- ERMIR (10/5): - Staff super super gentile e molto disponibile da 10+++ Stanza grande e molto pulita, per me e la mia famiglia era perfetta, letti comodi. 2 cose consiglio al hotel a) Aggiungere il bidet al bagno. b) Migliorare la colazione perché era poco e poca assortita. Per tutto il resto non ho da dire niente, era tutto perfetto.. Mi e dispiaciuto che siamo rimasti solo un giorno. .

- Petra (9/5): Superb - It was clean and comfortable. No one speaks english or german. I was not available to do a check in so I called to ask if my boyfriend can do it instead on english or german and they said it's not a problem but it was a problem because they did not understand eachother
- Stephen (7/5): Due to lack of handicap facilities a lower rating, but excellent meals and service in the restaurant - The evening and breakfast meals and service were very good in the restaurant. The room was comfortable and bathroom facilities very good. There was adequate parking on the property. I have a walking handicap and found no ramps or elevators to the room. It was very difficult carrying travel bags and climbing and descending steps hanging on to railings. The desk in the room is small and difficult to use a desktop computer. The location is the only hotel accommodation's and restaurant in the region that we found.
