- Kamillah (6/5): Just okay - Location was ideal with a lot of restaurants, cafes and access to public transport nearby. Firstly the check in at 10pm was a shock, they don’t have a seating area or any place you can wait, staff didn’t speak English, I wasn’t informed of any of the property facilities, room had no amenities besides the basics and the bathroom would get soaked each time you showered and the room wasn’t cleaned for the 3 nights I stayed. Overall it wasn’t too bad but could be much better if more attention to detail was made.
- Danilo S (5/5): For the price I would have rather gone elsewhere - Its a great location and a wide room But for the price I paid it was extremely disappointing that the staff was not able to provide wifi to me properly. First the Wifi was not showing on the list and when I requested them to take care of it, they came back 20 minutes later with a different login information and that was didnt work as well. It was a disaster because I was working that night with internet being extremely important and ended up using the internet from my phone. Which I literally could have done in any other hostel and save money. The staff didnt know English and was generally not happy about having to do extra work.
- Gross (8/5): Too late for decency - Location was decent. The bed was alright, decently clean and soft for sleeping. Check-in time was crazy late. It makes almost no sense for travelers, even if one can stash their luggage it is not reasonable.

- Ya Ting (5/5): 地鐵站出來要爬坡有點辛苦。check-in 時櫃檯人員完全無對話給了我一張房卡。我要自己找🥺你有任何問題都要自己開口問喔！房間一進門潮濕味挺重的。進門先開冷氣就都不要關掉最好。浴室沒有門鎖。沒有提供一次性備品。小冰箱裡面有兩瓶礦泉水。需要自 - NOPE⋯⋯ 馬桶上有經血未清潔。房間超級潮濕一進門就有霉味！

- M (10/5): コロナ前からリピーター！最高！ - 連絡のレスポンスが早くて安心！ 駅から少し距離あるがオリヤン、コンビニ、空港バスもあって便利！ 排水溝から少し異臭がした。 部屋のハウスキーピング頼んだがされてなかった。 一番安い部屋だとトイレとバスルームが一緒でびしょびしょになる。

- Dilnaz (8/5): Very good - nice hotel, location is great: many convenience stores and cafes around. subway station and bus stations are nearby too. despite being in a lively area, it was comfortably quiet even with the windows open. staff is very helpful and welcoming, but dont really speak english much the rooms are not perfect and feel a lil old, may need some renovation but nothing too crazy. still very comfy and clean

- David (9/5): Great value and location. - Location was perfect. Room was clean and spacious for a single traveller. Great bathroom facilities. Some minor cosmetic maintenance was needed, but didn’t affect my comfort. Check-in time at 10 pm is unusually late, but suited my itinerary this time.

The room we were assigned initially had a leaky air conditioner but they promptly helped us move rooms. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathtub was clean and unexpectedly large. Compared to other hotels at the price point in Seoul the room was clean.

- Bayindir (4/5): Disappointed in Seoul - This “4 star” property has a nice location. Close to the metro station and many restaurants. If you are lucky enough to get a comfort room, it’s pretty large and comfortable. I can’t say the same for the standard double room. That is pretty small. The facilities are pretty basic. A bit far from the description in the property. For starters, the check-in time is 8pm which is pretty absurd and they are not flexible about this. Apperamtly it is because the hotel was also working with “hourly rates” as well. Don’t think anything bad about that but this is the way it was. No room has a safe or a working safe. The room descriptions are in accurate about the safe and wardrobe. They changed my room but the bigger one they provided was also not equipped with a working safe and they couldn’t solve the problem for 3 days. Quite incompetent approach! The staff barely speaks English. They try to help but when they are hopeless, they won’t try to talk to you anymore. I find it pretty rude! Overall that was a bit of disappointment for a hotel advertised as such.

Check-in time was an absurdly late 8 pm, despite guests checking out at noon. As a tired traveller, it was exhausting to lug my bags around the city all day before I could finally enter my room. Front desk staff were present but disinterested.

