- Senal (4/5): From recommendations from others the hotel wasn’t to their previous expectations. - The 2 door men, they were really nice and helpful. Location was great. On arrival reception staff were rude and abrupt. Not very helpful. The dining area wasn’t maintained well, tables left with food and staff not bothered. Food was ok. Breakfast was nice.

- Jinit (1/5): Worst night / stay ever, if i could give this 0 stars, I would. - Really poor customer service. The room we got (room 108), smelt like urine. The toilet seat was broken, and moved away after I sat on it. The bathroom door locked it self so we couldn't get into it. The shower tap leaver, was so stiff you could barely move it. The roll away bed was filty. The cabinet door that house the fridge was broken/missing. So the light from the glass door fridge would keep you awake. Had to turn the fridge off to turn off the light. The air con made a stretching noise. When we told the staff about the bad smell, they said they would clean the room again, and said if we're still not satisfied they would do something about. The room still smelt, but they couldn't do anything about it, as they were fully booked. The rest of the things we complained about, and the manager and staff, said they could do anything about it, as we had to already paid in full, which we had to do when we checked in, there was no other option presented when we checked it The hotel is clearly run down and in need of full gut and refurbishment. Staff need training, on customer service. Worst night ever, if i could give this 0 stars, I would.

- Rishi (7/5): A great hotel in Porbandar - We had a wonderful time in Lords Inn. We were there for 7 nights. The hotel is still to a good standard in terms of lobby, restaurant, rooms and the swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, as are the beds. The staff are polite and responded quickly to our requests. It's in a good location, right on the chopati. The restaurant (The Blue Coriander) catered to all different cuisines so there was a good variety of food to choose from. The highest recommendation I can give is my grandmother lives in Porbandar and she came for dinner at the restaurant one night. She loved the roti and said it was soft and delicious. I can't give any bigger praise than that. The breakfasts were good too and you can request a masala omelette which is freshly made. The shower curtain - please replace this with a shower window instead as when you have a shower, the gap below the curtain means the bathroom floor becomes wet and slippery. This needs to be upgraded in all the rooms to give the hotel a modern edge. Other than that - I cant really fault the Lords Inn!

- Sujata (6/5): - Food is excellent but service is horrible. The person at reception was very helpful as was the chef and security guard. The waiters are very very bad. We ordered 3 rotis...only 2 arrived. Even after 20 minutes waiting and repeated requests the 3 rd roti didn't arrive. We left our meal and walked away. During setting of bill we were charged 6 rotis. The guy at reception deducted the amount but kitchen staff showed kot of 3 plus 3. So there is definitely something wrong.

Had food there and suffered from Stomach upset- had to go to the emergency for treatment. The room AC leaked water and the floor was covered with dirty yellow water - they claimed they fixed it but it occurred again. Not staying there again !

I bookde 4 rooms , 1 room was not cleaned found , 1 room has jet spray leakage issue , all booked room has poor AC performance. Bath kit was not proper. Main thing it is 4 star but Pool's water not changed since so many days further There was a lot of algae in the water. They had no interest in retaining the customer.

The bathroom was dirty, the air conditioning was noisy, cold water from the shower and had to request towels on the second night as none were left in the room. The breakfast service is chaotic and the staff disorganised.

- Tanya (10/5): A clean, fun, accommodating stay right on the beach - could not be more perfect for families! - I've stayed here several times and my experience has always been excellent. I was surprised at the rating of 6.3 as there is really nothing I can fault about this place - in fact, it exceeded my expectations given the rating. The staff were always smiling, polite and willing to help with anything. Where there might have been an issue (and by issue I'm clutching at straws here - things like the breakfast buffet being warm, not piping hot) they were quick to fix it and were incredibly accomodating at breakfast cooking fresh and separate items if you wished for that. I was also with my 3 yr old son and they ensured he had a fun and memorable stay. The rooms (we stayed in 2 different rooms) were very clean - spotless in fact. Location wise the hotel is right on the beach and if you have a room with a sea view, it's very peaceful waking up and going to bed to the view of the ocean. It also felt very safe in the area. In summary, I would not hesitate to visit this lovely hotel again! N/A
