Apartment was clean well appointed and overall decor is excellent. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Our host Massimo went out of their way to make us feel at home and delivered impeccable service. Very central, in a beautiful area and close to everything: monuments, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. We could walk to literally everywhere. Definitely the place to stay in Rome. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and quality. A truly lovely experience from start to finish. Cannot wait to go back! Nothing… everything was excellent

To nie krytyka, tylko bardziej uwaga. Wejscie do apartamentu jest dla osob pełnosprawnych, gdyż jest po schodach.

• Angelina (9/5): - The large space, windows with a view, had everything I needed. Friendly and attentive hosts. Comfortable bed. Whilst there was a large kitchen, there was no oil for cooking (empty bottle) which made it tricky. Otherwise, everything else was provided!
• Sundaramurthy (3/5): Staff excellent but poor facility - The staff were great and very responsive. The bathroom was remodelled and very good although the shower was very cramped. The location was very close to the Vatican. The kitchen is decent. They do have a functioning washer. Off the 3 bedrooms 2 had very bad AC. So if someone's planning to travel to Rome during hot weather then this isn't the right place.

• Jaime (9/5): Great apartment to visit Rome - Apartment is in a great location. Apartment is large, 3 bedrooms and very quiet. The host was outstanding ready to make our visit more enjoyable. There is no elevator in the building.
• Neil (10/5): Beautiful apartment with old world charm and modern conveniences. - Location close to the Vatican and Castle S’Angelo was great, close to Patti and Travestere, yet only 10-15 minutes walk to central Rome sites. Coliseum was about 30 minute walk (I walk quick so was great), outside of arrival and leaving , we did not need to use any cabs.) Staff and Owners were great with allowing us to drop bags off early, answering all questions and helping with arranging taxi ride to airport. Nothing.

Kitchen well equiped, washing mashine. 2 double beds and one twin. Inna, the host, is very helpful. Located near Castel Sant'Angelo. Close to Vatican from one side and to Piazza Navona, Panteon from other. Enjoyed the staying very much!

From the beginning, with snacks and wine to begin our stay to quick communication when we had questions!
• Sergeeva (5/5): Passable - Location is superb, staff is extremely welcoming. Inna is the best—she was very communicative and provided nice recommendations. The apartment is very dark, only one set of windows (one bedroom/living room) go to the street. All other bedrooms face the the opposite wall. No view, no light. Kitchen is quite dirty, we had to Rewash the dishes, there is no descent tableware or cups, plates…everything is very cheap. Not nice to use. The teapot is extremely dirty. Apartment is not suitable to cook at home. Be ready to eat out all the time.

• Helen (10/5): Great place, great people, perfect location - Amazing location and directly opposite one of the main attractions and 5 minutes from Vatican City. Fabio met us at the apartment and showed us round. Gave us all the information we needed and Inna was just a message away if we needed anything. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable for our stay. Mini market at the corner and loads of restaurants to choose from. Inna also sent us recommendations for places to eat and even ordered us transport to take us back to the airport. Highly recommend this lovely place! Nothing to dislike
• Chris (8/5): Very good - Kitchen was great. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to most of what we wanted to see in Rome/ Vatican city. Plenty of great restaurants close by. Vibrant neighborhood. Fully functional kitchen, lot's of room for everyone. Only negative may have been that the street sounds could sometimes get loud, but this is the trade off with being so central to where we wanted to be & no fault of the property.

Perfect for our needs. Our host was very accomodating and assisted us with checking in quickly (and a bit earlier) after a very long flight and responded quickly to questions. He also provided us with some helpful tips on places to eat. We can’t recommend this beautiful apartment highly enough. Nothing we didn’t like
• David (8/5): Close to Vatican - Beautiful historic ceilings, antique furniture, well equipped kitchen and great location 5 minutes walking distance from the Vatican and the nearby scenic river. Being allowed to leave our luggage before check in time even though, as the host reminded us, this was a holiday home not a 24 hour hotel. A bottle of wine and snacks were presented by Fabio, the nice man who checked us in. Communication with host was prompt. Prefacing this with the fact that we had been up for 30 hours (no sleep on plane) so the following delays probably wouldn’t have mattered as much if we hadn’t arrived exhausted. No one was there to let us in the building to drop off luggage even though we had an agreed upon time frame to do so. Being told someone would be there in 10 minutes but it turned into a 45 minute wait. Not being able to access the apartment until after the designated check in time of 3:30 pm (15:30) because cleaning was not finished. We were told to come back at 6pm but after pointing out that check in time was 3:30pm per our reservation, we were able to get in around 5 pm. The rest of the stay went smoothly.
• Nurse (9/5): Fabio is an excellent host. The apartment is wonderful. - Fabio is an excellent host. He communicated upon our arrival to Termini and met us at the apartment. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed. The apartment is clean, conveniently located within walking distance to loads of sites, loads of restaurants and coffee shops on the street, (Fabio texted many fabulous recommendations), access to the hop-on/hop-off bus on the corner. Walk out of the apartment and view Castel Sant'Angelo, the dome of St. Peter Basilica, and stroll along the Tiber. Upon our departure, Fabio met us, ensured a cab was available and bid us a safe journey. I would definitely recommend a stay. A lovely apartment with all conveniences provided. The only thing missing would be a small comfortable seating area.

• Mary (8/5): Great Location but Strange Interior Layout - Location! Everything we wanted to see or do was within fairly easy reach by foot. St Peter's Basilica is only 15 mins walk. Lovely side view of Castel Sant Angelo. Restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Simple bar for morning coffee just opposite the front door. A supermarket only a few mins walk away. The friendly manager met us and showed us in and provided several nice things to eat and drink. She arranged for a taxi to the airport on departure. Unfortunately the layout didn't work for us. I had no idea the kitchen door was actually inside the main bedroom. If you were sleeping you'd be disturbed by anyone using the kitchen so they would be confined to their rooms. There is glass in the door too. I wish places would show a floor plan. A sofa would be useful in the main bedroom so you have a comfortable place to sit other than the bed. Very small shower cubicle. We paid a lot for this unit and although the location was great I wouldn't stay again, sadly.
• Rusudan (10/5): Fabulous Roma - The location is excellent, right in front of Castel sant Angello, 5 min walk to Saint Peter' basilica, and very close to piazza del poppolo and other attractions. The appartment itself is in the historic building, well furnished and well equipped, very clean. The staff is fabulous, very attentive, helped with all our requests. Higly recommended, will certanly go back when in Rome. The only negative might be the absence of the elevator, which is understandable for the historic building. But the host helped us to carry our luvgage up and down the stairs.

The host was very careful to our needs and reacted very promptly. You feel like living in an old castle, yet having all modern facilities.
