• Amanda (9/5): Great place to stay - Highly recommended - Beautiful, very spacious apartment. Clean and very close to the train station. In walking distance from everything we wanted to see. The bed and pillows are not comfortable.
• Durand (3/5): Décevant - L’emplacement. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est clairement le seul vrai point positif de notre séjour. Malheureusement, le reste a été très décevant. La chambre était extrêmement mal isolée : nous entendions aussi bien les bruits venant de l’extérieur que le passage et les allées et venues des autres clients dans l’immeuble, ce qui rendait le repos difficile. Une forte odeur d’égout était présente aussi bien dans la salle de bain que dans la chambre pendant tout le séjour. La salle de bain manquait clairement d’entretien, avec de la moisissure visible, et nous avons également constaté la présence de mites dans la chambre. Le lit était peu confortable et le mobilier semblait bas de gamme et usé, donnant une impression générale de mauvaise qualité. Il y a surtout un réel écart entre les photos et la réalité. Les images présentent un lieu propre, moderne et soigné, alors qu’en réalité les finitions sont médiocres et l’entretien laisse à désirer. Pour le tarif proposé, l’expérience n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur.

• Emma (5/5): Great location, but bad drain smell ruined room for us - The room had a really bad smell of drains. It was coming from the bathroom so we would keep the bathroom door closed the entire time but then when going into the bathroom the smell was awful. Made our sinuses inflamed and blocked. Cleanliness of bathroom wasn’t great either as toilet really smelt of old urine with a toilet seat that doesn’t fit the toilet (needs a good bleach). There is a lot of noise from the bar under the room we stayed in, until around 00:00.

De plus dans un appartement de 72 m2 il y avait largement la place d'en mettre une. Pas de quoi se faire un café ou un thé dans la chambre (pas de cafetière ou théière, ni même de vaisselle). Pas de verres ou gobelet pour le brossage des dents.. 2 salles de bain dans l'appartement qui est pour 2, je ne vois pas l'intérêt.
• INES (9/5): Geweldig goed gelegen en erg proper! - De locatie was top! We konden vanuit de gezamenlijke living recht op het “Grand Canal” kijken. Ons hotel was aan de overkant van het station. Het is moeilijk om een negatief puntje te zoeken, maar als we dan toch moeten kiezen, kiezen we voor de badkamer. De douche was vrij klein en bovendien hadden we 2 dagen koud water. Ik nam echter wel contact met hun op via whatsapp en kreeg snel antwoord dat ze het probleem zouden proberen oplossen. Ze hebben ook een financiële tegemoetkoming aangeboden voor dit probleem. Dat was heel attent van hun.
• Valeriia (1/5): Сплошное разочарование , если вы не хотите испортить себе отпуск никогда не снимайте этот отель !!!! - Единственный позитивный момент это расположение все остальное было просто сплошным разочарованием Сильный запах мочи в комнате , в ванне была черная плесень , у меня на фоне этого развилась аллергия , два дня у нас не было горячей воды . Это даже не отель а просто комната под съем нет ресепшена , даже мусор из комнаты никто не выбрасывает . На все мои замечания и просьбы объект размещения меня игнорировал . Проблемы , как плесень, решались максимально поверхностно , они просто заменили головку душа , но вся плесень на стенах осталась с этим даже не попытались что либо сделать . Ужасный запах мочи ( в ШКАФУ) !!! На мои просьбы заменить комнату меня просто игнорировали

• Hanna (5/5): Wenecja piękna, warto pojechać ale trzeba nastawić się na różne niespodziewane sytuacje. - Lokalizacja wspaniała, blisko dworca, tramwajów wodnych oraz widok na Grand Canal. Apartament wymaga renowacji, ściana w łazience popękana, ściany dawno niemalowane . Zapłaciliśmy za aneks kuchenny a tam nie było czajnika, po 2 dniach dzwonienia i pisania na maila w końcu przynieśli. Garnki bardzo używane. W ofercie miał być zestaw kosmetyków a było mydło płynne i żel pod prysznic. Problem był z odebraniem kodu do budynku i mieszkania. Za mieszkanie mieliśmy zapłacone wcześniej prawie 700 euro za 3 noce, przed zakwaterowaniem trzeba było jeszcze zapłacić 24 euro podatku miejskiego i podpisać umowę, wtedy otrzymywało się kod dostępu do mieszkania. Podatek można było zapłacić tylko kartą i tu pojawił się problem bo oprócz numeru karty, daty ważności i trzech cyfr na odwrocie trzeba było jeszcze wpisać CAP. Nikt nie wytłumaczył co to jest, jaki numer trzeba wpisać, pani z Wonderful Italy byla bardzo niemiła, kazała dzwonić do banku, zamiast powiedzieć że to kod pocztowy mojego miejsca zamieszkania, w końcu się rozłączyła. Parę nerwowych godzin nam zajęło zanim załatwiliśmy.

