Karolína (8/5): We had a great stay, i loved the chickens - Residence is in a nice, calm location, close by foot to beautiful Fort Royal hotel beach, where you can get all you need for your comfort- rent a sunbed, get a drink or snacks. You get a spacious apartment with basic equipment and with fan above your bed- perfect if you don’t like AC during sleeping. There are many chickens around that eat centipedes and other insects. The facilities are outdated and could use some renovation, but fully functional. The chickens are quite loud- someone could find this disturbing. Repelent very needed ( everywhere in Basse-terre 🙂)
Bonaparte14 (9/5): Joli logement très bien situé - La sympathie de notre hôte, son accueil et sa disponibilité. Un ty punch à disposition à notre arrivée. La localisation de la résidence proche des plages de Grande Anse et la perle ainsi que du centre ville de Deshaies. Petit déjeuner de qualité avec des produits frais servis sur notre terrasse. L’espace piscine. La sortie en forêt tropicale proposée par notre hôte a été un vrai plus.
ALAIN (10/5): Un sejour parfait - L endroit calme a proximité de nombreuses plages ,un acceuil trés sympatique qui nous a fait decouvrir des cascades incroyable . Je recommande vivement ce lieu .
Anne-Séverine (8/5): Un joli séjour , le propriétaire très sympathique , mais peut être faire quelques travaux dans le logement. - Le lieu , proche des belles plages, la jolie terrasse, et l accueil super sympa. Le logeur nous a même prêter des chaises de plage pour la durée de notre séjour !! Manque un peu de propreté, l appartement est un peu vieillissant, le micro-onde rouillé a l intérieur , et les toilettes n étaient pas fixées au sol , elles bougeaient.

ALINE (9/5): Parfait - petite résidence familiale, très arborée et luxuriante, calme et agréable ! De plus, la plage est à 300m. Yankel est vraiment charmant, il nous a appris énormément de choses sur cette merveilleuse île. Nous avons été accueillis avec un ti punch. Nous avions réservé les petits déjeuners pour le 1er matin, c'était parfait, tout était prêt sur notre table à notre réveil, le rêve... Machine à laver à disposition La résidence bénéficie d'une agréable piscine ! Merci à Yankel pour tous ses conseils, tout en sachant rester discret

ELodie (9/5): Séjour parfait - Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Yankel qui nous a montré notre petite maison toute équipée et fonctionnelle avec sa terrasse . Il nous a conseillé un très bon resto sur la plage ( madras2) et un super sentier de running . La piscine est très propre et agréable . Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région . La fenêtre de la chambre en mezzanine n’a pas de volet, la lumière du jour passe beaucoup c’est dommage . Et les coq le matin nous ont réveillés tôt , il faut s’y préparer !

Kaitlin (7/5): Kind and welcoming hosts - cleanliness was an issue. - The guest house/apartment had lots of space. Unfortunately, the suite was not very clean. We found a number of personal items left by previous guests and had issues with ants and other larger bugs on the main floor. We had kept the windows and doors closed and food sealed in the fridge - so it wad unclear what was encouraging them to join us for our stay.

Les hôtes ont été vraiment attentifs, agréable petit déjeuner servi directement sur notre terrasse. Petit détail apprécié, les fenêtres et porte patio, ont des moustiquaires, plutôt rare en Guadeloupe.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner livré à notre porte le premier matin que nous sommes arrivés (petit extra $).La proximité de la belle plage est un gros + !! Aussi le Jungle Bar qui est à proximité est super pour passer la soirée. Le logement était parfait pour notre famille de 4. Le coin piscine est bien aménagé pour aller relaxer et se détendre un peu. Ce logement est bien situé pour découvrir les attraits aux alentours, je le recommande fortement ! Si vous êtes un bon coureur, demandez à Yankel son parcours de trail sur le bord de la mer, c'était incroyable !!! Merci encore pour cette course Yankel et bonne continuation dans vos projets ! John (7/5): Good - Our host was very helpful, friendly and was always available to assist us during our wonderful stay. Easy walking distance to a beautiful beach. Would highly recommend! The Wifi would lose internet access occasionally.
Svetoslava (10/5): Guadeloupe vacation - Comfortable and clean place. Apartment on two levels with a covered veranda and garden. In the apartment there is everything you need to cook delicious food yourself. In the garden there is a swimming pool and sun loungers. Within walking distance there are 3 beaches.
Ariana (8/5): We had a great time and we thank you for your kindness! - The owners were very kind, they helped us with informations and recommendations. The room was big enough for two, the bed was comfortable, the pool looked clean but we never used it because the beaches nearby were great. It is close (15 to 30 or 40 minutes by car) to a lot of great beaches. The closest one is at 10 minutes by foot. There was a bad small in the room, but went away with ventilation. The bad was upstairs where there was no AC, only a veltilator so it was pretty hot during the night.

Alexandra (9/5): very good location in Deshaies. simple, clean, affordable! - the property is in a good location, very close to beaches and a few beachside restaurants. the bungalow was clean and spacious, and the patio with the dining table was great for breakfast al fresco. my only regret was not using the pool, as I had spent most of my days at the beach. Thierry was very accommodating and did not rush me to check out :) I would definitely stay here again.
