- Jarek (2/5): Awful hostel - Nothing Translation results Ver bad experience. It looks like a poor quality hostel. There is a steep staircase leading up to the room from the lobby, which is not lit. The bathroom is awful, dilapidated, and has lots of rust. Breakfast is very poor, served in the kitchen where the bedding dries.The price on booking was 36 usd plus 8 usd tax, and we paid an extra 8 usd, which is not mentioned on the booking.

- Georgios (9/5): Good value and friendly staff - The photos don't do the hotel justice. The room is bright while it seems darker in the photos. We loved the decoration on the walls, exquisite embroideries made by the owner's wife. If you fancy any of them they are for sale. Jaava went above and beyond to help us. He tried to find us a driver to another town, book train tickets (for a fee) for us and provided us with a vegan breakfast. There is free water, coffee and tea available in the kitchen, which can be used to warm up a meal (but not cook). There is also a fridge and a washing machine. They can exchange money for you at competitive rates. It's very centrally located and good value for money. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and felt at home. It's very close to the really good restaurant Jam, where portions are not small. The first day we had not an adequate breakfast, just a smallish dish of mashed potatoes, some slices of tomatoes and fruits. But the second day it was more satisfying. Non vegans have two eggs with sausages plus fruits. The TV didn't have any channels, just Internet and You Tube, Netflix (with payment) etc.

- Duane (8/5): Basic, well-located, good value hotel - It is economical, located close to many of the sites, and the breakfast is fresh and good. The staff were welcoming and kind. The property is very simple. No frills. It was most evident in the my room’s bathroom that the construction was done on the cheap and not well-finished. For example, some of the pipes that drain the water from the shower were visible. I got confused returning to the hotel late at night. I was using Google Maps to navigate my way through the narrow, dark old city alleys (there are no lights) and I discovered that Google Maps didn’t have the streets updated. So, I got turned around. Thankfully, I was able to find my way back to the hotel after some confusion. It is important to note that I was never scared or frightened by the dark alleys (the city is incredibly safe) but I think it is good to know and be prepared.

- Wouter (8/5): Great value for money hotel - Location is great, right in the old city center. The room is basic, however, very pleasant . The bed is comfortable, AC works good, plenty of sockets. Bathroom is also basic, however more importantly, very clean and offers a hot shower. The eggs for breakfast were nice. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Also the hotel offers very good yet cheap laundry service.

The hotel is located just outside the historic pedestrian center, only a 2-minute walk away, and is near a very good restaurant (Chinar). Convenient. They advised us what to visit, helped us book cabs with their Yandex app (we hadn't been able to access it yet), and most of all it was really very pleasant and interesting to talk to them! They made our stay even more enjoyable! - Hotel and room: rating 10. The hotel is newly renovated, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The embroidered pictures hanging on the wall in the lobby and in the room were wonderful. The room very large and spacious, very comfortable bed with even the topper. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Everything was going very well for us. If we really have to recommend what to improve: a vacuum cleaner is missing in the bathroom.

- Simona (7/5): Good - location is a bit creepy but in a few minutes walking you are close to all the attractions staff is extremely helpful and friendly smelly bathroom room is a bit claustrophobic and has no places for placing the clothes, bed are hard, the floor is dirty carpets with a lot of dust the structure was under renovation and we would have appreciated being advised, we have 2 allergic people that had to take medicine every morning and night to survive the dust
