• Norbert Andrei (9/5): Nice property - The property is clean and well-located, offering the choice of relaxing by the pool or enjoying its private beach. The staff are friendly, and the food is both tasty and enjoyable. The all-inclusive package was quite disappointing, as it did not feel truly “all-inclusive.” Only soft drinks, house wine, and one type of beer were included. Items such as lattes, cappuccinos, or cocktails were not part of the package. On top of that, cocktails were priced at €12–13 each, yet the preparation was basic and lacked the standard you’d expect at those prices. This is not a criticism of the staff, who were always friendly and helpful, but rather a matter for management. Either provide proper training on cocktail preparation or reconsider charging such high prices. It was also surprising that so many items were excluded from an all-inclusive plan—something I’ve never experienced before. For the price we paid, this was disappointing. On a positive note, the food was tasty and my compliments go to the chefs, although the selection was quite limited throughout our stay. Overall, the property deserves a good rating thanks to the incredible staff—from cleaners and chefs to receptionists and waiters—who were consistently welcoming and professional. However, given the cost, I could find better value elsewhere, which makes me hesitant to return. I hope this feedback helps management improve, as the staff themselves were truly excellent.

• LIVIA (9/5): - Hotel bellissimo situato in un punto strategico perché puoi raggiungere facilmente sia Kassandra che Sithonia, in una zona molto tranquilla. Siamo stati in una double superior con terrazzino vista mare, con climatizzatore e zanzariere. Ci sono diverse aree tutte estremamente godibili come la piscina con l’ open bar e baristi molto simpatici, il giardino e il roofgarden con tramonti mozzafiato e una spiaggia privata meravigliosa. La pulizia è impeccabile. Il personale dell’albero è molto gentile e accogliente , pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Lo staff è disponibilissimo, la cucina di una bontà unica con grande varietà e assortimento di buffet, non si sente il bisogno di andare in nessun ristorante . Non volevamo più tornare perché i proprietari fanno sentire tutti parte di una famiglia.

• Ludmila (6/5): Pleasant - Hotel is clean, food is mostly very good and various. The beach is close, sea is amazing and pools are also perfect.Glavas has a big potential.Location is totaly quiet. They should not call all inclusive what they are offering. Lot's of times ice cream is extra(12-17:30), coffe is extra.. And their ice cream is really basic, small and not very tasty. Also location lucks some activity, you basically cannot go anywhere. 2km is shop and nothing around..For sea and relax is perfect but if you want to go somewhere must take car.
• Zahari (10/5): Pleasant stay - The hotel is very close to the beach, around 4 minutes walking, the path is on a hill. The hotel is across the road, but they have very useful bridge and elevator to get safely across the other side. The food and drinks are very pleasant, you can find something for every taste. The view is breathtaking. A lot of plants and trees on the hotel grounds, they take very good care of them, they even some exotic types. All are taken care of, trimmed and watered daily. Some of the hills are pretty steep, but they have came up with various ways to go around them - elevators and roof pathways. The pool is very deep on one end and the depth wasn't labelled.

• Ilda (8/5): Very good - I stayed 5 nights in Glavas Inn with my husband and our two kids. The hotel has a great view with all the facilities, the room was clean and the food was very good and tasty. For breakfast there weren't served many things but during lunch and dinner the food was very good, especially the salads prepared by Eva who was very helpful also. The two ladies at the reception, Alexandra and the other lady were ready to assisst at any time. I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any bottle of water in the fridge or during meal time, instead you had to pay for it. There was not any toilet in the beach area and to get to the room there were a lot of stairs. It was very difficult as we had our son's stroller with us all the time.
• Maria (4/5): There’s a lot of promise when looking at the photos of the property. However the rooms need MAJOR TLC. There needs to be - The staff were kind, especially the girls that worked in the buffet cleaning up the tables. They were always smiling and sweet. The bar staff was kind too. The food was fine, as it varied from day to day and there were different offerings from the Greek cuisine. The rooms were not cleaned properly. We found lots of dust and dirt on the floor and many ants and spiders. There was hair in the minibar fridge on the bed and in the bathroom. The shower was leaking. There was rust on the toilet flush as it sprayed water every time we flushed. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The beer was really watered down.

• Neliya (8/5): Thanks to all the great team of the hotel! - The location of the hotel is really good. You can enjoy amazing views during the whole day and night. The staff was amazingly kind, especially Aleksandra from reception, Anna and Tatyana from the restaurant. The manager was also really understanding. Thank you for your kindness! The food was extremely low quality product. We expected the lovely Greek food as usual - fresh vegetables and fruits, but was not god at all. Especially if you are with a kid, it’s not pleasant at all.
