Узкая кровать, шумный кондиционер, шум с дороги,невозможно спать если нет беруш в уши. Очень маленькая душевая в которой нет занавески, все течёт на общий пол с туалетом. Плохо что завтрак до 9.30,а не хотя бы до 10 как везде. Трудности с замком входным.

A Internet do hotel nao funcionou nenhum dos 3 dias que ficamos hospedadas. Nesta localização nao havia sinal de Internet do chip que havíamos comprado.

• ANA MARIA (7/5): Buena relación calidad precio - Es un alojamiento bastante básico,pero la relación calidad precio es inmejorable,para lo que hay en el nido. Nos hospedamos 4 noches,los desayunos son muy buenos,y el personal muy agradable. Yo estuve enferma con la tripa y me hicieron arroz dos días cuando se lo pedí. Nos gestionaron la moto y la vans de camino a Puerto Princesa. Está situado cerca del pueblo,pero alejado del bullicio. Al lado tienes de todo,farmacias,supermercados. Las instalaciones un poco descuidadas y antiguas. El aire acondicionado hacía muchísimo ruido. Entra claridad con una coletilla muy fina que pone en la puerta.

El personal era amable y servicial, el desayuno era bueno y suficiente cada día con opciones a la carta para escoger. La habitación se mantenía húmeda, el baño se inundaba, podría disminuir este problema con una cortina de baño y el aire acondicionado generaba un ruido fuerte

• Sandrine (5/5): - Nous n’avons pas été reçu par Neela Tourist Lodge. Apparemment un problème technique dans notre chambre. Nous avons été orienté sur un autre hôtel. Le personnel a été du coup très réactif puisque nous avons été très vite redirigé.
• Lisa (1/5): Kaputte Klimaanlage verschmutzt Kleidung - Personal war Nett Die Klimaanlage war kaputt und hat getropft. Fast meine komplette Kleidung wurde nass und leider wurden die hellen Sachen auch sehr dreckig. Die Rezeptionistin hat dann netterweise angeboten meine Kleidung zu waschen. Drei Kleidungsstücke sind jedoch dreckig geblieben. Ich habe dann gefragt, ob das Hotel bitte dafür aufkommen kann, da es ja auch deren Fehler war. Nach Rücksprache mit ihrem Manager wollte die Angestellte selber dann für meine Kleidung aufkommen. Das habe ich dankend abgelehnt, da sie überhaupt nichts für die Flecken auf meiner Kleidung kann und meiner Meinung nach das Hotel/der Manager dafür aufkommen sollte, da die kaputte Klimaanlage ja schließlich in seiner Verantwortung liegt. Ich bleibe jetzt wahrscheinlich auf dem Schaden sitzen. Ich bin absolut sauer darüber, dass der Manager nicht für den Schaden aufkommt und die freundliche Angestellte die Kleidung bezahlten soll. Ich möchte nochmal ausdrücklich sagen, dass die Dame an der Rezeption keinen Fehler gemacht hat und ich ganz nett um meine schmutzige Kleidung gekümmert hat.
• Patrycja (6/5): - W nocy zawsze ktoś pilnuje wejścia do obiektu, który znajduje się przy głównej ulicy, śniadania są ok, zaraz obok polecane studio masażu i nowoczesny street food z burgerami i goframi. Pokój przestronny, cały czas dostępna woda, kawa i herbata bez limitu. Klimatyzacja jest stara i wysłużona, a jej głośność przekracza normy, przy których można swobodnie rozmawiać. Nie da się nią sterować z ziemi bo jest za wysoko, trzeba się wspinać. Wiatrak na suficie cały zakurzony, tabletki na alergie na nic się zdały. Łóżko twarde, odczucia jakby spało się na desce - tylko na plecach. Wilgoć utrzymuje się w obiekcie.

• Cecilia (7/5): Está bien. - Dormitorios alejados del centro pero con mucho ruido de todas formas ( como todo filipinas). Súper limpio, personal amable, camas cómodas ducha caliente y súper bien. Desayuno bueno también. Si te toca en el segundo piso no tienes gente pasando por enfrente a tu ventanal todo el tiempo y está súper bien, si te toca el primer piso se complica un poco. Las cortinas son blancas y la luz por la mañana entra desde las 6am lo que lo hace imposible para dormir. Ruidos constantes y no asilados, motos, gallos, música, locales gritando. El aire acondicionado hace tanto ruido que no lo puedes dejar prendido. Pero es un lindo lugar si no pretendes estar en el centro y todo el bullicio.

