• Colleen (3/5): A stressful stay - Good location near train station and popular sites. Difficult to access property and host. I reserved "luxury triple room" but was put in standard double. The one pillow was thin and the shower water was lukewarm at best. Place is adjacent to a park with very loud music while we were there.

Кровать проваливалась, давно на таких не спала) Электрический чайник в номере был сломан. Правда я сразу же воспользовалась чайником на кухне. Какая-то странная история с розетками и переходниками, часть из них не работала. Стул тоже странный, явно не для сидения. Было впечатление, что хозяева либо сильно экономят, либо не хватает женской руки) В инструкции хозяин сообщил, что утром будет накрыт завтрак. Я не обратила внимание, что завтрак не включен и позавтракала. Потом он сообщил мне, что с меня 10 евро. Я удивилась, т . к. зачем было меня приглашать на завтрак, если он не включен? Хозяин, правда, извинился и денег не взял, но, как говорится, осадок остался.

Able to get in room using wifi means with no problem the 1st time, but got locked out the 2nd time and got no response from owner via phone or email. Able to get back in 2hrs later. Water for shower was lukewarm at best. Despite advertisement for breakfast, none was provided and couldn't leave without taking luggage for fear of inability to get back in. Overall horrible experience and we have traveled alot.

We tried many times with no luck. We tried as many times to reach them by phone, during normal business hours and no one answered. We left messages with no call back. We then just went to the property and there were no staff anywhere. The other guests said their is no one on site. We finally gave up and paid for another hotel down the street, which was great by the way. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Billed 131USD at the end. Too, many times in the evening I sat in the big room just to help guests get in and out as their inrernet door key didn't work. They would show me their reservation confirmation. I helped but there was no one else or they would pound on the door. Also, the son of the owner asked for payment. Loction was great!

Letti molto comodi Check-in on line periglioso. Ad accoglierci c'era una persona che poi abbiamo scoperto essere il figlio del proprietario che mi sollecitava dopo circa mezz'ora il pagamento con bonifico istantaneo. Se mi fosse stato chiesto il pagamento con carta al mio arrivo sarei stato più contento anche se ero convinto erroneamente di averlo già fatto in sede di prenotazione. Alloggio poco pulito e rumoroso.

Dietro alla villa c'è un bel parco. La camera era piccola; l'armadio dondolava e non era fissato al muro. In bagno era cieco non sono riuscita a trovare la ventola di aspirazione.

Una villa immersa nel parco senza zanzariere alle finestre sono stato divorato dalle zanzare.

• Sabrina (1/5): - La cosa che solo mi è piaciuta é la camera e bagno abbastanza grande e il parco adiacente alla villa. Accoglienza pari a 0. Sono arrivata al cancellino con la mia cagnolina, e c’erano i 2 cagnolini che abbaiavano e il proprietario di spalle che parlava al telefono in vivavoce e fumava. Ho chiesto se potevo entrare e mi ha risposto “si si” senza nemmeno guardarmi. Ho aspettato 10 minuti quasi nella hall mentre lui finiva di farsi i propri comodi dopo aver chiesto anche se era possibile avere le chiavi della stanza per sistemarmi. Se un cliente arriva, chiudi telefono e spegni la sigaretta e ti dedichi a lui, non si continua a fare i propri comodi. Inoltre stanza dove si sentiva tutto quello che c’era all’esterno, anche il signore che russava accanto. Non ci tornerò, voto 0.

• Raimund (7/5): Wunderbar und weiterzuempfehlen - Die Lage mit dem Garzen und dem direkten Parkzugang ist überragend . Besonders für Hundebesitzer zu empfehlen. Der riesige unnötige Kasten im Zimmer.. Dadurch war der Durchgag/Bettzugang eine Kletterpartie .

• Valle (10/5): Me encantó. Volvería siempre aquí. - Alojamiento ENCANTADOR. Cerquita de la estacion y junto a un parque PRECIOSO al lado del Museo de Arte de Ravenna y a 5 min andando de S. Apollaire Nuovo. La habitación estaba impecable y el servicio fue muy amable a mi llegada. La habitación tiene un minibar con precios asequibles por si te apetece algo. La entrada es automatica con un link donde puedes acceder a la estancia.

• Raymond (1/5): Never again - The building looks nice from the outside. Within walking distance of the city center. Nice large common living room. Little garden with terrace. I requested a private parking space for my motorbike at a surcharge of 15 euro. The day before my stay I sent a reminder since I got no reply yet. On the day of my stay I was told there was no place available since the garage was being renovated. My creditcard was already charged and I had no option to cancel my booking and look for an alternative. My motorbike had to stay parked on the street overnight. Since the street is connecting the trainstation with the city center and a public park is next to the B&B, many dubious persons are walking by. It is called a bed AND BREAKFAST. Breakfast should be asked for at check-in. There was nobody at my check-in in the afternoon. In fact I haven't seen anyone during my stay. I did get a confirmation from their virtual key system 'Vikey' that breakfast would be served in the living room so I assumed it would be OK. Next day there was no breakfast. The bathroom showed mold on the ceiling above the shower, the floor tiles looked dirty, the rubber gasket of the window was loose, the kitchen looked old and dirty with a plastic bag of trash on the floor. I didn't dare to make a coffee. Communication with the owner was over message and took time, was unpersonal and even rude. I felt very unwelcome. That's why I decided to cancel my stay for the next week, although I knew I would lose my money. Of course the manager was unwilling to give me a refund for that booking.

L'edificio ha potenziale, ma ha bisogno di manutenzione! L'host ha richiesto 2 euro in più rispetto a quanto pattuito con booking nonostante la tassa di soggiorno fosse già calcolata sul totale! In più il giorno dopo si era già dimenticato che lo avessi pagato! La camera ha il parquet piuttosto rovinato, i mobili sono economici, ma abbastanza nuovi, il peggio è il bagno che è in una condizione pietosa, macchiato, polveroso, con sanitari mal installati e con acqua non calda ma appena tiepida! Per la colazione avevamo concordato 5 €, ma all'arrivo me ne chiede 10... no!

• Marie (8/5): - Perfekt boende för våra två nätter i Ravenna med närhet till station och sevärdheter. Mycket trevligt hus med liten trädgård och terrass vid en stor park. Trevlig värd som var tillgänglig för frågor och som lämnade bra information.
• Gloriusa (10/5): El jardín encantado - No utilizamos servicio de desayuno. Lo que más nos gustó fue el acceso al jardín y el área exterior, las plantas, los perros, la luz, el espacio. Las camas muy cómodas. Giovanni es una persona muy atenta. No aplica, todo nos gustó.
• Tanja (8/5): Lovely stay & reasonable price - Great location. A little dated. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. I had paid including city tax but this was asked for again. It was only 8 euros for the 4 nights but it was still an additional request.

• Georgina (7/5): Near train station, quiet, reasonable value. - It was quiet & a short walk from the train station. For an elderly person like myself the access by internet only could be intimidating. The bed in my room was very close to the cupboard so it was a tight squeeze to get round it to the kettle & bar fridge. I stayed four nights but was not given a change of towels. Room & bathroom spotlessly clean but no chair or table in bedroom.