Had to use USB on tv and then had to keep tv on. To glasses even plastic would be nice. No instructions for a/c. Or heat if needed. Could maybe consider once rms are clean let next guest into rm. We left 3am and our return Could be ready early for next guest sooner than 3pm

• David (8/5): Very good value accommodations in a good location. Think of it closer to an airbnb than a hotel. - Communication with the host was clear and timely. I had no trouble finding the place (unlike the water taxi I hired to take me there). The door codes worked perfectly every time. The location was extremely convenient to the train and ACTV station, and there is a good restaurant immediately downstairs. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and had a nice view of the grand canal. There was sometimes a slight sewer smell in the restroom.

The neighborhood was lovely, the space itself was beautiful, and the view was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable with a high-quality mattress. Highly recommended!

• Ewa (7/5): Miejsce jest bardzo atrakcyjne, ale warto zadbać o większy komfort gości. - Lokalizacja, czystość Przyjechałam w środę, a wyjeżdżałam w niedziele, przez cały ten czas pokój nie był sprzątnięty, nie było żadnych szklanek, sztućców, żadnego czajnika etc. Do pokoju mogłam wejść po 15.00, a przed 10.00 musiałam już wyjść z pokoju.

• Anja (5/5): - Grei beliggenhet hvis man har med en del bagasje, ettersom det er kort fra togstasjonen til hotellet. Også praktisk å ikke trenge egen nøkkel men heller ha en kode på døren. Forventning til standard matchet ikke helt i virkeligheten med bildene. WiFi funket nesten ikke i det hele tatt og det var veldig tynne vegger som gjorde at man kunne høre alt som ble sagt på naborommet. Det gjorde at man selv ikke opplevde rommet sitt som privat.

The entrance was sketchy! (not inviting in the least) The runners on the stairs to the rooms in many places were trip hazards...we used caution and my partner repaired the rods holding the runners several times - they did not hold for long.

• Spazio (1/5): 274 € sono veramente tanti per una struttura poco curata, priva di servizi e soprattutto struttura pericolante - La posizione Tantissimi scalini per arrivare al secondo piano con una moquettes mezza smontata, nessuna possibilità di personale fisico, bagni poco puliti lavandino o otturato, palazzina molto probabilmente fuori norma perché il pavimento tremava tutto quando si camminava. Quindi mi dispiace, ma mi sono trovato veramente male

The room was large and comfortable. Actually there was nothing special I did not like, everything was Ok. Good location and value for money.

• Roberto (8/5): Buona camera ma, con poco, poteva essere migliore. - Mi è piaciuta la posizione molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria e mi è piaciuta la vista sul canal grande. Stanza molto ampia e luminosa di giorno. Un po' scarsa l'illuminazione artificiale. Qualche luce in più non guasterebbe. Lo specchio sul lavandino del bagno è stato creato apposta per le persone alte. Quelle basse non riescono a vedersi neanche i capelli. Manca (forse fulminata la lampadina) la luce nel vano spogliatoio. Nel pavimento all'angolo sinistro del letto c'è un pezzo di pavimento rotto. Andrebbe stuccato. Peccato non ci fosse almeno un forno a microonde.

The room was pretty basic, especially has its advertised as a suite, it's just a bog standard room with a bed, wardrobe, TV, small ensuite. The Aircon/ heating console was difficult to work out with no instructions. There was no tea/coffee making facilities, IE kettle, cups, glasses or cutlery, even in the lounge up the two flights of stairs that I discovered at the end of our stay. A mini fridge was in the room, but for what reason?. There was also a digital safe for your valuables, but was not secured to the wall it was free standing in the wardrobe, on the plus side the securing bolts were inside the safe.

I would not recommend to reserve for the prices they list as you will only be paying for the idea of staying on the grand canal only. (They have 3 rooms with canal view so I've added the 3 stars because I had a nice view and that's it)

As a solo traveller I was concerned by the look of the entrance when I arrived. Thankfully once settled it, it was great stay. But some paint and a sign above the door would make a big difference!
