- Guido (8/5): Apartments in central area of Manama ( Juffair ) - First apartment they gave me was extremely noisy because of constructon working just in front of the window ( impossible to sleep ). After complaining, the second day, they have given me another apartment, very spacious and of higher level. So I can say very nice staff ready to help.
- Carol (6/5): Needs improvement - My husband and son and I stayed here in the two bedroom apartment. The front desk staf was very friendly, we were. Given an apartment on the first floor. One of the reasons for choosing this place was the amenities that were listed, I like being able to have the kitchen and make breakfast etc even when on a short getaway. However there were no pots and pans, no dishes, no silverware, nothing! We also had to callland ask for towels and toilet paper and soap. All of these things should already have been in the apartment waiting for us. The lamps in bedrooms and living room do not work because they need adapter plugs and Light Bulbs. The beds were made with sheets that didn’t properly fit and no top sheet was provided. The shower curtains were soiled and the toilet would not flush without lifting the lid and adjusting every time! The apartment is not very soundproof and we were waken up at 3 am to what sounded like someone moving furniture and slamming doors above us. At one pint it was so loud I thought someone was trying to come into our apartment. The pool can be viewed right outside our window and the noise from that was also h are. The apartment was very pretty, and when we tried to address concerns about the amenities ( kitchenwear, etc) we were told that is all available upon request. So my suggestion is request all be put in before your arrival otherwise you will be waiting to have it all delivered when you arrive.
- Ronnel (8/5): Large, affordable and comfortable + condotel style - Good location in Juffair near many bars, restaurants and Juffair Mall. Check-in was lightning quick. They give you a key card to access the garage parking. We stayed in a 1br/bath apartment. It was neat and spacious. Kitchen was as advertised, stocked with cutlery and dishes, a ref, microwave and toaster. TV had satellite channels. Wifi was okay but the internet wasn't very fast. AC was good and plenty of hot water while showering. They provided towels, soap and shampoo, so be prepared to bring anything else you might need. I would give 5 stars for the place and price, but there's construction going on next door which was very noisy. Not Golden Treasure Tower's fault, but of course, if you're a light sleeper, you should consider this. Check out was also very fast. They even extended us until 3pm. Overall, a great place for the right price. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, GTT!
