Also close to the ferry. Hotel room looked nothing like the photos. Bath tub view is blocked by the tv. Room was very small. Restaurants at the hotel were horrible I would recommend going out to eat. The outdoor area at the top level bar was closed for the entire of my stay and the gym was under construction. Pool was alright but the temperature was very cold not enjoyable to swim.

Берут депозит 3000 гонконгских долларов, говорят, что вернется на карту автоматически, но мой банк сказал, что возврат займет до 10 календарных дней - это очень неудобно. За что брать такой депозит, если минибар пустой, не ставят даже воду.

Wenn Ho - Die Mitarbeiter tragen casual, was im ersten Moment erstaunt, aber sie sind außergewöhnlich zugewandt, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Da das Hotel mit den Zimmern, Fitness Centers und Restaurants in zwei Tower aufgeteilt ist, könnten die einzelnen Bereiche noch besser beschildert werden. Ich würde mich als analytischen Menschen bezeichnen, und ich hatte Vorstellungsprobleme, den Pool zu finden.

- T.Srini.Murthy (8/5): Nice place, certainly will be one of the top choices on a next trip. - Excellent location, just a minute's walk from the MTR. Nice view of the harbour. Super clean. Great spread at breakfast. Check in and check out was super smooth and handled very well by the front office. Service desk was very helpful and whatever we requested, was provided withing minutes. The best thing for us, however, was the location. Very close to the MTR, minutes away from the CBD. Since the hotel was just a minute away from the MTR, for our return journey to the airport, we felt confident enough to take the MTR and the switch to the Airport Express was a breeze. Nothing that we didnt like, as such. Though the room size could have been a bit bigger, but given that this is HK, that is not such a big deal, I suppose.

- Jodie (9/5): Was a quick birthday jaunt to experience Hong Kong. Never been. Great hotel to do it from. - Breakfast - so much choice - excellent freshness - delicious. Loved that it as a dog friendly hotel and joined with a dog friendly shopping mall and shops and cafes. Dog and cat friendly boulevard along Victoria Harbour in the frontage area. loved watching the dogs and cats - walking, being carried, dressed up, in prams, baby carriers. We don't have a dog but do have cats, so was a lovely way to watch and meet pets when missing your own. Cool way to have a coffee and interact with locals. Nothing really. We choose the area. If we wanted to be in the middle of Central HK then we could have chosen to be closer. Or if you want to be in the middle of the touristy stuff - choose Kowloon. We loved our area. Quieter but still had a busy city vibe. Walking distance - a bout a street away, City trams (ding dings), buses, Underground trains, taxis, the ferry. Go where you want.

- James (10/5): Nice stay in Hyatt Centric North Point HK - Location is very close to the North Point MTR making travel via subways/MTR very convenient to Central, Admiralty (for transfers to other lines) and the ferries to Macao, across the harbor to other parts of HK and other Islands. It's also very close to shops, cafes and restaurants. It's less dense and packed as other areas such as Tsim Tsai Tsui, so if you won't mind commuting on the MTR, it's actually a relatively calm place (relative to other areas of HK) to stay in. Not a big issue but the one time I would like the hotel to provide shaving kit, it didn't (charge of $15) due to gov regulations.

- 392yuenc (10/5): Very pleasant stay and extremely friendly staff - Excellent location close to MTR and bus terminal including airport bus A11. Many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. There is a small traditinal wonton noodle shop close by, a hidden gem unknown to tourists. Staff are very polite and helpful. Room facilities adequate clean and very comfortable. Excellent view of the Eastern harbour. Good top floor 25m pool. Especially impressed with Ms Wang Yan keeper of the room we stayed for six nights tidy and clean all the time, always greeted us with a warm smile and met with our requests quickly. Very enjoyable stay altogether.

Service attitude was warm and thoughtful throughout the stay. Special thanks to cleaner Wang Yan for careful and thorough housekeeping work. Every detail is well taken care of. I will choose this hotel again next time.

- Lostintranslation69 (10/5): Great experiences at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour and Cruise restaurant. - I had another great experience at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour. This time I visited the Cruise restaurant on two occasions, and had the distinct pleasure of having Christy as my server both times. She was charming, efficient, and made sure all of her guests were well taken care of. In addition, she had a quick wit and good sense of humor, and made good recommendations for food and drinks at the restaurant, and for local highlights.
- fuzzpop (10/5): The best Hong Kong experience - My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Centric North Point. Location was great as it was close to the train station, ding ding tram and the ferry across the harbour. Great food close by and to top it off, a pet meal super close by. The breakfast at the hotel was superb too. I must add that Payton was incredibly friendly and most helpful throughout our stay.

Путешествия с маленьким ребенком стресс, но не в случае если вы остановитесь в этом отеле. Номера достаточно просторны, есть вид на воду. Завтраки потрясающие своим разнообразием. Расположение отеля отличное. Все пара минут и вы в метро, пара минут и вы гуляете по променаду, пара минут и вы едете на двухэтажном трамвае.
