- J (10/5): Perfect stay for holidays in Lijiang - Everything was perfect! The Host was a pair of friendly and lovely couple. It's beyond the expectations. The room is super clean and having a modern Japanese renovation. I love having tea with them including Qiang ge. While my kids love their friendly and smart dog (chai chai). It even send us out when we check out. They treat us like a family. We love you guys. You all really make our holiday a memorable one. Lastly, it's super highly recommended to all. Location perfect. 5 Stars! Bed very comfortable. 5 Stars! Host (Couple) I'll give a 10 stars! Keep it up and hope will see you again when we visit Yunnan Nothing

- Marc (4/5): Una mica decepcionant - L'habitació era perfecte per al nen. Ubicació booking incorrecte. Ubicació sorollosa a la nit. Al arribar la dutxa no funcionava, l'endemà no tenia casi aigua calenta. No ens van fer l'habitació un dels dies. Té rentadora però no secadora ni lloc per estendre la roba. Pel mateix preu hi han coses millor.

She managed to send it to the next hotel and contact both carrier and next hotel to make it arrives in time. Quietness, even though the hotel located in busy old town, it located in small branch road, which make the hotel quiet and private. None

- Mia (10/5): We had a great stay at this beautiful accomondation - The rooms were clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The owner was flexible and helpful, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Finding the place was a bit challenging since the name of the accommodation on Booking.com was different from the one at the property and in map applications.
- Nur (7/5): Good - In the middle of Lijiang Old Town. Ancient vibe. Quite spacious room for two people. Floor warmer not warm enough. Still feel very cold during winter. There was an unpleasant smell from bathroom (septic tank). Hard to find the hotel for our first check in. 8 minute walk from nearby entrance of the old town.

The complimentary coffee is very good and of high quality. The room is big and clean. Good mountain view from the room. The room and hotel photo is the same as advertised. It inside the ancient city whereby will have noise off and on till quite late at night. But the hotel provide ear plug.

- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Location wise is exactly inside the Lijiang Oldtown, just take a few steps out of the hotel its the oldtown already. All shops within walking distance. The design of the hotel is like a mini resort, very up to date and gorgeous, same as per the description. The staff there was helpful. The room is comfortable and spacious. The staff also is helpful in assisting to booked our Yulong Mountain and Lijiang Impression Show tour. As the hotel located inside the oldtown, vehicle cannot go in, so have to walk by foot from the dropoff point to the hotel. The hotel is located at the center of the Lijiang Oldtown, so need to walk around 5-10min from the dropoff point to the hotel and if there is luggage, its better to pay for the tricycle to carry your bag, payment around 20yuan only. But its a fun experience, we can window shopping while walking to the hotel as you need to go through the Oldtown Market to the hotel

- Billabroad (9/5): Conveniently located with kind, helpful staff. - The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. They helped to arrange for free airport pickup and were always looking for ways to give me information about local places to eat and how to enjoy my time in Lijiang. The cleaning service wasn't excellent. They did replace my towels and made sure to take care of the bathroom, but that seemed to be the extent of the service.
