Umazana tla (ostanki hrane, nohtov, prahu), neočiščeno stranišče, umazana jedilnica, ob 8. uri, ko naj bi postregli z zajtrkom, ta še ni bil pripravljen, jedilne mize in sedišča so bila napospravljena.

Zeynep (10/5): Kesinlikle yeniden gitmek isteyeceğim bir otel - Otelin konumu ideal, gölün hemen karşısında, şehir merkezine 5-10 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Bahçe ve konum sayesinde doğa içindeymiş hissi yaşıyorsunuz. Deluxe odamız geniş ve tertemizdi. Kahvaltı kifayetli, personel de gayet güler yüzlüydü. Tek dezavantaj, klima sadece oda anahtarıyla çalıştığı için, dışarı çıktığınızda odayı serinletmek mümkün olmuyor. Alt kattaki odalar doğrudan havuza açılıyor, perdeleri sürekli kapalı tutmak pek hoş olmasa gerek. Bizim oda 1. katta ve balkonluydu, tercih edilir.

Göksel (8/5): Güler yüzlü çalışanlar - Otelin araç park alanına aracımızı teslim edip resepsiyonda karşılandık ve anahtarımızı teslim aldık.Oda, 3 kişi için yeterli malzemelerle donatılmış ve düzenliydi. Cumartesi akşamları canlı müzik oluyormuş, çılgın bir müzisyen ve ekibi ile çok eğlendik. Kahvaltı da ortalama diyebilirim.Bu otelin tek sorunu az personelle çalışıp hizmette yetersiz kalmak, bu durum ise günümüz ekonomik koşullarını düşününce normal kabul edilebilir. Otelin suçu yok, ekonomi berbat. Tüm bunlara ek olarak odaları temizleyen arkadaş denetlenmeli çünkü balkonda haşere dışkıları vardı ve epeydir su değmediği anlaşılıyordu. Duş kabininde bir önceki misafirden kalan şampuan birikintileri duruyordu, banyoyu bir kova su ile yıkamak yeterli olmaz, dezenfekte denilen işlem her otel müşterisinin hakkı. Temizlik görevlisinin kabahatini saymazsak bence otel beklentiyi karşılayan, samimi çalışanlara sahip, havuzu ve zeytin ağaçlarıyla insanı dinlendiren özelliklerde, temizlik personeli hariç herkese teşekkürler.

Yasin (6/5): - Belki fiyatına göre kabul edilebilir ama genel olarak değerlendirmek gerekirse; yataklar çok sert ve konfordan çok uzak, yatak bazalarının ayakları kırık ve eşimin ayağına bazaya çakılan çivi battı, klima kendini bile soğutamıyor malesef, gece 12ye kadar müzik sürüyor ve alman rapçi şarkıları genelde 😅 hani sözsüz sadece müzik olsa makul olabilir ama öbür türlü çocuğu uyutmakta zorlandık açıkçası. Havuzu güzel, personelde yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor sürekli ama odalar biraz elden geçse iyi olur

DirkW107 (8/5): Off season ? - When I booked into Zeytin Bahcesi early October, the place looked absolutely deserted. I really think I must have been the only customer for the night : the pool had not been cleaned, weeds everywhere around it, broken tiles. Strange, because it is a modern-looking hotel with great location at the lake, well laid-out rooms and stylish restaurant. I got room #202, a good-size room with all amenities that you would expect in an international business hotel : generous double bed with side tables, desk, wardrobe, decent WiFi and TV (I could only find 1 English Channel). View to the garden, full of olive trees. There is only 1 young man at reception and he seems to be there day & night. There is a trendy restaurant where you can have a beer and reasonable meal. It is also where breakfast is served in the morning : normally it starts late at 9am, but I asked for 8am and that was OK. B/fast could be a lot better, but, again, it probably is when the place is full.

Odadaki televizyon bozuktu, sürekli yayın kopuyordu, izlemek mümkün olmadı. Kısaca mükemmel bir haftasonu olmadı. Ödediğim paraya bakınca mutlu oldum diyemem.

Kahvaltıyı beğenmeyenler olmuş da merak ediyorum sarayda mı kahvaltı ediyorlarmış?!! Eş, dost, akraba, yandaş değilim; sahiplerini de tanımam ama kahvaltı da her şey de çok güzeldi, ilk fırsatta tekrar gideceğiz.

