• TutorSO (10/5): - One of the most beautiful places. It gives the vibe from my hometown houses. Old, chick, spaciously spacious, home-like. The view is great, the position of the place. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect.

• Imogen (9/5): Comfortable for big families. - The apartment was huge, clean house, very big rooms & comfortable beds. Great location, supermarket just opposite the building. There is a lift as well which is a big plus when you have kids. The owner is reachable aswell. Although the one baby bed was broken, the owner brought a new bed the following day. One plug in living room was broken and kids did put fingers in all the time which was dangerous. Pillows were not comfortable enough.

• MARIA ANGELA (9/5): Apartamento palaciego - Hemos sido 6 personas, una experiencia estupenda, el apartamento es palaciego, está muy céntrico y además tiene un supermercado buenísimo en frente si quieres preparar alguna comida, desayunar, en la estupenda cocina. Impresionan muchísimo los espacios tan grandes. Por rizar el rizo, y ya de manera estética, no me gusta que las puertas de los baños abran hacia afuera, xq tienes que tenerlas siempre cerradas, si no, no ves el maravilloso pasillo😍 pd: el suelo de madera vibra.
• Aleeyah (8/5): We enjoyed the space as it was huge and nearby to the city centre. The price was very much worth the money and reasonabl - The space was huge, basic utilities were complete and working properly. Its close to the city centre, only takes about 15 min-20 walks. Also, the place is near to great cafes and there is also a grocery store right outside. Rickety floors. And can hear neighbors moving upstairs while trying to sleep.

• Oksana (4/5): A bit dirty apartment in good location. Remove the rugs once you are in the apartment they are dangerouse - The location and spacious The doorframes, wall, doors were all stained and dirty. The rugs on the floor had no anti-slip mat / layer underneath. The floor was like an ice rink. My husband stepped on the rug and fell . He injuries his shoulder very badly. The owner responded - no one knew those things can happen to the rugs and no one ever reported the accidents. As if they were going to admit. Anyway the rugs are there and I doubt they will be removed . So be careful, they are dangerous to walk on

• Oksana (10/5): - It was very cosy! The flat is unrealistically large! There were 10 of us and we fit in perfectly. We liked everything—the style, cleanliness, location. There is absolutely everything you need in the kitchen and in general for a good rest! Everything is great! Go ahead and book this incredible apartment!

• Zimnijenot (9/5): Modern, spacious apartment in a nice area with convenient check-in and caring hostess - Modern, comfortable, spacious apartment in a very nice area. Very convenient in terms of moving around the city. The hostess (Mirella) is very nice. Polite, caring. She responded very quickly and was always ready to help. Great place, wonderful experience. Definitely highly recommended! Online check-in via keybox is also very convenient.
• Chompoonuj (9/5): Good Apartment for travelling family. - The apartment is very big and offers a large space to use, plus the beds are comfy. There was a lift that was good for accessibility and with shops, a supermarket and a cafe which were close to apartment. It was a short walk to some transport links. It could have been better if there were spare pillows as some in the bedroom were flat. Couldn’t find the spare one in the apartment.

• Joseph (9/5): SoHo Style Apartment with grand entry that made me feel right at home! - We had an amazing stay at this Soho-style apartment, and it exceeded all our expectations! The grand entry and the spacious layout made a fantastic first impression. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a large open layout that was both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay. The Wi-Fi was outstanding—strong enough for both of us (working in tech) to handle conference calls seamlessly. The bedrooms were cozy with super comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, this apartment is perfect for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable home base in a vibrant area. Highly recommend, and we’d love to stay here again! While the TV wasn’t working when we arrived, the property manager was quick to respond and very attentive, ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable stay despite the minor hiccup it was a positive stay.

