- Fabrizio (8/5): - Bel riad nel cuore della Medina, atmosfera rilassata, arredi di gusto e terrazza panoramica con piccola piscina per un momento di relax dopo i vari giri. In stanza ti fanno trovare delle pantofole in pelle tipiche che ti invitano a portare poi con te a fine soggiorno. La pulizia non era il massimo soprattutto nelle aree comuni. Le stanze non hanno la chiave, dicono per avere un’atmosfera più casalinga però è qualcosa che dovrebbero fa scegliere agli ospiti. In camera c’è comunque in cassaforte, un po’ desueta in verità. Il bagno è scarno di prodotti, c’era solo il doccia schiuma e lo shampoo, consiglio di mettere almeno una crema per il corpo. Il personale è carino e gentile ma poco preparato con le lingue straniere.

Te tratan de manera exquisita, todos los detalles, y te hacen sentir como en casa. Tienen servicio de transfer (para aeropuerto) y no dejéis de visitar la casa abracadabra, en las afueras, para un hamman y un servicio de masaje. Totalmente recomendable. Quizá podría tener algo más de oferta en la carta del restaurante.

- Jocelyn (9/5): Superb Riad - right in the heart of the Medina - highly recommend. - We travelled as a group of 6 friends and booked 5 rooms at the Riad (2 x Deluxe Rooms; 3 x Suites). Every room was beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The only difference was the size of the rooms - the deluxe rooms simply being slightly smaller. The staff were superb - both before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the email that we received pre-arrival was full of superb tips and suggestions. The location of the Riad was also ideal for us - as we wanted to be in the medina - and easy to locate (taxis can't reach it but instead you are dropped off at the petrol station at the Jemaa el-Fnaa. Its then a 10 min walk to the Riad - easily doable alone - but the hotel can also arrange a porter if you have heavier bags. Breakfast was plentiful. Water pressure/water temperature was also fine. And although they don't advertise a laundry service, the housekeeping staff happily washed some t-shirts for me which I'd managed to stain with Pomegranate juice - and its personal touches like this that made the Riad so special. Definitely felt like you were a house-guest rather than a hotel guest. Highly recommend. The Riad is close to a mosque so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. This is not a criticism of the Riad, more an observation - its all part of the experience of being within the Medina.

The staff were pleasant even though they weren't fluent in English, but we appreciated their kindness. The rooms were smaller than expected considering the price. The riad is beautiful, very calm compared to the busy Medina, and the rooftop terrace is lovely. Everything was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful – they assisted us throughout our stay and organized all transfers perfectly. The only downside is the location: since taxis cannot reach the riad inside the Medina, we had to walk to and from Jemaa el-Fna square several times a day, which can be quite chaotic, especially if you don’t know Marrakech beforehand.

We loved the breakfast with seasonal fruit (the figs were incredible), the beds are super comfortable, the roof top terrace gives a great view of the hiding atlas mountains and the cool pool is perfect to melt away the heat of the day. Staff were discreet and attentive. 10/10. Will recommend to all our friends.
- Nora (6/5): Amazing staff, but not easy access - Amazing staff, very kind and professional. Very difficult to access the Riad, it's deep within the souk, on one of the parallel streets. I went by Tuk Tuk from another Riad and the driver got lost like three times. It's also hard to access in the afternoon or evening; Tuk Tuks don't want to venture into the souk because it's very crowded. I had to walk in heels at night from the Riad to Djemaa el Fna square where I could catch a taxi, on a cobblestone floor, with some puddles, and with street vendors harassing you.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not a luxury experience - but luxury prices - Well….I thought it would be a cut above, as the prices were high. BUT - no television, no refrigerator, no kettle to make tea or coffee. There is also no tea/coffee in the atrium lobby, only at breakfast on the rooftop. Also, of course, there is no fitness center. I haven’t been in a hotel without these amenities for 40 years. The shower and sink had mold, and it was dark and dim inside. It seemed clean enough, though. Breakfast was adequate, but was the same every day. Staff members were kind. The location is chaotic, right in the medina, with motorcycles coming at you both ways as you carry your luggage. I would choose a hotel next time.

- Mark (10/5): A traditional beautiful relaxing Riad in the centre of the action of Marrakesh’s Souk. - A beautiful Riad very close to the main square, so you are right in the centre of the action. This is not big and opulent, but beautifully furnished and cosy. After the chaos in the souk this is a tranquil paradise of calm and quiet. Evening meals and breakfast were all home cooked and beautiful, with the service exceptional. You were made to feel it was your home.

Tucked away just off the main square it’s sheer peace and tranquility the moment you walk through the door. Our room was amazing, spotless and spacious and the bed was soo comfortable. Breakfast was always fresh and varied and nothing was ever too much trouble. An amazing experience for a very fair price. The best.
