Important Information
- The seasonal pool will be open from April 01 to October 31.
- Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

- ERI (10/5): - スタッフのお姉さんと息子が沖縄の海の生き物について話が盛り上がり、息子は大喜びでした。見てきた生き物をすぐ話せてわかってくれる人がいた事。息子にとってさらに沖縄が好きになる事だったと思います。庭もとてもキレイに管理させていて、何よりすぐに素敵なビーチがある事がサイコーでした！

- ryu (10/5): - 大人2人、子供３人でお泊りさせてもらいました。 口コミの虫が気になっていましたが、 特に気になるほどではありませんでした。 お肉を買って、バーベキューセットを借りて夕食をしました。 お皿や調味料（バーベキューソースや焼きそばソース、お塩、醤油）等は準備されてました。 ドリンクだけは持ち込み禁止でしたので 注文しました。 プールは小学生の胸程の水位で、物凄く楽しめました。洗濯機や乾燥機もあり大変有り難かったです！夜は花火も持ち込んでバケツの貸し出しもありましたので利用して楽しみました！ お部屋のお風呂が思ったよりコンパクトで 男性は大浴場を利用しました！ 特に不満もなく、快適に楽しい思い出作りができました！ありがとうございました！

- まき (8/5): - 子供5人と大人2人で泊まりました。2回目の利用です。ベットは沢山あり、2段ベットは子供達のお気に入り。ダブルベットは寝心地抜群。 プールありビーチありスパありで、大満足です。天候悪くビーチで遊べなくてもプールで遊べるので助かります。 スタッフの方もとても親切で、また利用したいと思います。
- ROCKY (10/5): - All the fun of camping in a luxurious fifth wheel trailer without any hassle. Direct beach access, swimming pool, propane BBQ grills, coin-op laundromat, and a relaxing onsen. The staff were great and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

- O (8/5): - スタッフの方は親切で、キャビン内もスパも清掃されていてきれいでした。ただ繁盛期ではなかったためか、空気がこもった感じとハウスダストがすごくてアレルギー持ちの私たちは鼻水が止まりませんでした。プールの水が抜かれていて、子供たちはがっかりしていました。ビーチまでも歩いて10分もかかりません。ビーチから帰ったら、外にシャワーがあり、とても便利です。キッチンは、電子レンジと湯沸ケトルがあります。周囲にお店はないので、本部などで買い物してから行くと良いと思います。歯ブラシ、タオル、シャンプー類は備えられています。スパには、ウォーターサーバーもあります。 ハウスダスト以外は、大満足でしたので、今度は繁盛期に泊まりに行きます。

- MASAOM (10/5): - パートナーとの旅行でご利用させていただきました。他にも宿泊者がいましたが、空いているからとツインルームから、眺めの良いファミリータイプの部屋に変更して準備してくださっていて、LGBTへの理解、配慮をしていただいたことがとても嬉しかったです。バルコニーのベンチ、テーブルがある空間にもう少し灯りがあれば外での食事ももう少し楽しめたかなと思いましたが暗い分星がとても綺麗に見えて大満足でした。プールやBAR、スパ、サウナもあり高級リゾートホテルとも引けを感じ磨せんでした。今度は夏に利用させていただきたいと思います。

