The apartment was very clean and tidy and all areas were very roomy with plenty of storage space. The staff were very helpful and friendly. No towel rail or hooks to hang your towel up in the bathroom. Needed a small coffee table to put drinks on. Bedside lights needed to be operated independently.

Το σημείο που βρίσκεται είναι κεντρικό απλά κατεβαίνεις και όλα είναι εκεί !!! Παρά πολύ καθαρό, τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν εκεί είναι το πιο δυνατό σημείο του ξενοδοχείου. Παρά πολύ ευγενικοί, πρόθυμοι και πάρα πολύ φιλικοί! Μας βοήθησαν με την έκπληξη που θέλαμε να κάνουμε για τα γενέθλια της αδερφής μου. Το Sorrento είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή για να πας διακοπές στην ακτή Amalfi, παρά πολυ ζωή, πολύ όμορφο μέρος περάσαμε πραγματικά τέλεια και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούνε ξανά και εννοείται πως θα επιλέξουμε το ίδιο ξενοδοχείο !!! • Sharon (8/5): A good option in the city centre. - Good location in old city of Sorrento. Good access but must be able to pull your luggage up a small incline to the hotel over cobble stones. Apartments are located in an actual apartment building so it is not quite as welcoming. Staff were lovely. Room with kitchenette perfect for short stays. Rooms could be noisy in peak season due to outside foot traffic and local bars & restaurants. A more powerful hairdryer needed! No breakfast available in low season.

Cleaning service was great, made use of laundry service which was very handy. Breakfast was great, similar selection each day Everything was good, but the Resturant could be a better. We ate there 1 night and the food was just average.
• Robert (10/5): Magical stay in beautiful Sorrento - Just spent a wonderful 5 nights at Sorrento Apartment One. It was definitely the highlight of our 9 week European vacation. The apartments were spacious and very clean. The location was perfect. But above all the staff were outstanding! They were very welcoming, friendly and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a bonus and served in a quaint area and had just enough variety to get us started for the day. Again, a beautiful, cheerful signora always greeted us in the morning. We also had the pleasure of trying the restaurant in front of the apartments. The food was outstanding!!! We are very fussy eaters, and we could tell the produce was fresh and the flavours were impressive. Their chef is very talented! We didn’t try risking other places so we ended up eating there 3 nights in a row. Each meal was better than the other. And of course the staff were fabulous !!! We were treated like family and made very welcome, Sorrento apartments one is definitely worth a return visit. Well done to the talented and passionate family who run this very successful business. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, inclusi i luoghi più importanti e il porto per prendere il traghetto verso Capri. L’accoglienza è stata eccellente; il ragazzo che ci ha ricevuto è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Le aree comuni sono piene di arte e buon gusto, uno stile che si riflette anche nella camera. Un grande valore aggiunto è stato poter lasciare i bagagli senza costi extra e tornare, dopo un pomeriggio di pioggia, trovando un caffè caldo ad aspettarci. The staff were very helpful and gave me plenty of advice on check-in. The bed was comfy and the shower was warm. It was very clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The rooms were a little smaller than expected, particularly the bathroom, which was tiny (and I am not a tall or wide person!). The curtains weren't good, flimsy.

• Cristiano M. (10/5): Ideale per un soggiorno a Sorrento. - Soggiorno davvero piacevole nel cuore di Sorrento! Le camere, ricavate da un appartamento al primo piano del fabbricato, sono confortevoli, pulitissime e curate nei minimi dettagli. I mini appartamenti sono dotati di un cucinino funzionale e di un bagno nuovissimo, con splendide maioliche colorate e un ampio box doccia. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi dal Sedil Dominova, dal centralissimo Corso Italia per lo shopping, da via San Cesareo con i suoi negozi di prodotti tipici (limoncello, ceramiche, sandali e intarsi in legno) e da piazza della Vittoria, da cui si gode una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Napoli. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La reception e la sala colazione si trovano al piano terra e la sala è davvero bella e ben arredata. La colazione internazionale è ottima, varia e abbondante; il personale è talmente accogliente da far sentire come in famiglia. Unica nota da considerare: la struttura si trova in zona a traffico limitato (attiva da aprile a ottobre e dal 07/12 a metà gennaio). Noi abbiamo soggiornato a novembre e siamo riusciti ad arrivare con l’auto fino all’ingresso. Sulla strada ci sono circa dieci posti auto e, con un po’ di fortuna, abbiamo parcheggiato proprio davanti alla struttura. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere Sorrento al meglio! Non abbiamo riscontrato nulla di negativo. Il soggiorno è stato completamente in linea con le nostre aspettative e, considerando che siamo rimasti solo una notte, il tempo è stato troppo breve per poter individuare eventuali difetti. Tutto si è svolto nel migliore dei modi.

