire la tronche et semble être désagréable, les horaires non respecter, le Beach bar a volonté dans notre offre devait fermer il me semble a 22h mais parfois a 15h il était fermé d'autres fois même plutôt, la piscine intérieur pareil fermer souvent plutôt que l'heure afficher et hors saison il fait froid donc nous nous baignons uniquement dans la piscine intérieur. Les cocktails parfois complétement diffèrent selon la personne qui la fait.

L'emplacement est bien mais la ville en elle même est assez sale et hors saison il y a beaucoup de choses de fermées. La plage privée est bien. Les repas le soir sont plus ou moins toujours les même et nous n'avons pas toujours apprécié. Nous avons eu certaines fois des desserts encore congelés et donc inmangeables.

Dommages qu'ils y ai des mouches dans la partie avec les baie vitrées du restaurant
• Lisa (8/5): Wir waren zufrieden 👍🏼 - Die tägliche Auswahl am Buffet war super, sehr viel frisches und für jeden was dabei auch vegetarische Alternativen. Der Hotelstrand war sauber und die Beachbar lädt ein, zum verweilen. Das Personal war freundlich, besonders die Dame an der Hotelbar steckte an, mit ihrer guten Laune. Der Indoorpool war groß genug zum schwimmen und immer sehr sauber. Das Standardzimmer war schon ziemlich klein, man öffnete die Tür und stand direkt vorm Bett. Auch das kostenlose Wasser wurde nicht aufgefüllt wie angebenden war. Wer eine wiederverwendbare Flasche dabei hat, kann sich aber jederzeit an den Wasserspendern im Restaurant bedienen.
• Vadim (8/5): - I liked the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness at the reception. What I didn’t like was the unbalanced buffet. There were almost no chicken dishes, and the staff didn’t replenish the food in time — many chafing dishes were often empty. The staff wasn’t always friendly — about fifty-fifty. Overall, those are my main remarks. A major drawback is that the shower has no door — it doesn’t close at all. So every time, and I mean every time, even if you’re extremely careful, water splashes everywhere and you have to clean up the floor and moisture yourself. That’s really a big downside. Another important point is that the Wi-Fi doesn’t work on the beach — it only works near the beach bar. There’s no connection on the beach itself, which is also a significant disadvantage.

• Louise (9/5): Heerlijk hotel, vriendelijk personeel, een aanrader voor een weekje ff lekker weg. - Het is een fantastisch hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Het sanitair is nieuw. Koffie, thee en water is elke dag beschikbaar op de kamer. Alle maaltijden zijn zeer variabel en de buffetten worden goed bijgevuld. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er ruim voldoende ligbedjes, zowel bij de zwembaden als op het strand. Openbaar vervoer is nog onvoldoende beschikbaar in Albanië, maar taxi’s zijn er in overvloed. Ons advies is om op internet even te zoeken naar “Taxi Lux” Albanië. Zij zijn absoluut de goedkoopste en altijd bereikbaar via whatsapp. Eigenlijk valt er niets te klagen gezien de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Maar als we een puntje zouden moeten noemen is dat de fitness op ongelukkige tijden open was. Die zou wat ons betreft de hele dag toegankelijk mogen zijn. Een ander klein puntje is dat hoewel bij all inclusief alles voorhanden is, zou het fijn zijn als de “lekkere” koffie daarbij in zou horen. Nu moesten we voor een beter bakkie een klein bedrag betalen.

Nous avons bien mangé et le petit de 8 mois aussi. La piscine intérieur malheureusement pas chauffée ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter avec bébé (temps maussade) l'air de jeux au niveau du parking mériterait d'être rafraîchi et peut et mieux agencé.

• louise (10/5): Great hotel made better by the staff (ike) - I was very impressed with the food. Usually, I expect all-inclusive food to be quite simple, but here it was really good. They had tasty vegetarian dishes and a great variety of local flavors, including delicious stews and fresh fish. What made our stay even better was the amazing bartender, Ike. From morning until night, she always had a big smile and enjoyed talking with everyone. She really helped make sure all the guests had a good time. Golem is great but in the off season do prepare for a quiet stay

• Anna (8/5): Lovely rooms and great food choices. - The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. Shower was lovely and powerful. The food options were better than expected - lots of choice and tasty fresh food - exceeded our expectations!! Lovely sandy beach in front of hotel. The drinks! Options in all inclusive very limited - 4 cocktails with unknown alcohol brands. The white wine which is pretty decent for a box wine (we’ve had elsewhere) was always at room temperature which made it… not so good! Last drinks in all inclusive are at 10pm after that you need to pay - we are also told we can’t bring our own food and drink to the food - so the only option is buying from the mini bar! The pool is very busy and noisy but there is a second quieter pool! Unfortunately only 4 of the loungers there get sun and these were always taken.

A beach bárban esténként bulik vannak, sok külsőssel, ami nem baj, csak az all inclusive itt este 20 óráig érvényes, azután fizetős. A pool bárban van lehetőség 22 óráig fogyasztani, de ott nincs este program és unalmas.

• Kamal (6/5): - Hôtel propre et bien entretenu, restaurant de bonne qualité et salle de fitness bien équipée. Il n’y a qu’une seule piscine simple dédiée aux familles avec enfants, l’autre étant réservée aux adultes. Grosse déception sur l’animation : quasi inexistante le soir, aucune activité encadrée pour les enfants, ce qui est regrettable pour une formule tout inclus. Spa, hammam et piscine couverte fermés. Le mini-bar payant ressemble plus à de la vente forcée. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, mais le rapport qualité/prix reste discutable à cause du manque de divertissement et de services attendus pour ce type d’établissement.

