- Wolfgang (6/5): Gute Lage für Städtetrip, gute Zimmergröße, etwas abgenutzt, Preis ok, aber nicht zu viel erwarten. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, unmittelbar neben der U-Bahn, in nächster Nähe ist ein Supermarkt, ein Cafe und mehrere Restaurants. Die daneben liegende Klinik samt fahrenden Rettungswagen(Blaulicht und Sirene) hört man im Zimmer nicht. Die Größe der Zimmer ist ok. WLAN funktioniert gut und Kühlschrank ist nicht unnötig mit überteuerter Hausbar angefüllt. Die Hälfte der Lampen war in einen Zimmer defekt, Schmutzstreifen an der Wand, ehem. Feuchteschaden an der Decke, Halterung Handbrause gebrochen. Trotzdem der Bezug erst ab 15:00 möglich war, fehlten in einen Zimmer die 1/2 Handtücher. Das Essen beim Frühstück schmeckte relativ fade. Das Servierpersonal im Frühstücksraum agiert z.T. ungeschickt und entfernt Besteck bei Tischen wo noch gegessen wird, während sichtbar verlassene Tische ewig nicht abgeräumt werden.

- berçin (9/5): Tekrar gelsem yeniden konaklayabilirim, tavsiye ederim. - Kahvaltıda fazla çeşit yoktu ama yeterliydi. Oda ve ortak kullanım alanları temizdi, yataklar rahattı, havlu/şampuan vb malzemeler yeterli ve temizdi. Çalışanlar sıcakkanlıydı, valizimizi check-out sonrası emanet aldılar. Otel metro istasyonunun hemen karşısındaydı, ulaşım çok rahattı. Otel/bölge güvenliydi. Otelin çevresinde yemek/kahve için pek seçenek yok. Kaldığım akşam kalabalık bir grup konaklamak için gelmişti ve lobide çok gürültü yapıyorlardı, asansörleri meşgul ediyorlardı bundan rahatsız oldum, çalışanlar çevreye rahatsızlık veren bu grubu uyarabilirdi. Koridorlar kötü kokuyordu ancak odada böyle bir problem yoktu.

Råddes att ha fönstret öppet eftersom airconditioningen endast gav varm luft men då var det oerhört mycket ljud!
- Katarína (1/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID - I want to start with the fact that I was supposed to have superior room - what I got was nowhere near and if so, then their standard is very VERY low. Small room, the floor in my hotelroom haven’t been vacuumed in ages because every step you took you could feel dirt on your feet, there was hair on the bathroom floor, dirty shower, musky smell of towels, non working AC, that little reception store has no prices and I am convinced that the staff makes up the price of goods as they go. Paid around 90€ for this hotel and I usually am not very picky but this wasn’t worth even 10€, let alone 90.

- Gabriele (6/5): Tutto sommato è un albergo con questi piccoli suggerimenti sicuramente darà un po’ di soddisfazione maggiore a chi va a - Sicuramente la vicinanza alla linea della metro. La pulizia giornaliera delle camere è molto accurata. Nella nostra camera richiesta con letto extra large, ci hanno fatto trovare due letti singoli messi vicini. Inoltre la distanza della fine dei letti era troppo vicina al muro e pertanto bisogna uscire dal letto mettendosi per traverso . Altro suggerimento sulla colazione : albergo pienissimo di ospiti, e quindi spesso e volentieri si rimaneva senza gli alimenti, dopo che gli stessi erano stati consumati da altri.

- UFUK (1/5): - Odada gözlüğümüz çalındı ve otelden çıkış yapmadan 1 gün önce çalındı.Bunu otele iletmemize rağmen hiçbirşey bulunamadığını belirttiler.O gün tam odamızdan çıkarken housekeeping geldi ve temizlik yaptı sonrasında gözlüğü bulamadık.Çıkış yaparken bunu söyledik.Memnuniyet adına yetersiz bir oteldi, yardımcı olmadılar.Hatta bize neden o gün söylemediniz dediler, bilirsinizki son gün ve bavulumuzu düzüp ayrıca ülkeye getirmek için birşeyler almayı son güne bırakmıştık ertesi gün zaten erkenden çıkacaktık.Çıkış yaparkende söyledik bunu resepsiyona.Sonrasında otellede yazıştık ama bir çözüm bulamadılar.Sadece ekibimiz odayı aradılar dediler.Yani biri çaldı gözlüğü bence ve bunun açıklaması yok. Buraya gelecekler dikkat etsinler dışarda değerli birşeylerini bırakmasınlar.

- Sandrine (4/5): Si ce problème n avait pas eu lieu, le séjour dans cet hôtel aurait été agréable. - L emplacement à côté du métro La première chambre attribuée grande et propre, mais un problème électrique nous a obligé à changer de chambre car bruit insupportable ! Suite au problème électrique, le monsieur de l accueil très gentil malgré tout a essayé de régler le problème, mais en vain.(1 heure après environ, le temps qu’il essaye de résoudre le problème et qu’on arrive dans la nouvelle chambre) Il nous a attribué une autre chambre, mais beaucoup moins confortable, beaucoup plus petite et surtout pas propre, ménage non fini !! Poubelle pleine non vide, bouteille d eau entamée et un verre à côté avec encore de l eau dedans, ainsi que dans la bouilloire ! Dans la salle de douche , encore trace de verre sur le meuble du lavabo , et verre avec encore du dentifrice au fond . Je ne remets pas en cause le monsieur de l accueil, car je suppose qu’il n était pas au courant.