Le personnel de la réception est extrêmement aimable et répond très rapidement sur WhatsApp à toutes les questions. L’appartement était propre et le petit-déjeuner, bien que le même chaque matin, était correct et satisfaisant. La dame du petit-déjeuner était également très gentille et agréable. Sur la recommandation de la réception, nous avons laissé la voiture dans un parking un peu éloigné, mais chaque fois que nous en avions besoin, ils nous la ramenaient en moins de 10 minutes. Le prix du parking était de 25 €/jour. Point négatif Le matelas du côté de la fenêtre m’a vraiment dérangée et m’a gâché le sommeil. Il présente une déformation évidente et devrait être remplacé, car il n’est plus confortable.

The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to everything! Would recommend and stay there again in a heartbeat!
• Mason (10/5): Out of all 15 places I stayed across Europe, this place was the best by far. - The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the private terrace was such a great spot with plenty of room to chill out. The location was brilliant aswell and genuinely couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised with this place. Not to mention great food downstairs at the restaurant. Nothing to say here.

• David (10/5): My husband and I would highly recommend this property for a very comfortable, inviting and amazing breakfast for your tr - The location was very close to all the shops and restaurants! We loved the room we had ! It was very quiet, beautifully decorated , the kitchen had everything we needed with coffee , coffeemaker, water and if we’d had another night , it had all the cookware to prepare a meal ! The staff escorted us up to our room , stored our bags for us because we’d arrived before check in . We loved the breakfast buffet ; it included a huge spread of meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurt , and delicious pastries ! The coffee was amazing also ! The bed was very comfortable also! Cant think of anything

Staff was very friendly and helpful. included breakfast that was incredible - fresh made each day and coffee in room - cappuccino machine in breakfast room was awesome to have. everything was incredible! Our only thing was that we anticipated taking the free shuttle to get to the airport for our flight home but our flight was too early to take the shuttle (it didn't run during that time) so I would just double check that the times line up with your flight before to be safe!

Парковка отеля находится на улице корсо Италия,далее вас привезут на трансфере до отеля,обратно пешочком 😂,приятно.завтрак на барной стойке находятся вкусности ,а сзади на полках имееются крепкие спиртные напитки 🍷 .супер. Матрасы неудобные ,в холодильнике кроме 2 бутылок воды ничего нет.

El desayuno super completo y rico y la ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de todo. Y por supuesto destacar la atención que tuvieron con nosotros, en todo momento atentos y agradables.

Мне подробно рассказали и показали на карте важные места, сориентировали меня на местности, это очень помогло. Номер большой, чистый, было все, что нужно для длительного проживания, на одну ночь этого было даже много, так как я не успела воспользоваться кухней, которая там была не очень хороший вид из окна, но меня это не смутило

• Josephine (9/5): Excellent location, great accommodation and staff - Excellent location right in the heart of Sorrento, close to shops, restaurants, beach and marina. The suite with terrace was fantastic - had a huge terrace to ourselves which the kids loved! The room was bigger than I expected. Aira was so helpful with great communication leading upto the stay and throughout. We had a rental car so she provided details for a local parking station who offered a shuttle service to the apartment - very helpful. Daily cleaning and fresh towels as needed. Simple but very nice Italian breakfast each morning where we were greeted by the lovely Catarina. Their restaurant, Naima, was great for dinner, beautiful food! The shower was very narrow with only a shower curtain so it leaked a bit.

Stort utbud och små förändringar varje dag, bodde här 12 nätter. Älskade frukosten) I Restaurangen åt vi sorrentos bästa mat, fick dessutom 10% boenderabatt. Blev fantastiskt omhändertagna. Ett helt UNDERBART hotell. Kan absolut inte bli bättre, här vill man bo. Allt var fantastiskt bra, men ska jag skriva något så saknades det upphängningskrokar för handdukar i badrummet

La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, moderna, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort. La posizione è davvero perfetta: nel pieno centro di Sorrento, a due passi da negozi, ristoranti e dal mare, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa per riposare bene. Lo staff è fantastico, gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti — un’accoglienza calorosa che ti fa sentire subito a casa. L’appartamento era spazioso, con un arredamento elegante e funzionale, nei vicoli caratteristici della città, a due passi dalla villa comunale e dalla discesa a mare. Un soggiorno indimenticabile che consigliamo assolutamente a chiunque voglia vivere Sorrento nel modo migliore possibile. Se proprio volessi dare un piccolo suggerimento per rendere l’esperienza ancora più confortevole, aggiungerei prese elettriche o USB accanto ai comodini: sarebbero molto comode per ricaricare telefono o dispositivi durante la notte senza dover usare le prese lontane dal letto. Per il resto, tutto impeccabile.

The terrace is amazing, everything super good! A minor thing is that the space to take a shower is small without the box, so sometimes we had water over the floor. But it's a small thing, the room and stay was really good!
