Ristorante discreto Zona piscina un po degradata anche nei lettini e gym che se è attrezzata con bei macchinari è poco mantenuta e non ci sono asciugamani per sudore, boccia acqua naturale per dissetarsi e tappetini per esercizi a terra.

• Wright (9/5): Great loved it - The property was stunning!!! We had a huge balcony which we didn’t expect and it had sun all day was really quiet and private. Loved the scenery the marina was stunning and the pool was great. Honestly really lovely place to stay just a little far out from things but would recommend the taxi company the hotel gave us. We were able to get taxis at anytime. The trips were also really good and would recommend as you can travel the island that way rather than getting transport to different places. Great place to stay

• Natalie (8/5): Very comfortable stay in lovely surroundings but with some limitations - The room was excellent. More of a studio with a lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and seating area. Breakfast was very good and the onsite gym (which is extremely important to us) is excellent. The swimming pool is nice and clean but has no facilities around it e.g. drinks, and is up a steep hill so it is not easy to keep going up and down. The property is in a lovely harbour location but it is a 20 mins walk to the nearest shop, again up very steep hills. You can't rely on the restaurant serving food/drinks until the time advertised as they close if it is quiet. This is a problem as there is nowhere else to get food.

• Louise (2/5): Finally received my refund back after checking out after two night ls - The room was great, the room was actually clean and nicely set up Full trash bags laying around all over the property. The food was awful and even Fried(!) calamari’s came out cold with barely any actual calamari in it. The pool was just not being taken cared of, no set ups. The restaurant/bar by the pool was completely closed. Empty beer bottles around the staircase up to the pool. And I’m sorry but even the staff had no service mind or what so ever, even when bringing up complaints we received a bad approach back and just bad attitude.
• Nigel (9/5): Beautiful high spec cottages - Very spacious cottages in a superb setting. The cottages are very high spec and beautiful inside. Bathroom is particularly impressive. Lighting of pathways at night was poor so take a torch (or your phone)

Riesiges Bad mit Meerblick. Schöner Pool, stabiles WLan. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Parkplätze vorhanden. Restaurants in 3 Min.; Supermarkt in 6 min mit Auto erreichbar. Gibt aber auch Bar und Restaurant vor Ort. Check In und Iut problemlos, vorab Kontaktaufnahme durch Hotel mit gutem Informationsfluß. Lance aux Epines ist eine villenreiche, hügelige Halbinsel; weit weg von Party und Hektik. Es gibt hier einen künstlichen Sandstrand, jedoch keine Liegen oder Sitzmöglichkeiten. Echter Strand in 3 Autominuten erreichbar. Es ist noch Luft nach oben, was die Pflege des Komplexes angeht. Es ist so schön angelegt, wird aber nicht in Schuß gehalten. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung gibt es nicht. In unseren 6 Nächten kam die Reinigungskraft nur einmal vorbei und das auch nur nach intensivem Nachhaken.

The staff were professional and they gave me a late check out without extra fees which worked well for me. The food was also amazing. The ambiance etc. Will definitely recommend and visit there again

They promptly told me that I could change my date ti whenever I was able to make it over. That was awesome 👌. When I finally made it over there, I was able to self-check-in to my room since it was late at night. Everything was there for me, and I had absolutely no issues. It was the beat night's rest I had while in Grenada. I cannot wait to visit this beautiful facility again. Btw, the bathroom was gorgeous! Everything was on point.

The staff in the morning took great care with preparing our food and also letting us know in advance what they didn’t have available on the menu. Overall we loved the location and the room and the friendly atmosphere!

The food in the restaurant was good - but the overall property needs a lot of love. The area is not walkable at all - you need a rental or to taxi everywhere. The service here was horrific - the hotel and restaurant staff were absolutely rude and not accommodating of anything in any way. If you’re expecting to be treated like a human being - better be ready to pay for that wish cash or stay elsewhere.

• Ruben (9/5): Beautiful scenic getaway - Beautiful stay in a large room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, all the facilities inside needed for a great short getaway and a lovely view of the harbour. There is also a pool, a gym and a restaurant/bar on the grounds. As well some other facilities. The restaurant was closed some days and evenings, which is understandable as our stay was during a quiet time of year- BUT the opening/closing times weren't listed correctly anywhere. On two occasions we intended to visit it was entirely closed without notice. This was frustrating as the resort is a little out of the way from shops etc.

• Lemuel (10/5): Beautiful stay - The hotel arranged the pick up for us, the driver was punctaul and polite. We were taken directly to the cottage which was exactly how it’s looked in the photos and described. Clean, fresh, lovely. Stunning views, lovely bedding. Small touches that made such a difference. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our every request. Both receptionists were great especially Ronecia who is a diamond. The gym is good, pool lovely. The tennis court was undergoing some form of work which was disappointing as we love to play and it was not stated on the website. Restaurant food was tasty and the menu was great to accommodate most dietary needs. The bar had an international selection of drinks on offer. I look forward to returning and I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for a peaceful beautiful break. Thx
• Jane (10/5): - Excellent value for a last minute one night stay. Really quiet and a lovely sized pool, great for a small hotel. Large room with excellent self catering facilities if needed. Only down side was poor water pressure at night, apparently due to the water pump being switched off. However was fine in the morning.As locals we would definitely stay again.

