• JEONGLYEL (10/5): - 모처럼 아내와 여행계획을 세우고 철지난 바닷가로 결정을 했다. 동해바다 이곳저곳 관광을하고 이곳 호텔을 예약하게 되었는데.. 입구 들어서자마자 주차장 넓어서 맘에 들었고 로비 분위기 깨끗하고 무언가 정리가 잘 되어있는듯한느낌 아주 좋았습니다. 직원들 웃음띤 모습으로 손님 응대도 아주 친절하고 오랜 기억에 남을것 같습니다. 강추합니다 ^^*

• Verified traveler (10/5): 베리굳 나이스 호텔!!!!! - 저렴한 가격대의 호텔은 룸컨디션이 좋지못한 경우가 많아서 마음의 준비를 하고갔는데 너무너무 깔끔하고 좋았어요! 방도 너무 깔끔하고 저는 친구랑 둘이간거라 싱글베드2개 있는 방을 예약했는데 프론트에서 방이 좀 작다고 양해를 구하시더라구요 근데 막상 들어가니 너무 작지도 않고 둘이 1박으로 쓰기에 적당했어요!! 많은짐이 들어갈게 아니니까~ 특히 프론트 매니저님들이 너무 친절했어요 ! 기분좋게 놀다왔습니다! 그리고 요 호텔을 정말 잘 잡았다 생각하는부분 중 하나는 호텔 조금만 나가면 있는 호떡집!!! 꼭드셔보세요 진짜 맛납니다! 근처에 그런 정겨운 맛집이 있다는것도 장점이었어요!!!

• ?? (2/5): - 방이 너무 비좁고..청소상태 불량함. 에어컨에서 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 많이 나서 켤 수가 없었으며 창을 열어두면 발코니에서 담배냄새가 계속 올라옴. 조식 조리를 혼자 하시면서 서빙까지 하시는데 음식도 오래된 듯하고 매우 비위생적이여서 거의 먹지를 못함. 온돌 바닥을 찾다가 머물게 된 숙소이였으나 비추천함.

• JINMAN (6/5): 공간과 시각의 차이점 - 공간이 너무 비좁은것 같아요. 티 테이블 옷걸이 정도의 공간도 없죠.. 배드사이로 걷다보면 냉장고와 부닥치고 옷걸이에 기온차로 패딩 2개 거니 나머진 바닥에 케리어에 넣어야 하고 내부 시설에 대한 부분은 너무 깨끗하고 테라스에 배드(테이블 ×)에 앉아 동해 야경 보니너무 좋습니다.

• Verified traveler (2/5): 금액대비 너무 시끄럽고 모텔임 호텔입니다. - 주문진 시장 인근에 위치하여 먹거리 접근성은 좋다. 건물의 구조적인 노후로 상하층간의 소음이 심하다. 윗층에서 일상적으로 걷기만 해도 심한 소음이 발생하여 편안한 휴식과 취침을 보장받기 어렵다. 너무 시끄러워서 크레임 제기하고 방의 교체를 요구했으나, 대체할 방이 없다며 비용정산없이 다운그레이드된 방을 제공하였으며 그 방 또한 형편 없었다. 이곳을 가려면 모텔급의 숙소를 찾아 보셔요.
• jaehee (10/5): 따뜻한 방안에서 일출 - 매우 따뜻한 방안에서 일출을 볼수 있어 좋았어요. 코로나로 주면 식당이용이 꺼리긴 했지만 포장을 이용하면 좋을것 같아요. 디럭스라 실내 테이블은 없지만 2인이 이용하긴 좋았어요. 올 연말에도 또 예약할 의사가 있습니다.

• Chae jin (4/5): 침대 최악, 최악의 숙소예요. - 역시 사진을 믿으면 안돼요. 방 작아요. 매우 작아서 침대를 기준으로 한사람 이동할 공간여유 밖에 없습니다. 화장실은 세면대, 변기 다 작고 벽에 밀착해놔서 변기에 앉을때 화장지 걸이에 부딛혀요. 두명 다 화장지 거치대에 힙을 긁혔고, 세면대에서 세수하면 용품 올려놓은 선반에 머리가 닿습니다. 몸을 빼내서 세수해야 해서 옷 다 젖어요. 샤워부스도 작아요. 침대는 최악... 무슨 매트리스를 쓰는지, 스프링이 몸에 느껴져서 특히 마른 분들은 뼈에 닿는 느낌이 들어요. 이틀내내 잠 못잤습니다.

• jenn (2/5): An absolute disgrace. Should close down. - I booked the most expensive room for two nights. I wanted to treat my family a nice room with an ocean view. As we walked in, there were two men behind the front desk whom I spoke to. One was tall, wore a long sleeve button up and the other man wore a tank with shorts and sandals. Very unpresentable. He was soaking wet with a towel around his neck. While I checked in, they told me last minute that we would stay in the 8th floor the first night and the 3rd floor the second night. This made me very confused. I booked the same room, highest floor at a costly price but we have to be escorted to a lower room? The hotel description does not say anything about being moved anywhere. They didn't give any discounts either. They told us that we have to stay in a lower room for the same price as the expensive room. What kind of service is that!? Moreover, my family and I were very tired of traveling for hours so, I tried to resolve it. All of the sudden, the soaked man raised his voice and repeated their last minute arrangent with me. As I try to discuss with him, he started to yell and throw hand gestures at me. His face was red, his sweat flew off and kept exposing his armpits. This unpresentable man had the audacity to do such action in front of my mother and kids present in the room. I concluded that I could no longer trust them to have my family stay under their accommodation. We left the premises and was denied a refund. What an absolute disgrace. Do not recommend.

The good news was that the front desk staff was extremely helpful and there was always someone available who spoke English. The breakfast, though not included, was excellent. The not so good was that the maid service skipped our room on a day we did not return until late, their towels were way too small and the location was not convenient. We would not recommend this hotel.