Friendly staff although cannot speak English, we communicate using Google translate. Room is a bit small, bed was too soft so it wasn’t comfortable. There's some signs of wear and tear, but overall it's a clean, well-kept example of its type of facility, and represents good value for money. Staff are helpful. The location isn't particularly central, but is very close to transportation and the immediate area is a small but fun student district. People who are sensitive to noise should ask for rooms on higher floors, on the side away from the main street.

- Park (8/5): 혼자 이용하기 좋아요 - 잠시 혼자 쉬기에 좋았습니다. 작지만 아담하고 욕조도 있어서 맘에 들었네요. 입실할때 방이 너무 따뜻해서 창을 열어 환기를 햐야되었지만 추운것보다는 낫죠.^^.룸은 깨끗했고 핸드폰 충전기도 기종별로 할 수 있게 비치되어 있는 센스에 만족. 침대는 너무 푹신푹신(저는 바닥체질이라 침대가 너무 푹신하니 허리가 아프더군요. 그러나 침대쓰시는 분들은 좋어하실듯) 방음이 잘 안된다는 평이 있어 어느정돈인가 싶었는데 저는 소음에 예민한 사람이 아니라 그리 크게 여겨지지는 않았습니다. 영하의 추운날씨에 입실했지만 방은 너무 따뜻해서 더울수 있으니 창문열어 환기하면 답답함은 사라집니다. 가격대비 만족했습니다. 직원들도 무척 친절했고요. 둘이 오래머물긴 좀 답답한 사이즈이지만 혼자가 잠시 쉬어가긴 좋은것 같습니다

- Verified traveler (6/5): 침대가 살린 룸 - 우선 다른건 제쳐두고 제가 호텔스닷컴 실버입니다. 여행을 좋아해서 15박 이상을 여러곳에서 머물러 봤었는데, 여긴 수페리어룸에 묵었었는데 침대가 정말 정말 폭신해서 꿀잠 잤어요 침대만 보면 재방문 의사 100%이나 다른 부분들은 전부 비추에요 침대가 중요한 분만 여기 예약하세요 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어 있어도 서로 물이 다 흐르구요 심지어 욕조 아래 배수구, 샤워기 아래 배수구가 전부 막혀있어서 물바다가 되었었어요. 샤워후라서 사람 부르기 그래서 직접 살펴보니 온통 머리카락으로 다 막혀있었... 처음 도착했을 때는 테이블에도 뭐가 많이 뭍어 있어서 그냥 수건 적셔서 제가 한번 다 닦았었어요 방 바꾸니 뭐니 옮기기도 귀찮고 로비에서 vip룸이라고 한건데 이정도면 뭐 다른덴 오죽하겠나 싶어요 그리고 공간이 많이 울리고 방음 하나도 안되요 욕조 사용하면 온 방안이 습기가 차서 ㅠㅠ 아침에 보니까 창에 결로가 엄청 생기더라구요 전체적으로 호텔 분위기를 모방한 그냥 ㅜㅜ

- SHIMA (10/5): とてもキレイで、最高でした。 - 清潔感もあり、オシャレですごく良かった。 4泊したが、毎日タオルを交換してくれ、ベットも大きく寛ぐことができた。 チェックイン前と後も荷物を置いておいてくれ、とても助かった。 アメニティーも一通り揃っていて シャンプーコンディショナーボディーソープも良かった。 あとボディースポンジ、歯ブラシもあった。 ただ、スリッパはあるものの使い捨てのものではなかったので、気になる方は持参した方がいいかも。 私は持参した使い捨てスリッパを使いました。 スーツケースは1こ広げる分には特に不便はなかったです。 ホテル裏にはマート、近くにコンビニやオリヤンもあり、とても便利。バス停、地下鉄からもすぐ近く。最寄りの地下鉄は4号線沿いで、明洞、東大門、ソウルへ行きやすくてよかった。 スタッフの人は日本語が話せる人がいなかったように思いましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。