- Tomomi (10/5): - とてもおしゃれで清潔な施設で、素敵な滞在ができました。多分古い方のトレーラーに泊まりましたが部屋もベッドも清潔でした。キッチンがあることを期待していましたがコンロはありませんでした。湯沸かしポットと電子レンジ、小さなティーポットと湯呑み、グラスがあります。ナイフなどの調理器具や皿などはありません。トレーラー内のシャワールームは水漏れするというレビューを見たのでシャワールームは使わず、大浴場を利用していました。大浴場は広くて清潔でとても気に入りました。施設内は常にスタッフが清掃しているようでゴミひとつなくとても清潔でした。 トレーラー内の収納はすべて扉がねじ止めされていて使えないので、連泊する人にとっては収納が少なすぎると思います。 とても素晴らしい施設でした。私の泊まった季節には虫は蝶々くらいしかおらず、快適でした。
- Desiree (2/5): - We have been going here for years and used to love it! Sadly it has gone down hill so much. The place is run down and the campers are falling apart. The pool is broken so they keep dumping chemicals into it so people can use it. My daughter got chemical burns all over her face 😩 and body. You can’t order food from the restaurant unless when you book you got it then, even though it says you can order there. They don’t serve drinks and breakfast or lunch anymore. The guy that runs the restaurant isn’t very nice, especially to Americans. This used to be our favorite spot but sadly we won’t be going back anymore. It’s a shame because the beach and area is beautiful.

But when we got there we couldn’t even cook inside the camper. And the bbq grills they refer were at the restaurant. Very disappointed, they should put this in their website. All the food I brought with me went to waste.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Stayed in a newer camper which was lovely! So clean and nice. Wish there was some utensils, just a set or two of chopsticks, forks, knives, and spoons to use in the camper. Bummer the stairs to the beach were closed too when we stayed there.

- Poh Lian (4/5): communication problem - The bath room is located in one of the bed room and it is too small that we got to place our towel, clothing outside the bath room and caused inconvenience to people who occupied the room as they have to stay outside when ever there was someone who was bathing. We were very disappointed that the hotel charged the payment in advance without our knowledge and we cannot changed the payment method which we could have save some money even though we wanted to make payment when arrived and Hotels.com had indicated that we could make pay at the hotel

We did smell the mold though and I think it’s common in Okinawa with high humidity especially after the rain. (It was raining everyday during our stay. ) We opened the windows and it helped a lot. There were lots of bugs floating on the swimming pool but the water was clean. We enjoyed the spa facility. Clean and very relaxing.

- Woody (6/5): - Concept of campground in Japan/Okinawa is unique. Check-in was smooth language barrier was easy to overcome. Restaurant food was good. BBQ and all you can eat concept is also worthy of note. Price reasonable. Beach and access nice. Overall there is a showstopper with the campground and that is the black mold growing in the campers due to poor ventilation. From the moment you open the door to the camper the mold smell is overwhelming. The shower is located in the bedroom and all on the ceiling is black mold. If these facilities were located in the US it would be closed down for health reasons. If the mold problem was not there, the campground would be worthy of an outstanding review. However, with the health concern, I would never recommend it to anyone. Sad as both the staff and campground has great potential.

- Verified traveler (10/5): New experience in a motor home - We enjoyed our stay there. Private beach, small tub for public bath which overlooks the sea. It's a new experience for us. Much like a caravan park but with good facilities including a pool. There is a microwave but the stoves can't be used. We had 2 double beds. There is also a door to separate the 2 beds for privacy.

Wish the shower stall and toilet were a little larger. Beautiful quiet beach. Helpful staff who directed us to a charming local izakaya nearby, for a delicious dinner. A Family Mart near this supplied us with enough for breakfast, although this is available at the site cafe if you wish. Enjoyed our stay.

- Tim (10/5): A hidden gem - We stumbled across the Woodpecker whilst looking for something a little different to stay in on an extended break in Japan. We’d done the usual city hotels this is completely different, staying in a 5th wheel as your accommodation, which was cleaned daily with bedding and towel changes, looking out over the sea and a mainly deserted beach was idillic, the facilities were all there, spa, pool, cafe/bar jet ski/ water sport type things, even a washing machine and tumble dryer, in truth, we think the Woodpecker is a little understated, the staff were really happy, helpful and most of all respectful, the level of English spoken and understood far out weighed our Japanese but we got by for 12 enjoyable days. It’s about a 90 minute drive from Naha airport to the Woodpecker, so we would recommend hiring a car but the drive up the coast is easy with some great views, it will cost you a toll on the Okinawa expressway but all in all a great experience!
