- SONIA (4/5): INNSBRUCK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IS STUNNING AND WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR SHORT VISIT - APARTMENT WAS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN WITH AN EXCELLENT SHOWER. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, A STONES THROW FROM THE GOLDEN ROOF MUSEUM AND A 10 MINUTE RIDE FROM INNSBRUCK AIRPORT. THE RENTAL WAS GREATLY REDUCED WHICH IS WHY WE BOOKED IT QUITE LAST MINUTE HOT WATER WAS SCALDING HOT - IT IS DANGEROUS AND NEEDS ATTENTION URGENTLY!!!!!! THE CHECK IN CODE WAS WITHELD BECAUSE DESPITE TRYING TO PAY THE TOURIST TAX OF 24 EUROS WITH 3 DIFFERENT CARDS THE PAYMENT COULD NOT BE PROCESSED SO WE COULD NOT GAIN ACCESS. EVENTUALLY ANOTHER PAYMENT LINK WAS EMAILED AND IT WORKED NOT WITHOUT CAUSING US EXTREME STRESS - AGAIN THIS NEEDS ATTENTION TO AVOID RUINING FUTURE GUESTS ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE. QUITE SPARSLEY FURNISHED, A DRESSING TABLE AND MIRROR IN THE BEDROOM WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. FINALLY THERE IS NO EXTRACTION ABOVE THE HOB AND THERE ARE ONLY 2 RINGS

L'appartement est très bien et propre, il est bien équipé et confortable. L'appartement en lui-même est top, malheureusement je ne peux pas mettre une meilleure note car l'appartement est vraiment mal insonorisé et nous avons donc mal dormi durant nos 3 nuits. Même avec des boules quies, tous les soirs des gens passent et crient dans la rue jusqu'à 3H. Le matin dès 6H30-7H, le ramassage des poubelles et autres font énormément de bruit. Si vous n'êtes pas sensibles au bruit, alors n'hésitez pas à réserver, l'appartement est top.

- GEORGIOS (9/5): Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία - Ήταν πάρα πολύ κεντρικά, σε πολύ βολικό σημείο για βόλτες. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο κ καθαρό Τα παράθυρα της σκεπής δεν ειχαν κάποιο εύκολο τρόπο συσκότισης κ έτσι έμπαινε φως από αρκετά νωρίς το πρωί.

- GERASIMOS (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία του Πολύ κακή διαρρύθμιση …. Είχε ένα τεράστιο υπνοδωμάτιο με κακόγουστη διακόσμηση, με αποτέλεσμα να κόβει χώρο από το υπόλοιπο σπίτι. Ενα πολύ ωραίο καθιστικό και κουζίνα όμως χωρίς καν αλάτι ή χαρτοπετσετες αν κάποιος ήθελε να μαγειρέψει ( σαν να μη θελανε ) και δύο πολύ μικρά δωματιάκια με κρεβάτι κουκέτες χωρίς παράθυρο. Επίσης το μπάνιο ήταν σε ξεχωριστό χώρο από την τουαλέτα που κάποιους ίσως να μην τους βολεύει.

Die Lage ist wunderschön und die Ausstattung komfortabel. Um 6.00 morgens hat jemand bis 8.00 Uhr gekärchert und man hat die Lieferanten streiten gehört.

- Ida (8/5): Vacanza in famiglia - Situata assolutamente in centro, con una splendida vista sulla piazza e sul tettuccio d'oro. Ambie caldo e confortevole. Letti confortevoli. Cucina attrezzata con forno, lavastoviglie, microonde, oltre al frigorifero ovviamente. Appartamento recentemente rinnovato. Spazi ampi. Ascensore comodo per raggiungere il piano. Attorno tanti supermercati otre a ristoranti, bar, panetterie.. Vicino anche alle fermate di bus e tram. Essendo in centro, ovviamente la mattina dalle 6 in poi si sentivano i rumori dei furgoncini che rifornivano di materiale vario i ristoranti/bar della piazza. Da migliorare la pulizia, il forno in particolare era sporco, pieno di briciole. Aggiungerei alla dotazione dell'appartamento una scopa e qualcosa mi minima affinché gli ospiti possano tenere pulito l'appartamento durante il soggiorno.
- Martin (7/5): Zweckmässige, saubere und einfache Wohnung in sehr guter Lage - Schlüsselübergabe sehr einfach. Lift in den 4. Stock. Etwas kühle Wohnung, Heizkörper waren eingeschaltet aber unter dimensioniert. Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, Pfannen waren sehr alt. Im Sommer könnten die zahlreichen Gasgärten ein Lärmproblem sein, da die Fenster nicht Schall dicht sind.