• Linn Fuxi (7/5): - Det var ganska bra läge, lätt att gå eller ta en tricycle. Det fanns en del restauranger med gångavstånd och nära till strand och samlingsplats för båtturer. Frukosten var god och rummet var bra städat. Det var alltid lite fuktigt i badrumnet och madrassen var full av mögel som luktade starkt, men annars var det en bekväm säng.

• Antonietta (10/5): Tutto perfetto è meglio del previsto! - La struttura mi è piaciuta tantissimo. Prima di arrivare ero un po’ spaventata da alcuni commenti che parlavano di rumore e di manutenzione, ma sinceramente non rispecchiano la mia esperienza. Considerando che ho pagato circa 20€ a notte per un appartamento super centrale, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. La posizione è super strategica: si trova sulla strada principale, vicinissima ai bar dove si possono vedere i migliori tramonti, e anche alla zona nord per raggiungere facilmente le spiagge più belle. Di fatto, il centro è proprio lì. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, la stanza era pulita, così come asciugamani e lenzuola. È stato uno dei posti in cui ho dormito meglio durante tutto il mio viaggio. Colazione buonissima, menzione speciale per l’omelette: voto 10.

Climatisation ultra bruyante, impossible de dormir avec, il faut refroidir la journee et couper au moment de dormir. Tout est usé des sols au plafond, mais propre. Pas de coffre fort comme annoncé. Petit déjeuner basique, pas de jus de fruits, café en poudre

• Ilenia (5/5): Hotel in El Nido - The hotel is located close to Corong Corong beach which is amazing. We book a tour through the hotel and pay for the environmental fee which lasts for five days in El Nido. They didn't give us any receipt and they must immediately! Two days after we realised we needed it for another boat tour and we asked for it. It seemed like the staff was always making excuses or sending us to other times of the day to avoid giving us the receipt. I think it was our right to have it. The rooms are noisy because the hotel faces the street. The rooms smell strongly of damp, and the showers produce very little.

• Piotr (3/5): - Neela Tourist Lodge jest niewielkim Hotelem w stosunkowa cichym miejscu. Do centrum można spokojnie przejść spacerkiem po drodze kupując owoce na lokalnym markecie. Jesli ktoś nie lubi spacerów można za niewielkie pieniądze jechać tuk tukiem. Pokój typu standard dla trzech osób z dużym łóżkiem i rozkładaną sofą niestety okazał się pokojem dwu osobowym z dodatkowym materacem położonym na podłodze zamiast rozkładanej sofy. Pokoik był naprawdę mały więc rozłożony materac zdecydowanie utrudniał wejście do pokoju ponieważ sięgał połowy szerokości drzwi. Kolejny duży minus to brak balkonu który w opisie jest. W obiekcie tym balkon ze stolikiem jest niezbędny ponieważ jest tylko jeden stolik ogólny przy którym można zjeść śniadanie więc jeśli brakuje stolika na balkonie to zdarza się że na śniadanie trzeba czekać aż inni goście skończą a jeśli masz umówioną wycieczkę to sprawa robi się nerwowa. Obsługa miła ale nie decyzyjna a menager zaproponował nie zmianę pokoju na ten który rezerwowałem a zwrot kasy i szukanie nowego hotelu a była noc 30 grudnia 2025r. TROCHĘ SŁABO!!!!!!!
• Patrycja (8/5): - Obiekt w spokojnej okolicy, gdzie można było również dobrze zjeść, personel bardzo pomocny, pokój czysty oraz przed wejściem mini taras gdzie można sobie wieczorem usiąść i odetchnąć, akurat podczas naszego pobytu zdarzyła się awaria z wodą jednakże personel szybko zareagował. W obiekcie również serwują bardzo dobre śniadanka :) Klimatyzator dość głośno pracował

• Irene (7/5): Consiglio per il rapporto qualità prezzo, che è buono. Se cercate privacy e tranquillità, non è forse il posto giusto. - Posizione buona, vicina alla spiaggia e a diversi locali in Corong Corong. Stanza pulita e reception gentile e accogliente. La stanza era completamente ad altezza reception/ingresso. Nessuna privacy. Inoltre la stanza era purtroppo molto rumorosa, soprattutto a causa degli altri ospiti che stavano ai tavolini davanti alla reception durante la sera o la notte a chiacchierare. La posizione della nostra stanza ha reso difficile dormire bene. Anche la notte si sentivano molti altri rumori, come cani o galli, non è una stanza “isolata”.

