• Chow Chung (8/5): - Distance is minute away from Ferry terminal. Easily to get transport. Hotel is run down with basic facilities. Good for short stays and not for fussy traveler.

• Peter (4/5): Will not go back - Not for family, the bar on the top floor too noisy. The whole building is shaking due to the band. Room So so poor maintenance
• SARIYAH (2/5): Dirty pillow - Check in got problem. All the 3 rooms card given by reception cannot used. Went up and down 2x to change still faulty. Fed up and tired of their lame answer. We requested side by side next door but they separate and gave so far behind. Then they downgrade one of our room. Sunday night cannot sleep well due to noisy of the pub. The most highlight are their pillows. Smelly with yellowish stain of saliva all over both side. We have the photos. They dare to give, so terrible. The hotel look high but this kind of thing existed w/o shameless. Their toilet also dark lack of light a bit scary. Breakfast not so bad. Management please upgrade.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Lvl 4 rooms - My first night room was bad as it was a twin bed which I wanted a queen bed, thankfully it was changed the next day. The first night room toilet was bad as well, there were many small black worms near the toilet bowl & alive after soak in water. My 2nd night was very good, only the safety box was spoilt & lesser hangers.
• Jenny (8/5): Comfortable stay - Very near to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Breakfast were given for all our stays however found seashell in Ikan Bilis while having it with porridge. Room is spacious too.
• CLEMENT (10/5): Very Near By the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal - The hotel is nicely located to the Ferry Terminal, friendly staff and new building. However, l could hear all the singers what they are singing from the Karaoke Spot in my room on 4th floor till the Karaoke closed. After no more songs, the prayer from nearby mosque broadcasted around 4:30 am for roughly an hour.In another word, soundproof of my hotel room is quite down

• Shikin (10/5): 2D1N of pleasant stay - Hotel was very clean and staffs were friendly and efficient. The only thing that is lacking was tht hotel do not have shuttle bus to nagoya. Just do take note that taxi was about 40k to nagoya and 60k coming back They would not allow gojek or grab to enter the area. Best to walk out of the place and book grab which cost about 20k. But in overall we had such a nice time. Will definitely book this hotel again in future.

• Valerine (6/5): Not that satisfying - Walkable distance from harbour bay. But you can never use grab services to book cabs. U would need to use their own local taxis unless your grab driver wanna risk. Nothing much near by. Probably 10 mins to nagoya or bcs mall. Check in was a night mare. We waited for an hour and knowing there was a que, only 2 counters were opened. My hubby had to make noise cause there was elderly standing around and who were tired of waiting. Room was nt clean and had a bad odour. Bathrooms had small cockroches. I requested to have a room change. A very simple and basic hotels but not for the fussy ones.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Not suitable for family - Front desk staff should be more helpful and hospitable. I was asking for extra bed and they charged us IDR 200,000 per night. No top up for the mineral water on the next day, no additional tooth brush since there are 3 of us. Food for breakfast so so only. Not comfortable to bring baby or child, since there’s a club, lounge and smoking area inside the hotel.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is at a good location, the breakfast staff welcome us with great and lovely smile and we felt home, the food was nice but not much variety for buffet breakfast, it also taste better than other hotel which we didn’t expect that surprise. The room toilet needs to upgrade (horrible) and also with chemical cleaning, the room key got us screwed up twice and also need an software update too. Overall I love this hotel 🏨 but I need to tryout others too. For me I will surely recommend this hotel because of location + bed + breakfast (staff) which has less variety but excellent, reasonable and worth the price paid SGD48 dollars with taxes and breakfast included with free room wifi.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The location is very convinient, just a few walks from Harbour bay Ferry terminal and near to malls. Room is cozy and really comfortable. Breakfast was nice, there's variety of foods to choose from.
• E (8/5): - Good location and spacious room, however the housekeeping is quite bad and the room reek of cigarette smell. Had to purchase some air freshener to refresh the room. Housekeeping need improvement, still find used cotton bud on floor, some used fake eyelashes lying on the hair dryer. The floor was mopped but still feel sticky to walk on. Toilet condition from shower keep leaking out to the main causing very wet and slippery floor in the bathroom. Good thing is near to mall, seafood places and had good security. Overall can stay again if not a fussy stayer.
• R (6/5): - Hotel is located next to the harbourbay ferry terminal. It is nearby to a supermarket, convenience store and a row of food shops. the front desk staff aren't that friendly, and checking in took some time. but the hotel room is clean. the amount we paid included the hotel stay for one night and the breakfast for the next morning, but the breakfast is really sad, it is very limited and the food isn't really that nice. i'll suggest you go out to have breakfast instead. overall, we got what we paid for!

• Mohd Jasman (6/5): Hotel M One.. so so.. average rating - Overall quiet happy but certain things make me unhappy such as my room basin was choked..the water droned out is poor. The beast were so terrible. Food were few. Not enough seat. Lack of tables n chairs. Bcoz of many occupants in the hotel.The TV channel and reception totally disruption not clear at all. Frankly the price and rooms is quiet expensive compared to other hotel in batam.

Very limited choice and yet the staff couldn’t refill fast enough to serve all guests. Most food trays were empty for most of the time. Even the plates, forks and spoons were running out while the staff were having own sweet time walking around in the restaurant.

• Kenny (4/5): Near to Ferry Terminal, but v budget feel. - Location very near Harbour Bay area, near the ferry terminal. Stayed at the old wing. Friendly staff, however, wasn't given any info like breakfast location, check-out timing. Room was decent sized, however, the floor was grimy and sticky. Room smelled smokey although it was non-smoking room, WC had urine stains on the toilet seat. Generally didn't feel it was a clean hotel. Woke up in the middle of the next day as the room suddenly was filled with strong cigarette smoke, probably from the neighbouring room. Breakfast was really to fill your tummy. Guests were also smoking in the breakfast area. Big turn-off. Cheap place near the Ferry Terminal, but that's about it. I'd say, skip this..
