The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The interiors were modern and comfortable, making it feel relaxing after a long day. The food was absolutely excellent — every meal was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety. The breakfast spread was especially impressive. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The ambience of the hotel was calm and pleasant, and the overall hospitality exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families as well as business travelers. Rooms were Clean and all Staffs were amazing. At dining Chef Madan made a lovely fish curry .Thanks to Purchase manager Mr.Regu Selvam who got many varieties of Fish which we don’t get even in 5 stars (Which serve only basa fish)and was served by Raja,Ponvelan,Alex,Suganya,Aishwarya and Arun. Had a wonderful stay.

Samson Raj at the reception is very efficient and polite and takes care of all needs professionally. Even before making the payment I enquired whether the room was clean. To my dismay the toilet was not sanitized and to my shock from 5.30 am in the morning I could hear noise from the next door and when I checked I was shocked to see that the room was just next to the gym. I explained to them that such a room should not be given to customers who check in so late just for a peaceful stay. • Priyal (8/5): Been staying here each time i visit Tirunelveli. - Location great-been staying here many times. The entire facade of the room, the light and AC needs to be upgraded and services. I can see the wear and tear, the grout on the sink and the glass door, some things can be deep cleaned for the new effect. Other than that, bed is comfy and pillow is great. Buffet is excellent, we seldom ate outside because we were worried of the cleanliness of the shops outside. Kerala restaurants are clean and you know you wont be sick but the same cant be said about other states, so I keep my Probiotic with me as a deterrent for upset tummy. I think the hotel can do much better with the amount of money we paid. Upgrade of the facade, lighting needs changing, clean the water mark on the glass door, grout in sink.

• madhanc2023 (10/5): A Lovely stay at the Nellai GRT Regency... - Having known about the brand and the reputation, had chosen GRT Regency at Thirunelveli for a overnight stay. Though it was a short stay, we enjoyed the stay at Regency. Be it the luxury, cleanliness, warmth of the staff and the lavish breakfast, GRT has come a long way in transforming their customers feel good factor to the next level. I had been to GRT Zibe at Hyderabad on a family trip and I enjoyed that property as well. The only suggestion I have for Regency is to have a hanger fitted inside the bath room, which would be helpful. Further, I checked in a bit late in the night and I expected my baggage to be shifted to my booked room, however I couldn't get an assistance from the front office. These finer things should be taken care and I believe these suggestions would be well taken into consideration at your end. The Hotel is also placed within the town limits and is easily accessible. Looking forward to more such stays at GRT.
