The hotel views, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, and the spa experience were all excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate all the hard work of the I really liked the people working here, especially the maintenance supervisor, Wafa. She treated us with great respect and handled every problem we asked about quickly and professionally. Her kindness, support, and positive attitude made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. - razvanc641 (8/5): Marriott Sousse Tunisia - Excellent location by the sea though sad apocalyptic view of a string of derelict boarded up dilapidated hotels. Excellent service by Reception (Haroun) and Restaurant (Ahmed). They were in another league. APPALLING service in the launge bar: the chaps have no idea. I asked for lemon in my G&T and he poured lemon JUICE in my drink. The atmosphere of a McDonalds take away in a provincial railway station. On a rainy night. Oh, I asked for a Scotch and the bartender grabbed a bottle of Johnny. I said that should do and winked. Then he spotted my all inclusive bracelet and he went oh, you’re only entitled to this kind, and got a local kind of blended whiskey from somewhere. Needless too say, I avoided the bar like my tax office for the rest of my stay. Really cold and unfriendly bunch; I talk more to my dentist. Poor room cleaning: been changed the bedsheets and towels once in two weeks. Been told off for drying the towels on the balcony. It’s forbidden! AMAZING kitchen. Dozens upon dozens of delicious dishes. Good plentiful light wines and excellent service. The pancake lady spotted I like MSM and dhe always had one sizzling up for me. Restaurant Reception Lady always greeting my party of four with a warm smile. She ain’t gonna stick around for long. Security Lady and Doorman were wonderful, just wonderful. Oh and the Entertainment team were AMAZING: creative, friendly, arty and vibrant. For them and Haroun, Ahmed and all, we will go back! Thank you to all.

The staff a very good in the hotel and cleanliness standards are very high. The room was always immaculate. Animation team are very energetic and worked hard. There was only a few children around so they had to work hard with getting the adults involved. Bar staff attentive and helpful.

- malcolmpU3689BV (8/5): some moans - Let us start with the positives, Animation team were great, big shout out to Fifi, Ahmon and the other girl who spoke no english. Entertainment was quite good for out of season. Service in the lobby bar was great and also in the main restaurant. Not so good at all in the "soho lounge", Drinks were good and cocktails if liked were very good. Food in main restaurant pretty good most of the time and waiters great. All staff friendly and most helpful at all times. Sadly there were for us some major negatives. No a la carte restaurant as was being refurbished, poor offering in the soho lounge, surrounded by heavy smokers as alternative, smoking allowed indoors in the "soho lounge", no afternoon snacks available if missed restaurant, only "pizza margherita"and some stale sandwiches, offered, nothing else, claimed to be no smoking hotel, it was not. Sewage smell at all times in shower, did nothing about it, shower water did not disperse, left without towel change on 2 occasions, bedding unchanged after 9 days only changed when ripped sheets off bed. Hotel located in a run down locality with many "derelict" hotels in close proximity. One couple tried to go home after 4 days but no flights available, no free flights. We would never return to this hotel, or stay in Sousse City, but yes in Port e
- Louisa2003 (8/5): Great week’s stay - Just returned home from a weeks long stay. I’ll start with the good things! The hotel is clean and well maintained. Security are great and they keep the hotel feeling safe. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to look after you. There are incense/wax melts burning throughout the hotel and they smell amazing. The rooms are spacious and supplied with tea and coffee, daily fresh towels and a great hairdryer. Our TV did not work unfortunately. Wardrobe space brilliant for a couple/ small family. The wifi is speedy which is handy! The spa is a great asset, offering brilliant treatments for great prices. You even get a tea and dried fruit given after treatment. Both times I had a treatment, they were upwards of 20 minutes late which wouldn’t have been ideal if I had somewhere to go - but they were good nonetheless. Indoor pool is heated, and there is access to a sauna as well. Soft drinks are all branded e.g Coca Cola, Fanta, sprite etc. all inclusive cocktails were ok, beer was good. The private beach is really nice, had the weather have been better we could’ve utilised this more but of course this is no fault of the hotel! The entertainment team went above and beyond and were brilliant, daytime and evening. They made our stay even better! Not so great - the food is edible however after 3ish days it gets very repetitive, not much variety at all. The soho lounge has a lovely vibe however guests are allowed to smoke indoors with the doors and windows closed, so it gets very smoky and then you find your clothes smell of it and it just isn’t very pleasant. I blew my nose when I got back to the room in the evening, and it was black! I wouldn’t bring my children in here. The location is not great if you are wanting to go out and walk places, but of course this is something we knew before we booked. Overall, the staff make the hotel, with their kindness and going out of their way to ensure you have got everything that you need. It is a great place and I would probably return!
- lutfab2026 (2/5): Never go to the Sousse Marriott - There were 3 of us traveling. The moment we arrived,was approached with very rude manner. We were given a standard room but was really for a 2people NOT 3 people. They put a single bed in the corner which then took up most of the room. Duty manager MR Tarek was rude and would not listen to what we had to say. Instead accused us of trying to get freebies. We constantly had to chase for silly things like tissue, towels, water etc No entertainment or clubs open. Felt like an old people home. This is NOT a 5* more like 1* Only thing good about this place was the spa. Women were very attentive and welcoming.

