- Shari (4/5): Smells - Look good in the pictures but the room smelled like mold or like something was wet. The garage was very creepy and mice were running around and it smelled like dead mice.

- Sharon (8/5): - Only 10-15 minute walk to The French Quarter. The suite was spacious and very clean and the furniture and bed was modern and super comfortable. Only complaint is the woman working at the front was not very nice and a bit rude.

- Elisheba (8/5): - bathroom sink cold water faucet wasn't working. Let the management of building know, but they said we had to let Hosteeva know. Ice machine on 2nd floor wasn't working and ice machine on 8th floor, smelled like urine, and floor was soiled with urine. Not sure if was from pet, or human. Other than that, stay was good. Actual condo was not bad at all.

- Tyrone (10/5): - The Building itself holds a great location. Seamless check -in process and even updating the Reservation is super simple. The Units come fully equipped with all things one would need to live comfortably. Will stay here again!
- Marcus (6/5): We'll Be Back! - We were in town for our annual Bayou Classic family weekend. The location, cleanliness, distance from all of our activities, & price met our expectations. We had a recurring hiccup both nights of stay...we had to wait in excess of 45 minutes to get into our room because the access code would not work and had to keep being reset. Overall, we had a great stay and have already planned to book here again next year. We'll also look into staying here when in NOLA for other upcoming events.

The rest of the building was a downgrade and needs better housekeeping and modernization. Immediate location felt a bit desolate for at-ease traveler walking and sightseeing. Ok with a group but not advisable for a lone female especially at night.

- Autumn (10/5): Felt like home - We stay there for stay in New Orleans. It was a nice and clean. The rooms were very nice. It was perfect for our family of 7. The only "bad things" was the water and ice on the fridge did not work. And the only other con was the windows were pretty thin so we could hear alm the traffic and sirens all hrs of the day
- Reveland (8/5): - Property was nice and updated and within walking distance to everything. The only downside was, when updating the property, they didn't update the windows and you can hear EVERYTHING outside very loudly.

Only downside is the bedroom closest to the road is quite noisy with street sounds. Other than that, it’s great accommodation and the host had excellent communication.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The virtual check-in was perfect as all the instructions and information was sent to your phone. Even though no one is on site help is only a phone call away with speedy services.

Away from the busy tourist areas but close enough to get to. The accommodations were more than adequate. I would suggest a caddy in the shower stall and another mirror in the bedroom or hallway.

Don’t know what chemicals y’all are using but we have stayed many places and have never had that problem. -The noise from the construction that started at 3AM EVERY MORNING. -The fact there’s only ONE mirror in the entire unit. -The DISGUSTING throw up stain on the bed and smears of an unknown substances all over the walls. -How filthy the couch was, crumbs and feathers all over. -No door=water everywhere. There are NO shelves in the shower? How disgusting we have to put our soaps on the floor of the shower when the shower floor doesn’t look clean with the mold growing. -Only provided one roll of toilet paper. - The water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator doesn’t work. -The entrance door to get into the building, the one you need a code for, that door was broken for a few days so anyone could get in the building. -And to top it all off, the morning of checkout( checkout is at 10am I had an email with checkout instructions) at 9:14AM a woman from house keeping starts knocking on the door saying housekeeping over and over and doesn’t even give me 30 seconds to get to the door before she starts putting the door code in to get in! Didn’t have one interaction from employment the entire week we were there but they want to enter our unit while we are taking showers and getting dressed the morning of checkout? Yeah that was really unprofessional for her to do that. Likes: -The unit had a kitchen
- Ivan (10/5): Clean and affordable, and 15 min walk from sights - Great experience. The condo was much nicer than a hotel and to our surprise it was also cheaper. Located so close to Bourbon St and other attractions we ended up being able to leave my vehicle in a secure parking garage and walk everywhere. Updated and clean kitchen and bathroom. Went to NO for the National WW2 Musuem, which was only a 8 min drive. I personally dont care to much for the city, but the condo made it a wonderful stay. Definetly would stay here again.
- Neal (6/5): - This property looks very nice. But unfortunately, beauty is more than skin deep. After the initial “Wow, this place is great”, reality sets in. The problems we encountered: 1. WiFi was terrible. Front desk person said on Saturday they couldn’t fix it until Monday, but we heard nothing on Monday. 2. Balcony door lock was broken. Security risk. 3. Coffee pot was cracked. 4. Shower fans and a bathroom light were broken. 5. Shower head sprayed water directly onto floor (open door design). 6. Inadequate seating in LR for 5 guests.

