- Talich (8/5): - Location was central to where we wanted to explore. The bed was a little uncomfortable. When the bottom sheet is not fitted, it tends to create a lumpy surface to sleep on. So, sleep was interrupted often.

- Deborah (6/5): A reasonably-priced basic, old-school motel - The manager, Larry was very friendly and welcoming. The room was reasonably clean and located near where I had to do business. The bed wasn't horrible. They supplied nice amenities such as shampoo, soap and lotion. It smells like a motel from the 1940's. With no carpet on the floor, the sound from upstairs really carried into my room. Sounded like the occupant was going to fall through the ceiling.

- Delap (9/5): Will definitely come again! - Super clean and cozy place. They even left us a little "doggy basket" with poo bags and a small dog blanket. Such a nice touch! We really like staying here when we come to town. The place really needs a microwave. Everything else was great!

We were at the beach most of the tim - The property was very nice a little tight on parking We were in number six, which is right next to the ice machine and in front of the soda dispenser so there was a lot of ice and soda dispensing that we got to listen to. The pictures on the website are also a little deceiving.

- Stefani (10/5): We’ll be back - I love the location, right beside the ocean and between several neat little restaurants. It’s beside a gas station, as well. The staff have been wonderful each time we have visited; they are very friendly, very courteous, and all around good people. It isn’t a five star, luxury hotel by any means, but if you’re just looking to get out of town for a few days, need something affordable with a great view and access to immediate facilities, this is the place to go!

Which happened after 30 minute wait.

- Mickie (7/5): Convinent room. - It was close for a family visit There weren’t many staying during my visit so it’s of empty rooms, seems like they put someone either right over me or right next to me. Luckily they didn’t make noise after 10:30. I wish there was a microwave . A little noisy depending on highway traffic.

- Darla (7/5): Small towns - Early check in (3pm) They no longer provided continental breakfast. Pictures for hotel show set up for this, but according to staff, COVID is to blame for why it never returned. I didn't read the services available. I just went by the pictures. Breakfast was the reason I chose this hotel so we were disappointed. The front desk is only staffed from 2-9pm. We were greeted by a flat tire in the morning. There was an air station on site, but locked up tight. We had to roll tire to gas station next door for air. Waldport is a very small town. The sidewalks do roll up by 9pm. We just felt adrift by the ocean. I did not see any phone numbers listed to call if there were issues with our stay. I may have missed it posted somewhere. We wouldn't stay here again.

- Shawna (7/5): A great hotel if you’re just there to sleep and shower - The room was nice… recently remodeled No AC.. which is fine except I was on the ground floor and not comfortable leaving the window open. The ceiling fan was helpful, but it was still stuffy and hot in the room. VERY basic cable, so it’s great if you want to watch the news or 80s sitcoms. There was a refrigerator, but no microwave, and they don’t open the office until 2 pm.. so there’s no breakfast, and the check out process is confusing.
- Shannon (9/5): - Great, convenient location for what I needed. Larry was fantastic! He called to make sure my arrival time was still on schedule, and very helpful. Clean and spacious room!. Beds were a bit soft for me, but overall the stay was comfortable. I would like to see the outlets on the bedside table to be changed or looked at. They are loose and don't have a tight fit to plug the phone charger in and have a good connection or my CPAP machine. I had to move things a bit to find a wall outlet that was available to use.

The main reason for my scoring is the noise. Rooms are very loud. Can hear others talking in Rooms around. People above us walked around and we heard it. Not very restful. However our check in clerk Larry was, polite, funny and had great food reviews of restaurants to try! Thanks Larry!

- 44yolandaa (10/5): Waldport Inn = very pleased! - We stayed August 28-29. It exceeded our expectations! (We stayed previously at the Eureka, Inn, which is a historic place built 1932. It was beautiful to look. It's a huge photo opportunity for sure. that's it! Pool dirty room hot has no air-conditioning It was unpleasant for sure! Restraunt closed since precovid bar open 1 day a week for 4 hrs only.)= DO NOT RECOMMEND!! This place the Waldport Inn- was so much better!!! It was small and clean. It was a brite it had all the conveniences you need! We were so pleased!!! WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BIGTIME!! And it has covered parking for electric cars has charging station. Who knew! We didn't need the charging, but they allowed us to use the covered parking for our toppless corvette. Love this town..went to the Salty Dog for breakfast, the to the Hiltop Bistro for dinner= awesome food. Loved it here.

They offered food suggestions, shopping and activities. The two gentlemen that were helping at the front desk during our stay provided excellent hospitality. The bed was not the most comfortable, but everything else was great!

- Lisa (1/5): Never again! - It was close to ocean The parking was terrible. Couldn’t get truck into any space. Had to park sideways no air conditioning!! No pet area. They had pet cleanup. If you want them to go in parking lot or on sidewalk to the rooms.

The parking is a little tight for big vehicles, and the bar next door was a bit loud for a while but the hotel gave us earplugs and the bar died down fairly quickly.
- Sam (8/5): Was a reasonably priced mostly comfortable place to stay with friendly staff and local access to some food and funn - Property was close to the bay for fishing and crabbing activities, staff was very friendly and helpful Parking lot was a little small but not crowded, location backed up to a bar with loud music late at night but not to the point of being annoying, also ear plugs were provided, room could have been a little cleaner, found other people’s left behind things and dust in lots of places bathrooms were very clean but the rest was overlooked. Also hair in the sheets.. at checkout nobody was around so I just had to assume I put my keys in the box by the door

- Jill (5/5): - My main complaint was that we were coming in late and in talking to the Front Desk Mgr Jacob, he provided the lock box # to get our room keys and then to call Terry, who would give us our room #. Terry never answered the phone and the only way to get into our rooms was to try each and every door of the Inn with our keys to see if we could get in.

They also accept pets for a very small fee. It would’ve been nice to get some kind of breakfast. It also didn’t help that I arrived late on a Sunday night and there was no place open to get something to eat

Parking is tight do not get room 106 because as you can see from the picture, it’s in front of the Coke machine and garbage can and stairwell with no view. There is no elevator for second floor. Larry, the host was very friendly.Bed was comfortable. tiny town everything closes early. Nothing to do.you can hear everybody’s footsteps upstairs.No microwave.one day is plenty for a rest stop only.

- Amy (10/5): Great place to stay - Larry was extremely helpful and friendly checking us in. We noticed a lot of considerations in the room. My husband is tall and we noticed the corner bumpers on the clothes/closet rack, which is something he would have hit his head on had I not pointed it out. The shower head was also at an excellent height for him. The complimentary ear plugs were also very generous and the ceiling fan was a huge plus. I would absolutely recommend The Waldport Inn.

We have a little dog that we take with us everywhere and she loved the room too The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the parking area, very few parking spaces but we managed. Oh and the sign wasn’t very visible from the street, we drove past it both ways but again we survived.

- Tyson (5/5): Don't get a downstairs unit - We were in a downstairs unit. The people above us were up the entire night, moving around, banging things, and making a bunch of excessive noise. It pretty much ruined the entire experience for us.

He offered us the covered parking for our motorcycle and loaned me some dishes for our meal. He also gave us great instructions on how to see the local sea lions. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.