- Stanojlovic (10/5): - Локација је одлична, преко пута станице метроа. Соба је била чиста, уредна, удобна, можда мало топлија него што је потребно. Особље је било врло љубазно и дечко са рецепције нам је дао предлог за феноменалан beer bar у близини. Не допада ми се што наплаћују паркинг хотела и то 25е по ноћењу и што доручак за тај новац треба да буде разноврснији и уколико нестану неке намирнице да се допуњује а у већини случајева када се нешто поједе они кажу па немамо више.

- Patricia Mongiardim (9/5): Férias em Budapeste - Adorámos o facto da estação de metro ser em frente ao hotel, o que permitiu ir até ao centro da cidade rapidamente. O pequeno almoço também foi fantástico. Pessoal do staff muito atencioso. A única coisa que apontamos é o facto do ar condicionado estar em manutenção e os quartos estarem muito quentes, com 28 graus. Tivemos que dormir com a janela do quarto sempre aberta.

- Radulovic (1/5): Ne bih se nikada više vratila u taj hotel! - Ako dođete do 8h mozda i ne ostanete gladni a ako dođete kasnije sve je manje više prazno.. Rezervisali smo i platili Delux trokrevetnu sobu jer su u pitanju tri odrasle osobe 55 godina, 52 godine i 26 godina. A dobili smo dvokrevetnu sobu sa pomoćnim lezajem (dušek na metalnoj konstrukciji visine do 30cm od poda kojj je pri tom napukla na sredini) za dete do visine 150 cm max. Ne primereno hotelu sa 4 zvezdice. Žalili smo se na recepciji i pokazali slike kreveta ali nisu izašli u suret da nam zamene sobu. Na tom krevetu nije bilo moguce spavati bar ne odrasla osoba.

- Anna (3/5): Pokoje niezbyt czyste, nie działała klimatyzacja. - Duża wanna. Klimatyzacja nie działała, a wręcz ogrzewała pokój. Wyświetlacz klimatyzacji wskazywał między 26 a 30 stopni, na zewnątrz było max 22 stopnie. Gdy zgłosiłam to do obsługi, potwierdzili awarię klimatyzacji w hotelu i przynieśli mi zwykły wiatrak, który niewiele zmieniał. Otwarcie okna nie wchodziło w grę ze względu na ogromny hałas z ulicy, przy której znajduje się hotel. Na drzwiach łazienki zacieki białego płynu (nie chcę nawet myśleć, co to mogło być). Śniadania przeciętne, mały wybór, niewiele warzyw i owoców, stoły i krzesła w okruchach. Sprzątanie było nie wystarczające aby komfortowo zjeść.

- Peter (9/5): Superb experience of Budapest in the Akeah Verdi Budapest - The staff were all polite and friendly, whilst being essentially human. Nothing like other hotels where the reception people are robotic. The focus on art and ambience was great. The location was greatttt. The metro is just across the street. In addition, the shops and bistros in the local environs were wonderful. The proximity to the University meant so many students at the cafes, giving the whole region a youthful, educated, optimistic ambience. I can't think of a difficulty we had.

- Krzysztof (2/5): - Super wygodne, bardzo duże łóżko. Personel uprzejmy, zarówno personel na recepcji, Pani sprzątające, czy obsługa śniadań. Zdecydowanie najmocniejszy punkt hotelu. Zdecydowanie zalogują na dodatkową premie.Lokalizacja dogodna. Ogólnie hotel zaluguje na 9 gwiazdek. Niestety niedziałająca klimatyzacja i 35 stopni w pokoju jest nie akceptowalne i zdecydowanie nie do wytrzymania. Taka informacja powinna być podawania na stronie bookingu, lub w pierwszej wiadomości od hotelu czy chociażby przy zameldowaniu. W zamian za rekompensate otrzymaismy voucher do baru, który mogliśmy wykorzystać na cole, albo małe piwo. Śmieszne. Personel ma związane ręce, zaluguja na podwyżkę. Zdecydowanie nie polecam. To były 2 noce spędzone w saunie.

The personel lies. - nic The hotel was a nightmare if you value your health and safety, especially if you are traveling with an elderly person. We booked two rooms for May, both of which were supposed to have individually controlled air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work, and the temperature in the rooms stayed around 28–30°C the entire time. It was impossible to open the windows because the hotel was located next to a hospital, and ambulance sirens could be heard constantly. The night was absolutely terrible. The reception staff informed us that the air conditioning had been turned off due to maintenance work and because something had broken down. However, this information was not provided at check-in. They failed to provide the service they had agreed to and then refused to issue a refund. They receive numerous complaints from guests and do nothing about it. In addition, there was a foul odor coming from the bathroom. The location is mediocre, and you cannot open the windows because of the noise from the hospital and the busy street. We shortened our stay by two nights. The reception initially told us there would be no problem with the refund, but later informed Booking.com that they would not issue any refund. This was not a non-refundable booking. The hotel failed to provide the promised service, did not provide air-conditioned rooms, and the staff lied about the refund when we shortened our stay due to the scandalous conditions. We genuinely feel cheated and robbed. Never again.

- Tünde (6/5): - 7.emeleten voktunk 17.40 felé érkeztünk amikor felmentünk a szobába 29,2 fok volt meglehetett sülni a szobában.Este 7óra felé nézni akartuk a tv nem müködött.Szóltunk a recepción a hölgynek azt mondta majd jön a kolléga úr az majd segiteni fog.Le is mentünk a recepcióra ott volt az úr de ő csak angolul beszélt hozzánk.De ezt megoldottuk telefon forditassal.Fel is jött a szobánkba de nem tudtuk megoldani ezért nagyon csalodott voltam hogy nem tudtam tv nézi.Korházba kellett mennem kedden reggel.Azért vákasztottuk önöket mert közel vokt a korház a szállodájukhoz.Nagy csalidás volt önöknél tartozkodni