• Łukasz (9/5): Pierwszy raz w Albanii, miłe zaskoczenie na plus. Myślę, że warto pojechać. - Na duży plus zmienność potraw oferowanych na obiad i kolację. Śniadania raczej w podobnym stylu, ale wybór wystarczający. Bardzo ciekawy pokój z wanną, to miłe zaskoczenie. Obsługa w porządku, uprzejma i pomocna. Zaskoczyli mini tortem urodzinowym, ze świeczkami i muzyką. To było bardzo miłe, i nie uzgadniane. Inicjatywa obiektu, za którą warto pochwalić. Żadnych problemów ze znalezieniem leżaków na plaży, trudniej nad basenami, ale mniejsza powierzchnia wystarczająco to tłumaczy. Zastanowiłbym się nad lepszą organizacją sprzątania, tzn. pewną powtarzalnością zakresu godzin, żeby nikomu nie przeszkadzało, zarówno gościom jak i personelowi. Brak małych leżaków na dużych balkonach, spotykałem miejsca gdzie jest to standard. Krzesła są niewystarczające, żeby odpocząć na balkonie.

• Rrezarte (10/5): Sandy Beach – A True Holiday Gem! - We had the most amazing time at Sandy Beach – honestly one of the best holidays we’ve ever had! Every single staff member was so friendly, helpful and professional. You could truly feel how much they care about their guests. The whole resort was super clean – every day, everywhere! Our room was perfect: a large king-size room with a whirlpool – we fell in love with it from the first moment. So cozy and romantic! Housekeeping was absolutely lovely – when our daughter accidentally made her bed linen dirty, someone came immediately to help us out. So kind and fast! The food was fantastic – from breakfast to dinner, every meal was full of variety and so delicious. No, it’s not à la carte – but every chef and kitchen assistant gives their heart and soul, and it shows! We really don’t understand how some people leave negative reviews. Of course, you can’t please everyone – but for us, it was perfect. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. And the pool area? Simply amazing! Super clean, relaxing, and every evening there were beautiful activities for the kids – one night movie night, another night dancing, then painting and crafts with the children… just so sweet and full of love. Special shoutout to the pool bar – wow! Every team member there had their own charm. The young woman in the morning was always funny and full of good vibes, making our day start with a laugh – and her cocktails were on point! And the man working in the evening? Despite all the stress and busy moments, he always stayed so friendly, calm and kind – and made the best cocktails. Just wow! Also, the reception team deserves a big thank you – always smiling, helpful, and warm. Whether it was about questions, special requests or just a kind word – they were amazing and made us feel welcome from the first second. We are so grateful for this unforgettable stay – thank you, Sandy Beach team, for every moment. We’ll absolutely be back! 💛🌴🍹

• Hörcsög (10/5): Luxus nyaralás megfizethető áron. - All inclusive ellátásban voltunk. Teljes mértékben meg voltunk elégedve az ételek-italok minőségével és mennyiségével. Pékáruk, sütemények, gyümölcsök, zöldségek garmada állt rendelkezésre. A húsok esetében a tenger gyümölcseiből tökéletes ízelítőt kaptunk (halak, rákok, kagylók, polip, tintahal, stb), viszont a bárányt és a kecskehúst hiányoltuk, mindamellett szárnyasok, sertés, marha bőven volt sokféleképpen elkészítve. A bár színvonala is megfelelő volt, a barista hölgy bájos, kedves és kivételes munkabírású, a napközbeni ellátás példa értékkel bírt. A tisztaság tökéletes volt, mindennap új ágynemű, törülköző, ásványvíz bekészítés. A személyzet kedves, barátságos, készséges. A környezet egy zöld oázis, folyamatos öntözés, slagozás, felmosás még az utakon, tereken, medence körül is, meglepő volt a rendezettség, higiénia. Pontosság, precízség, korrektség jellemezte a recepció munkáját is. Az animátorok egész nap sport, szabadidő, szórakozás tematikájú foglalkozásokat tartanak a gyermekeknek, felnőtteknek egyaránt. A tengerpart szintén patika, a szállodának saját partszakasza van, ezt is állandóan takarították egy speciális homokszűrő eszközzel, amin fennakadt a napi szemét, minden reggel lesimított homokos tengerpart várta a vendégeket. A tenger meleg , 27 fokos, és kristálytiszta volt. végig sárga zászlós, hatalmas hullámokkal élveztük a vizet. Sajnos a 103-as szobából nem volt "tengerre nyíló kilátás", annak ellenére, hogy ezt a felárat kifizettük és elég nagy volt este a zajterhelés, hiszen alattunk volt közvetlen a medencetér, bár, esti zene-bona:(

• Jemima (4/5): Not as expected at all. We were highly disappointed! - The staff were friendly and welcoming The smell that welcomes you is horrible! The food was manageable but fruits were mostly not fresh looking especially bananas and apples which were often cut into pieces and brown looking from the air that blows over it. The air conditioner blows hot air after few hours of staying on. Our bathroom also got flooded anytime we turned on the shower and towels couldn’t even drain that properly