- WING (10/5): Nice boutique hotel, friendly staffs! - The hotel is at Sungshin Women's University station of Subway Line 4, and only 5 mins walk from subway exit. And is right opposite to the airport bus (6011) station, very easy to spot. Even by taxi, it only costed 6000 - 8000 won from Dongdaemun Doota. The hotel is quite new with nice simple modern design; the room is a bit narrow with all the furniture. I stayed there by myself, so it's ok for 1 person walking around the room. The hanging area is quite small though. The double bed is comfortable but the pillows are slightly too soft. The hair & shower products & the lotion are quite nice. The hair-dryer, air-conditioning & TV worked great. But there's no iron inside the room, they may have it at the stock room if guests ask for. It would be even better if in the future, they can refill the tea bags every day when they do the cleaning, but guests can still get the tea bags & instant coffee sticks at the lobby. The staffs are all very nice, polite & friendly, especially the young gentleman at night shift speaks very good English, which makes the communication easy. Overall, it's a very nice boutique hotel and I would surely recommend to my friends and consider re-stay in my next Seoul visit.
- YUKKY (4/5): - ホテルの立地、外観、内観のオシャレさ、スタッフさん、部屋の雰囲気、アメニティーも含めてとても気に入って定宿にしようかと思っていたのですが…。 ２日目の夜中2時ごろに部屋のチャイムが鳴り何度もドアを叩かれました。１人での宿泊だったので、あまりの恐怖でフロントにも電話できず、眠れませんでした。 朝ドアを見るとロックしたはずのドアが開いていました。チェーンがあって良かったですが、、、 韓国語が話せないのでチェックアウトの時にフロントの人にも話せず。 本当にステキなホテルでしたが恐怖でもぅ泊まれません。

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location! - The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing! They were very friendly and helpful. There was a small breakfast area with coffee cereal and toast- the breakfast was nothing special but it was nice to be able to pick up something small for no additional cost before heading out into the city. The room was small but that is to be expected when in the city-we moved the desk chair to the tub to allow room under the desk to store our luggage out of the way and made it work while still leaving room to walk around the room. The room had a great city view! The location was perfect! Right by a main strip with shopping and plenty of restaurants and right by a subway station and bus stop. We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks as we explored all over Seoul and we enjoyed our entire time at this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!

- Riley (10/5): Stayed for 4 days - I stayed here a total of 4 nights. Despite being a hotel with an English name and no Korean name, about half of the staff speaks no English, one guy speaks broken English, and two speak good English. They all wear nametags with Latin names like "Justin," so presumptively they would speak English, but apparently not. The aesthetic of the rooms is nice. The bathrooms have bidets, which some Korean toilets do not. That's very nice, because you can't flush toilet paper in Korea. Trust me when I say you don't want to keep dirty toilet paper in a trashcan for very long. The beds are comfortable. The one thing I don't like is that the electrical outlets are recessed into the wall, which means it's very difficult to use some travel adapters. They have air conditioning, which I didn't need but is very nice. Two areas for improvement: 1. While I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay, there is a lingering bad smell that is probably sewage. It's definitely noticeable. If the hotel improved on that then it would be a lot nicer to stay there. As it is I was embarrassed to hang out with one of my friends in my room, though opening the window helped quite a bit. 2. Get secured Wi-Fi for each room. Some rooms don't have their own router, and none of them have a password, meaning other guests can capture your internet traffic. That means anything you do without encryption is totally open to anyone on the network, including your passwords.

- Gus (8/5): Great new hotel in good location - This hotel opened recently (Google Maps doesn't know about it yet), and so the overall condition was very good. The room had some nice touches: water bottles in the fridge, bathrobes and slippers, bidet and underfloor heating. It's about 5 mins' walk from Sungshin Women's University subway station and there are lots of restaurants, cafes, street food and shops immediately outside the hotel. The only minus points were that some staff spoke no English and they didn't clean the room most days, even after we asked them. I guess they were having staffing problems as the cleaning lady seemed overworked. In general, we were very happy with our stay and would go back.
