Marian (2/5): - I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. While the online descriptions made it seem like a perfect place with amenities like a jacuzzi, outdoor pool, and widespread internet access, the reality was far from it. Upon arrival, I found the pool empty and closed, despite the perfect weather. When I inquired, I was told it was due to the weather, which didn't make sense. The only positive aspect was the view from the balcony, but even that was marred by the presence of numerous gnats that made it uncomfortable. Additionally, transportation was difficult to arrange, and only the rooms had functioning air conditioning – the rest of the hotel lacked it. Overall, my stay was a letdown, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It felt like a waste of money, and the discrepancies between the online promises and the actual experience were quite disappointing.

Antoine (10/5): A big thank you to the whole team, and in particular to Mr Wassim Abboud, who put us at ease from the start until the en - We were supposed to stay for 2 days, but ended up staying 2 nights longer! In addition to its unbeatable value for money, this hotel is perfect for resting, relaxing and enjoying the jacuzzis facing the sea. The service is perfect and it's a pleasure to be surrounded by such an organised and smiling team. I'll be back without hesitation!

The pool is empty, the small one was dirty. Nothing is repaired, it's just a place falling apart using the name of a famous hotel to cheat and attract clients. We were waken up at 3 in the morning by a broken elevator making a crazy noise. No apologies from the hotel what so ever. Pass your way avoid this place.

Mohamad (5/5): It was disappointing because it’s just a shadow of how good it was - The facilities have very good components and it was really beautiful but everything needed maintenance it was deteriorating , the staff was very friendly Everything needed maintenance and it was deteriorating, we had to change the room because the first one the bed has hair on it and the floor was unclean, insects like spiders and ants everywhere, everything metallic was rusty , the main pool wasn’t even open , the AC remote works only 1/10 times, even in the new room everything was rusty , the sink was missing a piece , and the wooden tiles were unstable , the door lock was non functional, we didn’t have toilet cleaning brush(we also didnt ask for it to be fair but we honestly gave up on the hotel at this point)

Mary (10/5): Perfect get away on the beach - The property was very relaxing, the views were amazing, and the staff was exceptional going above and beyond with any request. I highly recommend staying here.

Fouad (3/5): it was horrible. - the location. the name and pictures are misleading, the bungalows are made very very poorly so we had to change to a suit, the hotel is crumbling from the outside and it’s literally rusting everywhere.