• Luca (1/5): Terrificante - La posizione è stata comoda perché avevamo prenotato dei tour che partono proprio a pochi metri. La colazione anche non era male. Struttura pessima, camera orrende, bagno peggio. Completamente da rinnovare anche se non so che soluzione possano trovare per la location, è tra i vari palazzi con un affaccio sul retro di un altro. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo fatto presente che dal bagno arrivava odore di uova marce e una ragazza ha confermato la nostra affermazione, l’altro invece si è limitato a rispondere bruscamente É NORMALE. Ed è andato via. La camera puzza di umido, non ci torno nemmeno sotto tortura.

• Olatz (9/5): Muy bien - La ubicación es muy buena, tienes todos los servicios que necesitas cerca además de la playa. Los desayunos son muy ricos y tienes agua potable para poder beber. Tienes siempre una persona en recepción dispuesta a ayudarte en lo que necesites. La habitación y el baño están limpios. Cambiaría el bombín de la cerradura de la habitación ya que era difícil de cerrar y abrir con la llave. El wifi no era muy estable.

• Peter (1/5): Neela completely ruined our holiday. - Neela completely ruined our entire journey. The staff has very limited language skills. They booked us a 3-day El Nido-Coron boat trip. What they forgot to mention is that there are two different types of boats: the fun boat; and the zero fun boat. The first has music, beer and basic sanitation facilities, proper food and huts. The latter has none of that, just misery. We were sitting around in silence for 3 days, wondering what we were doing there, and returned home with horrible infections. They also booked the Coron-El Nido ferry back for us. We ended up on a cargo-like old boat crowded like herrings for 6 hours, and were charged the price of the fancy 3-hour speedboat ride. Shame on Neela.
• Archie (8/5): Very good - Staff were lovely, we only stayed one night as wanted to just have a hotel room to ourselves before going to a hostel. Felt safe, and was very comfortable, big enough and note to any visitors from abroad, channel 26 on the TV shows non stop films (some were pretty bad ones… but nice if you want to do nothing one evening). Breakfast ended quite early and maybe it is slightly pricey for what you get overall, in comparison to other places, but overall very satisfied.
• Melisa (4/5): Disappointing - you're a backpacker traveling with almost no budget, this might be an okay option. But if you're used to paying around ₱2,000–₱2,500 in other places of south east Asia or other parts of the Philippines and getting something decent, that’s definitely not the case in El Nido. The staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. The room was terrible. The toilet seat was broken, and the shower had mold. It’s clear they don’t pay attention to maintenance. We understand that a place can be simple or humble, but that doesn’t mean it has to be miserable or neglected. We ended up checking out a day early because we just couldn’t tolerate staying there. We asked for a refund for the last night, but it was denied.

Upgraded our room because there was a problem with the one we booked, helped us rent a scooter, kept out bags safe during our stay in darocotan island and arranged us transport for the van station. The water sometimes looks dirty and smells, probably because of the low water pressure. The air conditioning compressor noise is too loud, disturbing our sleep.

• Silvia (6/5): Not very comfortable - I don’t usually write negative reviews, but in this case, I have to say the property didn’t meet our expectations. It’s located about a 30-minute walk from Nido town, which isn’t an issue in itself, but the walk is uncomfortable due to the lack of sidewalks. The room was very humid, as was the terrace, making it difficult for clothes to dry—they remained damp. The shower had no curtain, causing water to splash everywhere. On the positive side, breakfast was decent, and the free coffee and water available 24/7 were a nice touch.

• Nagy (8/5): Good stay - The staff was amazing, good breakfast, good location. It could be improved with a few easy things, but if you are happy with a basic room for a really good price, hot water and good internet you won't be disappointed