- connorf762 (8/5): Pearly Marriot Sousse - Hotel is well situated on the beachfront, local amenities nearby. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are kept clean and are of a decent standard. Entertainment staff are very attentive and actively encourage guests to participate in games and activities with a good selection of choices! Only drawback is the evening entertainment is situated in a lounge where smoking is permitted, this wasn’t as issue for us but could be for families.
- nadiaaX5052KU (6/5): Mixed experience - Location is good, sea front, not far from Médina, restaurants, bank/ ATM etc. Atmosphere was good but due to all inclusive and availability to drinks etc., the evening entertainment felt like a British pub at times. Bottled drinking water is provided, which is excellent. Rooms are a good size and cleaning is efficient, however, we were left with not enough towels on a regular basis and it took a lot longer than it should’ve to get more. I asked for an ironing board which took over an hour to arrive. There should be one in the room, alongside the iron. Some of the staff were only too happy to help and always smiling, others came across less friendly. Front desk staff were always efficient and helpful. At the buffet, items often took too long to be replenished and other items ran out despite hours to go until the end of service. Evening entertainment crew came across ill prepared, however, the solo singer/key board player was amazing. The staff on the omelette station was also responsible for replacing other food items which should not be the case. With all inclusive, hot snack items were limited to a plain pizza. The Tunisian restaurant doesn’t offer anything that isn’t already available in the buffet dinner. The service you receive at the spa is dependent on the member of staff allocated to you, we had good and below expected service provided with our treatments, which was unfortunate as I expected more from the Marriott. The place always smelt amazing. Security is excellent.
- ruhib2026 (2/5): Avoid – Disorganised, Unprofessional, and Disrespectful - This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences my friends and I have ever had. The level of disorganisation, poor communication, and lack of basic hospitality was shocking. From the moment we arrived, the service was inconsistent and unprofessional. We were not offered welcome drinks, yet guests arriving after us were — a clear example of the unfair and disorganised approach taken by staff. The room situation was completely unacceptable. We had booked for three people but were given a small double room. Once an extra bed was added, there was virtually no space left to move, making the room cramped and impractical. Despite the booking being for three, only two sets of amenities were provided. When we raised this issue, the duty manager, Tarek, responded in a rude and confrontational manner. Rather than resolving the problem, he accused us of trying to get freebies, which was both insulting and highly unprofessional. This behaviour alone raises serious concerns about the management standards at this hotel. What made matters worse was the constant need to chase basic essentials. Every single day we had to call for simple items such as toilet paper, tissues, and water — something that should never happen in any properly run hotel. To end the stay on an equally poor note, the checkout experience was just as unprofessional. Staff were openly arguing in front of guests, and one male staff member spoke to a female colleague in an aggressive and hostile tone. This created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and was completely inappropriate to witness as a guest. Overall, this hotel fails on the most basic levels — service, organisation, professionalism, and respect. We left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. If it were possible, I would not even give this hotel one star. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

The Front of house manager Tarek was so rude and Argumentative. He does not like female travellers. Everything we ask for was a quick no. He didn't even try to accommodate our most basic request and they were absolutely basic. We were three Female friends to travelling together. Tarek Took a dislike to us straight away. So much so that we actually felt a bit threatened And unsafe in this hotel. This hotel is not for females trappling.Without a male companion. The men in this hotel do not like to serve women. Honestly , it was the worst hotel we had ever stayed in.

This hotel has no atmosphere.staff are cold .food same lunch time and upgraded for dinnereveryday food was alway just warm never hot. No music by the pools. Says between 3 and 6 snacks. What a joke .this hotel is 1 side busy road other side 2 deralic hotels which closed down. Last 8 years been tunisia 5 times . By far this hotel was so disappointed .no way a 5 star.
- michaelcG2074ZF (10/5): hotel pearl marriott - i have just come home from the pearl Marriott,the hotel it self is very nice the staff cant do enough for you the rooms are very big and spacious you have a fridge kettle and mugs a bottle of water every day ,the tap water you cant drink the bathroom nice and big room service every day,the restaurant has a good selection for all three meals but being a buffet style it tends to be a bit cold there is a microwave available it has a spa indoor pool outside pool area nice with waiter service in fact all bars have waiter service the foyer areas are really nice if you are not all inclusive the drinks are expensive eg a bottle of beer small 11diner(about £2.90) security is good i felt very safe there,out side there is are a few restaurants that's all no bars a few souvenir shops the area is very run down derelict hotels everywhere so you would have to get a taxi to the main town of sousse my advice ask reception to ring one for you if the hotel was in a different area i would return but i not return to sousse.

- Wiktor (3/5): Beautiful location, medium standard - the sea is near, the breakfast just ok. The hotel is very old. The bathroom is indeed adapted for disabled people, but the bed is terrible. The hotel is by the sea, partially adapted for disabled people, partially not. The minibar is empty for some inexplicable reason, the internet connection is poor, e.g., French channels worked intermittently. It's a Marriott in name only, an average two-star European hotel. Although the staff generally try hard, it falls far short of premium hotel standards. I do not recommend this hotel, and calling it a Marriott is certainly a misnomer.

- Natsuo (10/5): とても満足感の高い滞在でした - まずスタッフのホスピタリティーがとても素晴らしかった。 食事も朝食、夕食ともにとても美味しかった。 ホテル内の清掃は十分に行き届いている。 まだ気温が低かったため外のプールには入れなかったが、温室の屋内プールで子供達と楽しく過ごせた。 他国に比べればこの値段でマリオットホテルを満喫出来るなら十分にバリューはあると思う。 市内のメディナには徒歩だと20分強歩くが、海沿いを散歩しながら行けるので苦にならない。 強いて言えばホテル周辺にレストランが少ない
