- LaKeisha (4/5): Dirty room - Front desk staff was very friendly. The room had smell to it while and after the air conditioning was running. There was trash under the microwave stand and on each side of the bed there were a lot black spots on the wall. The pillows were extremely flat. Carpet needs to be cleaned.

There’s very very limited options and the eggs were runny with no flavor or cheese on the sides or anything the sausage was okay but wouldn’t eat it again. The bagels were already toasted and if they weren’t they were really hard.

- Shannon (6/5): Not terrible for being an Ocean City beach hotel and good for the price. - It was a great location with great parking! Easy to get in to the building from the parking area and easy to get into the room. We enjoyed being able to walk over to Dumser's, mini golf, Candy Kitchen, Starbucks, and Grotto's. It was also a nice walk over to the beach just across the street. While the room was clean, the bed sheets had a stain from makeup or possibly blood right where the pillows were that totally gave us the ick right before going to bed so we covered it with an extra bath towel. The floors also felt kind of gross (not uncommon for a beach hotel) but we felt the need to keep our shoes on throughout the room except when sleeping/showering.

Rooms were clean and comfortable! When checking out, the girl with blonde hair and long fake nails needs to get a lesson in customer service.
- Andrew (5/5): No working lamps? No working TV? - The location was great. The hotel was clean. We noticed two lamps in our suite were not working. We also could not get the TV to work. My husband went to the front desk and was told they are aware the lamps aren’t working, but the replacements they ordered haven’t arrived. The associate at the desk said they would have maintenance come look at our TV. We waited 45 minutes for maintenance before going back to the lobby and telling the associate at the desk that we were going to bed, and didn’t want to wait any longer. The associate informed us there was no maintenance employee on site. At check out, we talked to a different associate about our experience. He told us we would be compensated 40-50% off of our stay. We have not received any information on this as of yet.
- piper (10/5): loved! walking distance to the beach and places. clean hotel!! - i loved the location of the hotel. the walk to the beach wasn’t far, and it was by many things to do. such as mini golf, ice cream, coffee and restaurants. would definitely book again. the view was just a parking lot, some hotels have better views but in the end it didn’t matter since everything else made up for it!

- WILLIAM (6/5): Decent - They were accommodating. Gave us towels, hangers, and pillows. Shower. The wall length did not match the shower head. Therefore, we had plenty of water on floor. It would have been better if the shower head was on the other wall and the glass was longer. Going behind the toilet was not a good thing. We did not have our room cleaned. It said every third day. Therefore, we prepared for a cleaning. Which we never got. The bed was very hard. it should have been softer.

I wish the treadmills were working in the gym. I like this place a lot, but it seems like certain things haven't been getting fixed lately.

- joseph (10/5): - We like to stay here when in OC MD because it's a nice place with a wonderful staff. The big plus now is that they have 4 EV charging stations for free, Yes, they're a bit slow but if you charge overnight....My only "complaint" is the gripping or lack thereof in the shower. I usually travel with a small mat since many of the hotels have similar issues and a fear of falling does indeed exist. If they could have a few shower mats or put better gripping in the shower that would be great.

- Jamie (10/5): Very Clean, Spacious, Great Location, Lovely Staff - We had a great stay overall. The hotel was extremely clean, and our room was very spacious and quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from other guests, which made for a peaceful environment inside. The location is far enough from the boardwalk and main strip that you avoid the crowds and weekend noise that come with the party scene in that area. At the same time, there are still plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, and ice cream parlors within walking distance, and the beach is directly across the street — just a quick 5-minute walk. The included breakfast was much better than what most hotels offer — definitely above average. The pool and gym looked clean, modern, and well-kept, though we didn’t get a chance to use them. Overall, a great place to stay if youre not looking to be close to the boardwalk. The hotel is far from the boardwalk and the main beach areas of Ocean City. If you're visiting OCMD specifically to be close to the boardwalk, main attractions, or the busier beachfront areas, expect at least a 10–15 minute drive each way — potentially longer with traffic. This wasn’t an issue for us, as being near the boardwalk wasn’t the reason for our visit. But for others, especially first-time visitors or those looking to be in the heart of the action, the distance could be a downside. Unfortunately, we visited (unknowingly) during the end of Bike Week, so the constant motorcycle noise outside made it difficult to relax. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the overall experience. So if you want a more relaxing experience, check the calendar first LOL.

If I needed service it was up to me to call, so when I took a shower and the water poured out of the connection to the handheld shower, all over the floor I was horrified. I used almost every towel clean it up. .

Parking was tight. Room was not cleaned after third night. Ned and pillows comfortable, options on tv were a plus.

- Natashya (8/5): Bittersweet!! - Started off rocky! Not enough towels or washcloths. No sheets or blanket for pullout couch. Room was clean and bathrooms too. Went to second floor in the afternoon for coffee. Staff member came out and watched us make coffee. Very disappointed in that and why, we aren’t going to steal coffee or creamers. Big turnoff we stay here every year. Never experienced that and definitely won’t happen again!! Bittersweet

Then when I inquired about getting more, they had to be brought to our room (which was fine) but she just handed the guest ahead of me At least 5. The pool was freezing cold and had sand all through it. We were looking forward to spending more time in the pool. We enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay again!

The hotel didn’t provide a receipt when I checked out. The girl said the computer was down and they’d email me a receipt. I’ve received nothing from them. I tried calling but can’t get thru to an actual person. What good is getting a discount thru Expedia if the hotel just charges more to make up the discount? The room was pretty decent.

But according to a staff member at the front desk I talked about it says those double bed size are consider Country Inn & Suites company’s standard Queen bed size🙄 ?? No balcony

- Djephby (2/5): - The staff and was rude and incompetent. I was charged a mysterious $859 which they insisted they could not find in their system when they tried to pass it on as a remaining balance. I had to call my bank to stop the payment since they could not find where the payment had been allocated. The staff was plain rude, every time I came downstairs to ask for help or had a concern, who ever was at the front desk was either sleeping or too preoccupied on their phone. And in regards to finding my missing money when I asked to speak to a manager he was nowhere to be found, and I was told he would speak to me to address the issue the next day. He never showed up to address my concerns, I would advise anyone staying at this location to monitor their bank statements because they will try to get over on you. And they should hire more competent individuals.
- Augustin (6/5): - Did like the fact that cleaning only done every 3 days. Sheet not changed everyday. I have small kids.
- sana (8/5): - The roon was clean and breakfast convenient. Just ddnt like how late checkin is and how early chck out is
- Krista (8/5): - The breakfast area was too small for the amount of people.
- Tiffany (4/5): - Two good things: safe and it’s close to the beach. The bad: they ran out of eggs within an hour of breakfast, front desk staff weren’t friendly, loud AC, stained carpet in room, no filtered water or courtesy water bottles, no hand soap in bathroom.

- Amanda (10/5): - The property was close to every thing and within walking distance to be able to do most things. We liked everything from our stay.