A spacious apartment with clean, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Excellent and quick response to all of our questions or concerns. The large space felt a little bit "bare bones" with heavily used/worn seating and limited living room seating. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen, which had plenty of dishes and a large fridge, had limited cooking items. For example, there were no large serving bowls. Finally, that red chair needs to be cleaned!
• Kinga (10/5): Fantastic stay for a big family city break - We had a fantastic stay at this spacious apartment in Vienna. Everything was impeccably clean, with a well-equipped kitchen for your convenience, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—close to most of the top attractions in Vienna, with grocery stores and shops just around the corner. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend it! We were required to check in by 3 PM, but our room wasn't ready until 4 PM. Fortunately, we arrived late, so aside from the initial worry when the keys weren't in the check-in box, everything went smoothly. The cleaning lady was nice enough to let us in.
• Giovanna (1/5): Disgusting behaviour from a host, in a run down flat, which ruined our week in Vienna. - Our experience was terrible from beginning to end. We reported many issues to the host but she repetitively told us about her previous good reviews and left us with no electricity in the kitchen and sitting area, a broken bed, broken lamps, a broken toilet, (which she emailed and told us had been a problem before but noone had ever complained) . Utter disgrace. The hosts attitude. The cleanliness of the apartment and the host kept telling me that it is a clean flat. I suppose it depends on your definition of clean but mine doesnt include a dirty bathroom with black mold, dusty floors and a freezer packed with ice. The broken furniture. The torn curtains. The overhead shower doesnt work. The dirty furniture. Not having electricity in the living room and kitchen. The freezer was full of ice and wasn't clean. The apartment is on an interception of a main road and is very very loud. It is fine when all the windows are closed but there is no air-conditioning and the glass amplified the temperature inside the building to 29*c last week. Without exaggeration. (I have a video but can't upload) it was so loud we needed earplugs to sleep with the windows open. The place was obviously photographed a long time ago because now the walls look like a school corridor. If you are looking for a big flat that your children can trash and you don't have to worry about the damage, this is the place to go.

• Charles (10/5): An easy five stars - Total class act from start to finish. The apartment is seriously spacious - if you are coming from HK / NYC / London or similar this will be an absolute breath of fresh air. Rooms have wardrobes, comfortable double beds. The sash windows match the elegance of Old Vienna well - it feels like you too are staying in the Belvedere! Shower is strong and warm, bathrooms neat, unfussy and clean. Kitchen area also functional if not lavish. Location can’t really be beaten for a museum / monuments focused tour. We were six and it was very comfortable indeed. The host, Mirella, was also accommodating, polite, efficient and timely which made everything very stress free. The pillows have seen some lengthy service at this point, and could benefit from being replaced; could also use a bit more crockery in the kitchen. That's about it!

• Rick (10/5): Excellent apartment for up to 6 people - The apartment is very large, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one small one with toilet and the other large with toilet) plus a bathroom with rain shower and large sink). Living room / dining area is very spacious with a huge round table where we sat for breakfasts and some dinners. The kitchen area is open to the living room and very large, and the hosts provided a regular drip coffee maker and a coffee pod type of coffee maker, plus the cabinets had ground coffee and sugar provided. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes to serve 6 people at least. Grocery store right across the street. Easy walking distance into old Vienna and historic areas that you want to visit. Excellent choice of a place to stay. Nothing to improve, from our POV.

Very close to the Naschmarkt with plenty of restaurants around and a supermarket right across the street. The host is very responsive. Have to get used to the squeaky parquet floor.

• Jo (9/5): Would recommend highly - Lovely apartment, huge and extremely clean. It was brilliant to stay in what felt like an authentic Viennese building - gorgeous high ceilings, big rooms, and ornate features. We loved the location - so close to the Naschmarkt (5 mins), an easy 15 minute walk to the cathedral in the inner stadt and 5-10 mins to the nearest metro. Lots of places to eat very close by if you wanted to stay local plus a Hofer (Aldi) and a Billa supermarket literally across the road. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was powerful, the heating was very generous and we found it to be exceptionally quiet with no noise from the road or inside the communal hallway. The owner Mirella was patient, professional and quick to respond when we contacted her. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Vienna. We had a problem (might have been us?) with the online process to receive the download entry code which was sent very last minute leaving us on the way to the apartment with no idea how we were going to get in. The owner was able to sort it out quickly but this added some stress in to our arrival. Wifi was pretty patchy in the middle of our stay - travelling with teenagers wanting stream/ download stuff in the evenings and it struggled with this - fine for internet browsing (but full disclosure, I didn't give the owner chance to resolve it).

• Nadeem (10/5): Can’t get better in Vienna!!! 10/10. - Wow! What a place. Great size, location and super helpful owners...Mirella was an angel!!! Family of five stayed in comfort. Fully equipped apartment and there was even some essentials like tea, oil and condiments to start you off. Aldi (Hofer) nearby for everything else. Great for Karlsplatz underground which basically links everywhere. One stop from Stephensplatz.