- Yolanda (4/5): - The property lacked personality very bare bones not even a picture on the wall. I travelled with 3 adults and made my choice for 1 bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a cheap pull up bed thing that had a unsightly stain blood feces food dont really know also it was ripped up beyond repair. The toilet was hard to flush the ice and water dispensers did not work. I notified the Customer Service they sent someone who fixed the dip in the couch but nothing about the stained slashed couch bed thing. We stayed four nights. The last night the pullout piece on the couch thing was replaced. They sent someone into the room no warning. We came in it smelled like someone was smoking in there i found a lighter on the table and the side table and coffee table was moved. It was on the second floor and also extremely noisy.

The kitchen essentials were very limited which made preparing meals difficult. The master bedroom is near the elevator shaft and it's noisy all hours of the day/night. I did not like all the extra security items tgat had to be completed AFzTER you reserve. Send in idea. There is an online photo verification etc. this needs to be noted clearly before the reservation process or allow cancellation at tgat time

- Nick (6/5): Expect hot showers. Hot as in scalding - The condo was nice. A couple of blocks from the trolly and close to stores. We originally had a 2 bedroom with and extra bed but that was canceled on us because of "maintenance" so we were placed in a 2 bedroom condo with couch serving as 3rd bed. The couch/bed was not good. Very uncomfortable for the poor souls forced to sleep on it. Overall the condo was nice and roomy but several issues. Cleaning was not all that good, simple utensils like can opener were damaged and could not be used. The biggest issue besides the couch were the showers. The showers and two temperatures cold and scalding. You could not adjust the shower temp without having water tricke out the shower heads. Use full pressure and expect your fesh to melt. So we took quick submarine showers. Turn water on to get wet, shut them off, soap up, the quickly rinse off before your skin blistered. Thankfully 3 of us were on submarines and we knew the drill. The wives suffered much more.
- Sofia (8/5): - Loved the amenities and that it came with a washer/dryers. However the cleaning conditions could be better, from the lobby and elevator, to the rooms. It constantly smelled bad and the walls, lobby, and elevators were always stained or the floors. I believe they only clean the whole lobby once a week, never the elevator, Monday was the only day I saw the lobby in better conditions.

The only cons were, the bed is really noisy when getting in and out and there is no full length mirror. Patience is a must when waiting for the elevator, it’s really slow. The condo is within walking distance to most attractions so you won’t need a car.

- Natalie (6/5): - The apartment it's self was drab, cold and uninviting, The only windows were in the "living room" which looked out to a brick wall. The bedroom had no windows and it felt like you were in a cement box. Over all the apartment was dark and uninviting. The bathroom was strange with just a shower curtain between the shower and toilet. We stayed there after a 9 day trip elsewhere. I want to do a little laundry and the dryer never dried our clothing. It came out warm but wet, and there wasn't enough hangers in the closet (small thing but would have been helpful). The office personnel that assisted us over the phone was outstanding, and helped us with check in and luggage storage. You can't check in until 4:00 and you must check out by 10:00. We also didn't enjoy the virtual check in with scanning a face and drivers license. We had trouble with making it work. We weren't in the apartment much as we had two days to see New Orleans. So we toured as much as we could and only use the apartment to sleep.

- Cindy (10/5): Great quiet condo near the French Quarter - The 1 bedroom condo in the California Building near the French Quarter in New Orleans was great. Nice full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit and TVs in the living room and bedroom so my husband could follow March Madness. It is easy walking distance to the action in the French Quarter and the streetcar. We went all over the city using the $3 per day Jazzy pass. The building is secure and quiet. We will stay there again.
