- Hansa Jeswani (5/5): - room to some extent but washroom was small Very disappointing experience at Hotel Westdown Heritage. The service was extremely poor and the food quality was horrible. The breakfast had a strong smell of reused old oil, and even the tea was not good. The toaster was clearly not cleaned properly, and the same stale oily smell carried into the bread as well. The bathrooms were extremely small and uncomfortable. What was more shocking was that plates left outside the room at 9:30 PM were not cleared till the next morning. Definitely not the hospitality and cleanliness one expects from a heritage hotel.
- Iyer (1/5): - Disappointing Experience Given the Premium Price Stay Details: 3 Nights | Suite Category | ₹184,681 for 2 rooms Poor Maintenance: Upon arrival, the fridge was leaking water across the room floor. Safety Hazard: The bathroom entrance has old, broken wooden flooring. I sustained a foot injury because the wood is splintered and unmaintained (refer to photos). Unfit Amenities: The bath mats (floor towels) were extremely old, worn out, and unhygienic; we chose to skip using them entirely. Subpar Breakfast: At 9:15 AM, 30% of the buffet was already empty. Essential items like white chutney were refilled in a hurry and were mostly water. Poor Value: At a price point of over ₹30,000 per room per night, the lack of basic maintenance and food quality is unacceptable.

- Pramod (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very courteous, rooms very beautiful and specious , beautiful British architecture of the property gives unique experience, walls of the hallway are adored with old newspaper articles dating back to 1898 reading them was fascinating experience. The property is well placed from city centre. Overall I loved the experience, food , and will recommend it to everyone

- Manoj (4/5): Wasted trip to Ooty - Location is good. It is in the city. The room allotted was right next to reception, so we could hear every time the phone rang. The room did not have a single window, and no fan or AC. It is made up to look like a heritage property.. though it is not. They advertise a bamboo biriyani, though it is not. For 700 Rs they cook a normal biriyani and stuff it inside a bamboo. Misleading advertising. They are over charging for arranging cabs.
- Khader (8/5): Excellent Victoria style resort - Very good Victoria style resort and quite close to Ooty Commercial street and other tourist attractions. Good breakfast with sufficient variety. Good staff and a excellent front desk manager Mr. Sakthi Comfortable beds. In all a great stay of 3 days. The room furniture should be upgraded or at least maintained. Room heaters should be provided on request. Bath towels should be soft.

- Ajimsha (8/5): has a good time in vinnca - the facility is good and with clean rooms. the main thing about the hotel is the humble and friendly staff which definitly is a plus point. couple of suggestions from my end would be extending the check out time until 12PM as it is mentioned ass 10 Am right now and also considering that this is potrayed as a resort, we should have some play area for Kids / some open area for some small games
- Sean (8/5): Good short stay place - The accommodation is clean, rooms large and the staff are friendly. The hotel seems new and extra amenities are lacking. Good base to explore the region but you need own transport to get around (ie not walking distance to town). Breakfast is basic. We eat our meals in town, so no comment on restaurant food. It has a large secure parking area. Good overnight/short stay base
