• Anna (10/5): - Останавливались 2 раза . Понравилось все : принимающая семья , расположение гестхауса ( до тук тука 2-3 мин ) , ежедневно чистые полотенца , сама номер чистый . Внизу есть магазин , где можно купить что то нужное для отдыха в отпуске по хорошим ценам ( футболки , штанишки легкие , для пляжа какие то вещи ) . Нам было актуально , т.к мы путешествовали налегке . Обязательно вернемся еще , если будем в Паттайе . Все устроило , нет такого .

Вентилятор+кондиционер - идеально. Доступ к жилью в любое время. Всегда чистенько, спокойненько. Я бы даже осталась дальше. всё понравилось

• Chantal (10/5): Beste guesthouse in Jomtien - Mooie, schone ruime kamer met balkon. Warme douch, koelkast, waterkoker. Elke krijg je 2 flessen water en koffie. Prullenbak word geleegd en indien nodig schone handdoeken. De eigenaren zijn ontzetten aardig, gastvrij en beantwoorden al je vragen. Ondanks dat er dagelijks verkeer langskomt is het een heerlijke, rustige plek om te ontspannen. In de omgeving diverse eetgeleheden en een avondmarkt op nog geen 5 min loopafstand.

The staff confirmed that they found it and I was able to come pick it up on the next day. The bathroom was getting smelly at times. I think it was coming from the shower drain.
• Silver (10/5): Weekend getaway at Pattaya. - The room is very spacious and the bathroom. They provided clean toilets daily and bottled waters. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is accessible via tuktuk from and to Terminal 21, just 1 ride. Outside the guest house there is many restaurants and bars to choose from.

• Alexandr (5/5): Owner downgraded room - I booked non refundable weeks in advance for a room with a balcony. Several days before moving in the owner messaged that we paid too little to have a balcony room and we need to cancel. I refused because non-refundable. Upon arrival the owner said somebody rented the balcony room from them in person for 2 months after we booked but before we moved in, that's why she decided to give the room to them instead.

• Seyed (9/5): Great Location and Excellent Standards - The location of this property is great, situated in a calm and peaceful area. It’s just a few steps away from a beautiful night market, and there are many cozy restaurants and shops nearby. You can easily reach Walking Street and Pattaya Beach Road by baht buses or a short drive if you have a motorbike. It's also walkable, about a 30-minute walk. I think they should consider changing the name of this property to "hotel" as it meets most hotel standards. The room and building were super clean. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The Wifi was very good. The AC worked very well, and the bathroom was large and spotless. The shower water was consistently warm, and the pressure was also stable. They provided small shampoo and soap at the beginning, but didn't charge again for the following days, and we didn’t request more. They change the towels and clean the room every day, so if you don't want them to enter, be sure to inform them earlier. We didn’t know about this and were surprised. Overall, we had no negative points during our stay.

• Roadtrip57 (8/5): A good stay in South Pattaya.... - Check-in was quick and easy. I stayed here 5 nights. Aircon was good, hot water in shower. Free drinking water each day. Towels changed every day. Comfortable stay, fairly quiet at night-time. 7-11 a short walk away. Room has good security, and a lock-box. Big wardrobe for clothes. Nice balcony to sit and have coffee or a drink on. Lots of baht buses very close by, going both directions. Bed was a little firm, but I slept well. The street this is on has a large Russian influence everywhere, from signage, etc.

• Jonathan (8/5): If you're looking to stay near Jomtien beach at low cost, this place is tough to beat. - It's a clean and comfortable room that suited my needs nicely for a week-long stay. The owners were as nice as could be, and there's a lady right next door who serves good cheap coffee at 7:30 AM. Good wifi, too. You can hear some traffic noise through the back windows from the busy street 100 meters away. It dies down at night.

I only met the owners for a minute but they seemed very friendly. Communication doesn't go easily. They didn't reply on my first message in the morning (about bus transfer). And only replied on my second in the late afternoon (about being late for check in due to bus trouble) because I asked to let me know if they received and read it.

• Jonas (9/5): Excellent value for money and very clean. - It was pretty clean, every important part was spotless. The AC, Bedsheets, Matress and Towels were new. We got Shampoo, Soap, Bodywash and a Toothbrush. We got two bottles of water, new towels and toiletpaper every day. The rooms got upgraded a littlebit since the pictures were taken. The table and chairs that were inside are on the balcony now, the plastic chairs/tables are gone and inside there is a nicer table and one chair. Also they added a electric kettle. The owner was incredibly friendly. The location doesn’t look amazing on the map and you walk ~20 minutes to the heart of jomtien, but it’s actually really good, because you walk two minutes to the songthaew line (they come every 5 minutes) and you can go there a lot faster for 20 baht. I think you can also switch to another line and go to walking street if you want. And it’s a quiet area. The door was a bit hard to find, because it was only the size of a normal entrance door, but it had the name on it, so we found it eventually. The phone number was changed and not updated on booking.com. Having the wifi password somewhere in the room would have been nice. But only small things, for the price it was amazing.
• Toni (10/5): Everything works super - Super clean. Comfortable bed. Private entrance. Friendly staff. Everything works splendidly. They even clean every day which is too much for me and had to tell them to not do it so often. The street has everything you need for every day living. Walking distance from park and gym. Superb value! Can be a bit loud sometimes if a bus stops to next door hotel or there's music from some restaurant next door (happened once. There was a karaoke night of some sort). All in all comfortable location but also nothing spectacular. Beach is a shor tuktuk or motorbike ride away. A small nitpick but the bathroom has unadjustable shower holder. I dunno why this is so prevalent in Thailand. If you put full pressure on the shower it will spray on the opposite wall because it's aligned vertically and can't be adjusted. Still a good shower but it's perplexing, that's all.

Super friendly staff and overall super nice experience. Rooms are big with good airconditioning and bathrooms.
