• Ramona (8/5): - Mangelhafte Auswahl beim Frühstück. Frühstück mit Tischservice. Ich werde nie wieder in einem Hotel ohne Frühstücksbuffet übernachten! Das war keine 25 € pro Person wert. Auf dem Bild ist zu sehen, was ich bei meiner Abreise zum Frühstück bekam, da ich es sonst nicht rechtzeitig zum Flughafen geschafft hätte (Wert: 25 €).

• Fredika (10/5): Wonderful luxury hotel property in Bari - Location was excellent. Close to the meeting point for day trips to other locations in Puglia. Walkable to all sites in Bari and to Bari Centrale train station. Wonderful breakfast included. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

• Valentina (10/5): Amazing place and staff - Loved both the place and the staff! They were extremely helpful since I arrived past their check in time so they texted me prior to my holiday and made sure someone comes to the accommodation waiting for me at around 10pm. The place is very clean, they offer maps and restaurant suggestions and provide free sodas and snacks for the entire stay. Breakfast was good too, based on a menu but could order as much as you wanted. Location is very good, close to shopping area and about 7 minutes away from the old city. When leaving they provide a waiting room where you have a clean bathroom as well as nice seating, room to set your bags and plugs to charge your devices before departure. It was definitely pricey but compared to other Bari accommodations, I would definitely pay the price again for the value Plus - balcony is amazing for photos! . Nothing, it was just perfect.

À la réception le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, très dévoué et très à l’écoute, j’aurais mis 10 sans hésiter si le petit déjeuner était du même niveau. J’ai moins apprécié le petit déjeuner (pourtant très bon) qui est servi dans le bar attenant, ce n’est pas un buffet il convient de choisir sur un menu, l’endroit est assez bruyant en raison de la musique et de clients qui éventuellement parlent fort, on est pas très bien installé et le jeune serveur à lunettes et moustache n’est pas d’une grande amabilité, il ne dit même pas bonjour et nous pose le menu sur la table sans la moindre attention, on hésite à lui demander quoi que ce soit. The staff, particularly Raffaella, Umberto and Alessia, offered 5 star service and were incredibly welcoming and kind. My room was immaculate, light and very quiet. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, including the old town. The perfect base for exploring Bari and other parts of Puglia. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

• Olga (9/5): great stay (except the incident, that again might be nothing...) - Location, the friendly stuff, the great unexpected breakfast that has no limit on what you can order The fact that there is no 24 hrs stuff. 1 night there were 2 people that try to push the door with no code than waited it seems at around 9PM for somebody to come. They did not look that they were guests. When we put approach to put the3 code in they came in back of us so I feel prudent to leave without opening the door. It was uncomfortable feeling known that there are minimum rooms occupied in the hotel and if the intentions were no good , nobody will know we could be attach. It might be my imagination, but it was uncomfortable. when I mentioned the next day I was told they have cameras...so what?????

Staff was super friendly and helpful with restaurant reservations, walking routes, etc. Room was modern and spotless and a welcome refuge from our long travel day from the US. Bar and restaurant next door was a bonus! Room could have been a little bigger, but it was not an issue.

• enieves2 (10/5): A gem in Bari - Just returned from Bari after my 2nd one week stay at the Dillman. We were there last year, and were so awed by the property, service, location, that returned this year AND will return again next year. The property is well loved, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable all the room amenities work flawlessly. The staff is out of this world helpful, forward leaning, evidently well trained and have vocation for their mission. A big shout out to Rafaella, Alissa and Norberto. The location is perfect. Close to the city center, old town and a 8-minute walk to Bari-Centrale (main train station). They have a breakfast -and evening eatery next door that is very convenient. The staff is equally superb. The food is well prepared and presented. Licia, Faldo and Vito are personable and have the same service vocation as the rest of the staff. We are already planning our next trip to Bari- and would not consider staying anywhere else other than the Dillman.

• Ashley (9/5): Great place to stay to explore Bari and the wider region - Beautiful, well-equipped room in a central location near the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was not great. Much better options in local coffee shops and cafes.
• Marc (10/5): Awesome surprise in Bari - The staff especially Alexia and Raphaella, were amazing to work with, they attended to our every need, they were always above and beyond greatness, diner reservations, taxis, ideas about old town restaurants or shops, i needed guidance about local wine shops, they had it all. Very centrally located and easy to walk to anything, we would definitely go back, Ciao Wifi signal had some bad moments but that’s it

• Rozaini (9/5): We had a lovely time exploring from this central location & the team at reception was wonderful! - Great location & excellent team of staff. Very courteous, friendly & accomodating. The breakfast was great too! The bed was a little lumpy tho.. may need a better mattress 🫣
• tomastrav (10/5): Wondeful holiday at a great place with a friendly, helpful staff - The property is very well appointed and the location is perfect for both shopping at high end stores and access to the Old Town (historic centre). Since we had a room with a kitchenette, it was particularly handy to have a well equipped food store almost next door to the hotel. All the Dilman staff were incredible during our stay, and went out of their way to be helpful in regard of all our requests. For instance, we were provided a list of good restaurants nearby, and the staff looked after reservations, so we were able to get in easily. They had also arranged for our limo transportation to and from the airport with an excellent company (which also turned out to be less expensive than the Booking.com provider). Thank you Norbeto, Alessia and Raffaella for making our stay in Bari to be so enjoyable.