• Julia (2/5): - The first day we arrived went to eat, came back and we didn’t have any water it was around 6 pm. Since the reception employees leave at 5:30 pm, there was nothing we could do. The called the numbers we were provided by the hotel and no one answered. We had to use the 2 water bottles in our room to shower. The next morning we needed to thoroughly shower and had to use a DIRTY cottage (someone else’s) to shower. A little after they finally got the water to work in our cottage - it started working around the afternoon. That day 5 pm rolled around and no water again. Instead of enjoying our vacation we were stressing about everything. The only person who helped us with our issues was the hotel maintenance guy and that was about it. To top everything off on out last day we decided to eat a quick snack at the restaurant at the hotel- it was around 2 pm. We sat down, looked at the menus and then the waitress told us the chef wasn’t in and she wouldn’t be able to serve us some of food we wanted. The only restaurant on the property and they had either limited or no options - also mind you every other restaurant is at least a 15-20 min drive from the property. I wouldn’t go back here for free …. Not sure why this place has 9 stars.

• Karen (9/5): Relaxing Stay - We have just enjoyed 2 weeks at this hotel.The accommodation is large with good facilities. Although it has a nice pool tucked away it would be good to have a sunbathing area with access to the sea, like the next property along. It would also be nice to have an outside bar as during the two days that the restaurant is closed there isn’t anywhere to buy a drink or snack.
• Kim Isha (8/5): - The property was clean and the place was beautiful. I highly recommended a mirror at the top of the hill to see traffic when driving out of the property. I did not appreciate the staff texting me telling me to hurry up because someone is waiting for the room before 11a and the check-in time is 3p. Lastly there are no outlets for American chargers and I asked the staff about it… a guy told me he would bring one to the room and he did not. So I had to charge my phone off the property everyday.

• Violet (7/5): Good - I loved the included breakfast, the WiFi was great. The view was amazing. There was an initial problem with the room I booked. The property stated that booking.com gave me initially a higher end room for cheap when we should have been booked for a basic room. In the end the room we were given needed work and could have been better.

• Jennifer (8/5): - What I love about the hotel was the view. The room was large and clean and the patio very nice. What I must say they need to improve on is the property grounds. It could use a little bit cleaning up and the roof tiles needed to be cleaned. The pool area lacked everything, there were only two chairs. There were no umbrellas to shade from the sun and there was nothing to do by the pool not even music playing. The gym was very nice however there were no paper towels provided to clean the machines or towels provided for your workout. I asked the staff more than once and nothing was done. However, if they improve on those items I’d definitely stay there again.

• Ian (10/5): A real hidden gem. - The cottage was larger than I expected, it was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. It was kept clean daily. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, they explained the facilities and escorted me to my cottage. They helped me to organise day trips. Nothing seemed too much trouble. They are a real credit to the hotel. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome The whole hotel and marina was calm and very tranquil even when busy. They keep the grounds and gardens beautifully. There was a lack of consistency at breakfast some days I was allowed two cups of coffee ! A little odd. 🤗
• Amanda (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was terrific - beautiful view from the large terrace, comfortable bed, large and well designed bathroom and nice amenities. The restaurant was also really great - really nice well made food. The only downside was that the website advertises a beach - which there is not. Having access to the ocean for a swim was an important factor in choosing the hotel so that was a disappointment. Otherwise it was a great stay.

• Lisa (7/5): Staff and cottage exceptional, would stay again - There was some maintenance being done with loud drilling, I spoke with Receptionist and explained that I would need to book an excursion if the drilling was to continue the next day, the receptionist immediately went to enquire and assured me that there would be no drilling as she has asked for the works to be put on hold, I was really impressed with the response from the receptionist. All the staff at the hotel were welcoming, professional and a joy to speak to. The restaurant was exceptional especially their signature burger The cottage facilities were excellent, beautiful, clean with a super comfortable bed The noise on the first day and the lack of transport /bus into St George’s or the main beach.
• Gandersen (9/5): Peace and tranquility! - Amazing jacuzzi, great view and location at the suite! Should have telephone at the rooms because of distances at the property.
• James (9/5): Fabulous place to relax - The stay was amazing but the only 2 things I would say that the person serving said that it is up to the customers to tell them that breakfast is included in the room rate. Secondly we were told that breakfast was from 8am - 10:30am only to be told when we got to the restaurant at 9:20am that the kitchen closes at 9:30am. So it was a rush but the breakfast was lovely.

• Pamela (10/5): Lovely Accommodation! - Beautifully updated accommodations; loved the layout of the room and the view from our balcony. Could prepare a simple meal in the small kitchen if so inclined. A couple items which could be improved: bathroom drains were slow draining and the shower floor was slippery (a rubber mat for the shower would prevent slippages).

• Mitchell (8/5): We loved our week at Secret Harbour! Good value. Good location. - Enjoyed the privacy of the individual cottages. The small beach was wonderful. The almost constant breeze keeps mosquitos away! Housekeeping did not come regularly.
• Lisa (10/5): Awesome stay! - This place is immaculate. The cottage was so beautiful. The restaurant was really good! Timothy at the restaurant was very nice and gave great suggestions for food. It was live music as well. The ambiance of this place is wonderful! We did a self check in and the hotel arranged our pick up from the airport! The receptionist was really kind! I will definitely be back and stay longer!
• Rosie (10/5): Secret Harbour is amazing! We spent 10 days here during our holidays, overlooking the Marina. It’s peaceful and beautifu - Nothing to dislike!

The hotel provided basics such as toiletries , beach towels, bathing towels , hair dryer, fully stocked kitchen & complimentary water. I used cab services to get around but everything was close by car. Definitely would stay there again.
