• Sarah (9/5): - The villa was large and the pool was amazing with a fantastic view everyday! Communication was great and we were met by the port to be shown the location and around the villa. We had a car which I would recommend to be able to get around and explore but there were two bakeries, small supermarket and several good resturants and beach bars within the 10 min walk down to the two beaches. The villa was quiet and the kids loved having free range of pool. We had a lovely time in naxos and would recommend it. The furniture in our villa was a bit more dated/worn than the pics however this didnt bother us, we didnt spend much time inside the villa there was a big dining table outside and sun beds round the pool, where we spent most of our time! Or at the beach!
• Benedict (7/5): Lovely stop, lively and quiet. Lovely staff, helped us get home, I’d come back. - The pool and area around it were immaculate. The rooms and living space were fine but old damaged furniture hiding under throws. Nothing bad but nothing amazing. Very close to the shop and restaurants and beach. Nothing. Wi-Fi wasn’t amazing

• Jorge (10/5): Excelente, Sakis gran anfitrión - La casa está muy bien, cerca a todas las playas en un área tranquila, tiene todo lo necesario y vistas increíbles desde el balcón. Sakis fue a darnos el encuentro al puerto y lo seguimos al alojamiento. Y no solo eso sino que también llevó a mi hijo mayor ya que no entrábamos en el coche que alquilamos con todo el equipaje, igual de vuelta al irnos, fue muy amable durante toda la estadía resolviendo nuestras dudas siempre.

Indretning elendighed og køkkenet mangelfuldt. Hårde senge, kunne mærke fjedrene. Klædeskab var smadderet, resterne lå bare henslængt ovenpå. Intet indenfor var i nærheden af luksus standard og til prisen. Elendige møbler. Dårligt internet. Problemer med strøm de første to dage, men vores lokale kontakt fik hurtigt det ordnet. En meget hjælpsom om flink mand. Men kald ikke det her luksus hvis man ikke kan leve op til det. Skal bruge køretøj. for at komme til/fra stedet.
• Jacqulyn (10/5): - This property was exactly what we needed. We had plenty of space for our family of four and while there were other units, there was enough space for us to keep some privacy while we utilized the pool area. The host met us close to the port and we were able to follow him in to avoid getting lost on the roads (this was especially nice because it was our first experience driving in Naxos and would have been confused on the roads) it was close enough to cute local bakeries and right in between 2 mini markets. I would just say that this was not what I would consider a luxury accommodations, but my expectations were tapered based on other reviews and the cost associated as it was far less than other places with all the amenities we wanted (2 separate bedrooms, private pool, view)
• Hiba (10/5): Exceptional - Sakis the owner is extremely friendly and meets you at the port. He kept checking if all is ok. Very very welcoming and nice rooms. Very clean as well. Large pool and breathtaking views. Absolutely loved it and would 100% recommend. Nothing. Everything was perfect
• Ashley (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the Villa and view were wonderful. Sakis was a wonderful point of contact. We didn't receive cleaning services every day, and the schedule wasn't consistent so we weren't sure when things would be cleaned up. Normally not a big deal but we weren't left any extra trash bags to take care of our own trash. We didn't have hot water or internet for the first day there, but Sakis was responsive to my questions about when it would be up and running. We also had some issues with the power that Sakis helped us resolve, but it took some time.

• Maria (10/5): Beautiful Villa with amazing views - The Villa was very beautiful and had all the facilities that we needed for a comfortable stay for our family of 5 for 3 nights. The outside area with the pool is a highlight and it had wonderful views towards the beaches and coast. Our host Sakis was great to deal with and arranged our hire car to and from the Port which made it very easy for us. It is located away from the main town (approx 20 mins easy drive) however there is a Supermarket, Bakery, Beach and Stelios Tavern 5 mins drive away which provided everything we needed. All the beaches were amazingly beautiful and the shops at the Marina made for a great day of shopping and lunch/dinner with many restaurants, Stelios Tavern was a highlight for their warmth and friendliness (by the second night we were treated like family) and we had dinner there every night with some wonderful authentic home-cooked Greek Food. Highly recommended ! that we only stayed 3 nights :)
• Erica (6/5): - Although the pool area and villa itself were lovely, the location was very average and we had difficulties with the owner. He was intrusive and rude, to the point where we were made to feel very uncomfortable. Such a shame as our experience could have been very different otherwise. I would suggest he give guests more space and not be so overbearing in terms of how they use the property and their expectation's on the guests. Questions over the use of the pool and air-conditioning felt abrasive and surprise visits to check up on us during our private time was offensive and unwelcome.

• Liane (10/5): Fabulous villas with memorable views - The location was quiet and away from the business of The other beaches. The views are spectacular you have views of the ocean kits surfing and hills from every room and the swimming pool. The views from bedrooms and top balcony are especially amazing I spent my morning eating breakfast from this spot and enjoyed every minute. There is a super market very close by and a fabulous bakery too. The beaches close by are natural and not busy with deck chairs and people. There is also tavernas close by as well. Saki the owner was very helpful and the kitchen bathroom and bedrooms were spacious and well set out and accomodating. The pool was such a bonus as well. That I couldn’t stay longer.
• Katrin (10/5): Perfect place to stay with kids. - The private pool was prefect with kids, very spacious. The location was good and quite. The garden was green and safe fir kids. the coffee machine made goid coffee. We missed salt, peper and detergent.
• Clare (7/5): Great quiet hillside location if you don’t mind the stroll to the beach. Had an excellent holiday despite the lack of w - The property had excellent views as situated on a hillside, the pool was a good size and well-maintained and the property had air-con in all rooms and felt spacious. The manager, Sakis, was very upbeat, friendly and happy to help. On first day there was a lack of water to the property due to a burst pipe in the village, once this was fixed the supply was still temperamental for a few days (cold, drip of a shower) which we were told was normal as the Town Hall reduce the pressure in the evenings (we found pressure on and off throughout the day). However, once the manager put in a water tank, we had excellent water supply, both hot and cold so the reduced pressure was clearly because we were relying on the water higher up than other properties and the property couldn’t cope. This was the same for our neighbours at Naxos Luxury Villas. The furniture (mattresses, sofas) weren’t comfortable. The property might live up to its ‘luxury’ title if the beds, mattresses, sofas, wardrobes and kitchen countertops were upgraded and there was some art on the walls. There was a note that the cleaner comes every day between 10am and 2pm. Our villa was cleaned once in the middle of our first week, then we had to request a 2nd clean and clean sheets on day 8 as the floor gets very sandy when you go to the beach daily. The cleaner came in the evening for this. We were then offered cleaning a couple of evenings later at 7pm but we were all having showers and when we requested the floors be swept the next day, we were told she’d come at 5pm and she didn’t come. We therefore had only 2 cleans in 2 weeks. The manager needs to stick to the hours stated - he should also make it clear when he is entering the property in your absence. It is over-priced for what you get, given the ‘luxury’ title.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The villa was perfect for our stay in Naxos. Very clean, amazing pool with views of beach and kite surfers, and wifi and air conditioning all worked without any issues. Sakis the host is very friendly and helpful, meeting us at the port and taking us to the villa for checkin. Great local restaurants 10 minutes walk away and Sakis helped arrange car rental and taxi. Great time in Naxos!
