• munira (8/5): Perfect for one nights stay at a great location, I wouldn’t stay more though - - After a days travel, this is a stones throw from the main train station in krakow so location ideal - the breakfast that was included was tasty and the staff were nice. The room was clean. - the place was noisy with loud door banging. One guest made a lot of noise post 2300 and then my location of the room was right next to staff area and cafeteria, so more banging. So not the best sleep. - the room was ok but did have a little smell to it at the beginning that I can’t put my finger on. Maybe someone smoking through the window or maybe just a fair bit of damp smell from bathroom until aired out.

• Robciuc (10/5): Amazing stay plus breakfast near city centre - Cleanliness, good breakfast with big portions and big coffee included. It was extremely close to the city objectives. Great stay. Contrary to what others have reviewed, it was not loud in the room. Indeed it is close to the city centre therefore noise is normal but we travelled during festive times in Krakow and honestly there was no noise whatsoever. Nothing bad to say. Maybe the pillows and the mattress can be improved. We only stayed 1 night therefore everything was great. However maybe for longer stays it is not that comfortable.

I had to check out in the morning and pick up the backpack at 3AM next morning and it was possible (for a minimal fee, because it was the next day). Friendly staff. Excellent communication before and during the stay. Tea, mini fridge and kettle in the room. Comfy beds. Poor sound isolation - people were talking in another room in the night and I could hear them clearly. Bus stop in front of the house - might be noisy if the window is open.

• Michelle (4/5): Great location, but disappointing room and mixed service - We had a really enjoyable stay here. The location is excellent—perfectly positioned for tour pick-ups, and within easy walking distance of the main shopping square, as well as both the train and bus stations. It made getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. We were there for four nights, and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided, which we really appreciated. A special mention goes to Marta on reception, who was absolutely lovely. She was so friendly and helpful during our stay, and even went the extra mile by writing a little note on our packed lunch for one of our trips—a really thoughtful touch that made our stay feel more personal. Unfortunately, there were several downsides. The biggest issue was the room itself, which was very disappointing compared to the photos online. The images appear to show the upper-level suites, whereas the standard rooms are much smaller and extremely basic. There was no proper storage—just four coat hangers between two people and nowhere to hang them except hooks at the end of the bed. There was also barely any floor space to move around. The room amenities were not very practical either—for example, the kettle couldn’t be filled in the bathroom sink as it didn’t fit under the tap. We were located on the ground floor opposite the café (breakfast area), and the noise was a real problem. Staff were frequently in and out of storage cupboards even late at night and early in the morning, with constant noise from keys, plates, and footsteps. We could also hear other guests clearly, including conversations and chairs scraping from rooms above. Service in the cafeteria was also disappointing. The staff came across as quite unfriendly, and on one morning they forgot our takeaway breakfast despite us ordering it the night before. When it was eventually provided, it was incorrect, which was particularly frustrating as we had an early start for a trip. We raised concerns about the room at reception when we arrived and were told that the online photos are a mix of suite images and standard rooms. In hindsight, had we known what the standard rooms were actually like, we wouldn’t have booked. We were celebrating a joint 40+ birthday trip, so the lack of comfort and privacy was disappointing. Thankfully, we made the best of it, but overall the room felt more like a basic hostel than a hotel stay. In summary, while the location and some staff were great, the misleading room photos, noise issues, and inconsistent service would make us think twice about staying again.

Room was very clean. The twin room was very small. No wardrobe. Breakfast was limited. Had to choose from the choices offered from 1 to 6. But I enjoyed the choice no 1. I chose the same option 1 for next day but asked the kitchen to give me sausage instead of bacon, but she said "not possible". It's not a big deal but would have been nice to have a choice

Staff gentile sorridente e sempre disponibile. La prima sera abbiamo avuto difficoltà a prendere sonno per via di vicini di stanza un po' rumorosi, le pareti sembrano molto sottili. Inoltre consiglierei delle tende che oscurino meglio durante la notte. Nel complesso però esperienza positiva.

Just ten minutes from the Old Town, two minutes from the train station, with excellent connections to the airport and very close to the shopping center. Very close to one of the guided tour pick-up points. A little bit noisy, but with earplugs there were no issues. The bathroom is very small, and the shower has very strong water pressure. When opened to the maximum, the shower head tends to move around unpredictably.

Raport calitate preț bun. La 2 minute de mers pe jos pana la Mall și destul de aproape de centrul orașului. Personalul foarte amabil și drăguț. Parcare privata contra cost, posibila. Ce nu mi a plăcut... Deșii venea personalul de la curățenie zilnic și schimba prosoapele și toate cele necesare pe jos nu se făcea curat, încă de când am ajuns erau fire de păr pe jos/praf. Și încă un minus as putea adaugă la faptul ca parcarea este mult dar mult prea îngustă.

A little basic, no lift and a little out of the from the centre. With two less able persons in our party these were significant.

• Nimpa (10/5): This apartment/hotel is a good place to stay due to the close location to the area. I would recommend it - The location is close to a Galleria but more importantly churches & tourist spots in the area. The accommodations were good. Front desk staff were friendly but depends on who you have for the day as they rotate front desk people. Housekeeping staff on the other hand are not so. Cafeteria was good. Food was good. Rooms are easy access due to keys provided. Curtains are not big enough to cover the light when getting up in the morning. You’ll need one of those eye patches to avoid daylight shock. The beds are touch & go. My side of the bed was not as comfortable so people with back issues might have issues.

• CKL126 (8/5): Great Break with Friendly People and Multiple Attractions - The location of the hotel is fantastic, as is Krakow, it was my eighth trip. It's been said many times, but to reiterate the town square, pubs, restaurants and multiple attractions are probably second to none. It's not a criticism, but worth mentioning that when booking the Cracow Central Aparthotel, unless you're specifically are wanting/needing a cheap option, do not book the economy rooms. There are two which are small, I selected one by mistake, but would add that it did not detract from enjoyment of the location or the hotel itself.

• SERGIO MURILO (2/5): Não I dico. - Só dá localização. Do quarto muito pequeno (pagamos por um quarto de luxo, de casal), do colchão vencido e desconfortável, das cortinas estreitas que não bloqueiam a luz, do micro banheiro.

• JOSE EMILIO (9/5): Fin de semana en pareja - El trato fue muy bueno. Tras una cancelación de un vuelo ajustaron nuestra reserva sin problema. Buena ubicación. Mucha luz por la ventana desde primera hora. Algo ruidoso por la mañana debido a la limpieza de habitaciones colindantes.
