Extremely clean, fully furnished and well stocked with all necessary utensils. - I think the address mentioned on the booking.com site to pick up the keys is incorrect. The actual address is right outside the Interlaken Ost station whereas we were mislead by the location mentioned in the booking.com page.
• Mohammad (1/5): اسوء شقه جربتها - الموقع + مساحه الشقه من اسوء التجارب 1-الشقه طلعت بمكان يبعد عن السنتر 24 دقيقه و الموقع غير عن الصور و دفعنا زياده 200 دينار كويتي عشان نسكن بالشقه اللي عند المكتب و محطه للقطار 2- شروط و قوانين وااايد و كل شي يخترب انت محاسب عليه و عليه فلوس يعطونك مفتاح واحد واذا ضاع تدفع 1000 فرنك سويسري 3- اذا منبه الحريق اشتغل تدفع 2000 فرنك سويسري 4- الزباله تكرمون لازم تنقط بجياس معينه وانتوا تشترونها 5- الشقه اذا ما تنظفت يوم الخروج و اذا ما انشالت كل اغراضكم مخالفه الوضع تقعد على اعصابك تخاف تطبخ او تستخدم شي لانه لوحات المخالفه بكل مكان و كله بسبب القوانين اللي اول مره اشوفها
• Tze Fern (8/5): Recommended!!! Although a bit pricey, it's worth the money overall. - One thing that surprised me is that the management acted on the feedback — we were able to check in directly at the apartment in Interlaken West, without needing to travel to Interlaken Ost. Great job, and thanks for the convenience! Basically nothing, but it would be better if one of the rooms had two single beds or bunk beds for travelers who need to sleep separately.
• Tracy (10/5): Wonderful stay, highly recommend. - This was an excellent property. The size was very large, especially for European standards. It was clean, had a full size, very well stocked kitchen and a huge balcony overlooking the mountains. It is on the top floor but has an elevator oh and it has a washer and an electric dryer. There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property, other than the cost. It was very expensive, even by Switzerland prices. One small thing would be that I wished they provided more than one bath towel person for week long stays but that definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying again. The place is very nice.
• Lucy (9/5): A modern and well equipped appartment - Very good services from the rental company Griwa Rent. We reported some issues of the apartment and they were resolved immediately. The noise due to cars, trucks outside the apartment. We were expecting to sit in the balcony to relax, but there was not possible with the noise from the streets.

• Mariana Andrea (8/5): Una semana en Interlaken en familia - Nos hospedamos una semana en Interlaken, si bien la ubicación no está mal ya que se ubica a tres cuadras de la estación West, claramente la estación OST tiene más trenes para quienes buscan viajar a diario. El departamento es grande y amplio , la limpieza estaba correcta y tenia lo básico para el funcionamiento diario como cocina, lavarropas, secadora, heladera y algunos utensilios. Las instrucciones no estuvieron mal, tampoco excelentes pero se necesita de tener wifi todo el tiempo en el celular para poder ingresar al departamento, nunca tuvimos contacto con nadie ni al momento del ingreso ni a la salida. En cuanto al departamento la conexión de wifi era bastante mala, de hecho no tuvimos por dos días, al llegar la heladera no funcionaba pero nos mandaron un técnico al día siguiente y nos ayudaron a resolver nuestra compra de frío.. Un ventilador tampoco funcionaba , el piso de la cocina estaba algo deteriorado, y las camas eran súper bajas lo cual para personas mayores creo que deberían será bastante incómodas. No habia elementos de limpieza (excepto aspiradora) ni elementos de decoración o cosas que sumarán al estilo del lugar. Y por otro lado me han retenido un importe bastante alto en condiciones de garantía el cual es devuelto varios días después, cosa que no me parece justo, cuando nadie viene a revisar lo que uno deja…. Son detalles simplemente que hacen que sea más acogedor la estancia lo que no quita que el departamento estaba en óptimas condiciones y si tuviese que volver lo haría.

• Worathip (6/5): This apartment is good location. But there are some improvement areas that I mentioned. - Location is good. Not far from Interlaken West train station. It takes about 7 min. walk. 1. Check-in process : We have to get the key from office which is near Interlaken East train station while apartment is near Interlaken West train station. It's not convenient for our groups because we have to carry our luggage with us. It would be great if guest can get the room-key at the apartment. 2. The apartment have coffee machine, but no coffee capsule provided. When I asked for, the answer is that they do not provide coffee capsule for guests but we can buy from their office or in the supermarket. From my experiences of travelling, this is the only place that do not have coffee for guests. To provide misunderstanding, apartment should clearly state that no coffee provided and guest have to buy it themselves. 4. Toiletries in the bath room : Apartment only provide one set of small bottles (bath gel, shampoo, body lotion). But our booking is 6 nights. What they provide is certainly not enough for 4 persons with 6 night stays. When asking for more, they informed us that we have to buy more from supermarket. They have their standard and apply for all guests. For me, this is ridiculous answer. No. of group and no. of night stay for each guest is different, they should treat or take care differently. Flexible is the best way to handle customers' requirement. Do not sweat for small stuff. 3. Deposit damage : Guarantee amount that they block my credit card is very high (500 CHF). This is the highest guarantee amount that I ever faced. Unblock credit amount should be done soonest as possible after check-out (same day as check-out). Not wait until guest follow-up. Please be understand that this is not a complaint but it's the feedback for improvement area.
• Arun (8/5): Suggestion to improve - Clean and well maintained, located close to public transportation facilities in Interlaken West Suggest to maintain minimum provisions such as milk, coffee, tea etc for arrivals. Additionally provide essentials such as shampoo, soap, body lotion, washing powder, dishwashing soap etc in enough quantities for the stay. These are little things which can further better guests experience.

• Doris (8/5): Beautiful apartment in excellent location with fabulous views. - Loved the location and the space of the apartment. It was very clean and beautiful views on the balcony. Lounge was very comfy and excellent quality appliances and kitchenware. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the hang gliders coming off the mountain. We did not like that we had go an extra distance to collect the keys as it was late and we were not familiar with location. We had to get a taxi there and back to the apartment, this was not good when we arrived late and last thing we wanted to do was collect keys off site. Change this to make it easy for people to check in as there is a box on site to check out so why not have it to check in. Also the bed was extremely low to the ground not enjoyable getting in or getting up out of bed.

Check in process was abit troublesome, as you had to check in at the office (one train station away), and then travel to the actual apartment.

Would have been more convenient if we could have picked up the key at the property rather than having to get off the train and go to the office and get back on another train/bus.

• Ahmad (5/5): Stressful - Apt was close to West Station. You have to go to Ost station to pick up the keys and then come back to West.5 mins walk to appt with the hassle of dragging your luggage both ways. Imagine all that after 10 hrs international flight. The location had no view.No communication on where to pick up the keys. The process of picking up the keys was a hassle. Too many warnings by the receptionist about how to close and open the automatic windows and shades otherwise heavy fine. We were so afraid, we never opened the windows. The heavy security deposit was a surprise. Last day you clean the apartment and throw, garbage and do dishes. They could simply have a cleaning fee of $100 to 200 and let the guests relax.

• Ibrahim (7/5): good stay but not optimum - the apartment is clean and very well equipped 1-No air conditioners so in hot days it was tough to sleep in the rooms 2- check in in different locations and they gave the key of apartment to someone else so I have to call them and waiting with my kids for around an hour to find another apartment for me ( it was a tough time for my family while we were waiting over the stairs with our bags) 3- they took 300 frank when I did checkout just to check the apartment which is very strange ( still waiting them to release it)