Evanthia (9/5): A very good hotel - A very good hotel with helpful staff especially Yunus at the reception and Mr Ozkan the manager of the hotel. We were upgrated to a better room than the one we paid for. The room was spacious, clean with all the amenities with a balcony to enjoy the view to the lake. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. There was parking infront of the hotel which was very convenient. The pool was clean with enough sunbeds for everyone. The only problem was the internet connection which was not stable.

Aslan (6/5): Bad room nut good restaurang and breakfast - A 3 star hotel in this small picturesque but mostly cozy town of İznik, which basically a town filled with anciant history. The hotel is located at almost the end of the Isnik Lake, with a beutiful scenary. There are plenty of parking spots of you travel by car. And there a little garden and a pool, that I didn't try. Outside there are paths for exercise or walking. The room however isn't the best. For this price range it is unfortunately not enough. The bed is alright, even if it is a little bit too low for hotel standards. The air condition is working properly. The shower has good water pressure and the temperature takes it time, but eventually reaches it. The water is sprays a little bit uneven tough. The carpet om the floor is however under all criticism and should be change fast. It was not clean and quite dirty. The towels are almost okay. So don't expect to much of the rooms, only for overnighting. The restaurant however with its wiev and positively "serpme" breakfast, was surprisingly good. Service was excellent and fast. Even If I had to wait for the refill of the tea. Well, the. I had some time to write this review, so all good🙂 Room quality 2, the restaurant makes it 3 star even.

There was some dirt from the job in the corridors and on Sunday the water has stopped for 15 min as before that was running with brownish colour. Besides that, the stuff are helpful and the location is nice, but the hotel should have not welcome guests in that conditions.

IstanbulPhotographer (8/5): Cozy hotel - We have decide to spend one night in Iznik before going to Bursa. We have choosen Hotel Zeytin Bahcesi, it is very nice hotel and situated near lake. We are unlucky that weather is cloudy but in reviews I have seen that there is amazing sunset on lake so it was possible to watch it from hotel if it was not cloudy. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Room is about 10-12 m2 and for family with 4 years old toddler it is enough. There is also restaurant in hotel that serves hotel customers and other customer. We didn’t try restaurant however it seems nice because of view. I guess because of not season some humid on walls appeared however it is not disturbing. I believe that by summer they will be repaired. Rooms are having tv, minibar, safe and wardrobes. There are also heaters additionally a/c. As we come in winter I had some doubts that we will need to run a/c whole night and that dries air but when I see heater I became happy. There are cables under tv table together with electricity plugs and they are so much accessible for my son, so as only negative comment they should be hidden for security purposes. I can advice this hotel to tourists who will come to Iznik, it is nice to wake up near lake.

powerking80 (10/5): Quite Clean and Suitable Price - Location is excellent in front of the lake , rooms are good ,wide and very clean, overall hotel is very clean, the swimming pool is nice , cost is suitable, they have nice family rooms, breakfast is good.

Mevsimin yoğun olmaması ve otelin tenha olmasının avantajını yaşadık. Sorun olmadı. Kahvaltı alelade, vasat. Havuz kenarı zeytin bahçesi ömürlük. Çok keyifli. Odalar, vasat üstü.Otelin butikliği, herşeyin el altında olması avantajını sağlıyor. Her istediğimiz hemen geldi.Merkeze yürüme 25 dakika. Konum, göl kıyısı ancak sahile herhangi bir yatırım yapılmadığı için ıssız.
Verified traveler (8/5): Isnik at a glance - Hotel simples, mas com bom atendimento e custo bem em conta. Muito solícitos. Um pouco longe do centro, mas o táxi era barato e fácil de se conseguir. Café da manhã razoável. A maior dificuldade foi a comunicação, pois somente uma pessoa da recepção falava inglês.

maartenw2016 (10/5): Very nice at the Iznik lake - Very nice hotel, very good service, friendly personnel and always willing to help, and, we also had a great dinner in the garden, with a view on a beautiful sunset. The hotel has a nice pool and close there is the lake. A good location to visit Iznik for a few days.
845eddieb (10/5): Peaceful vacation - This is the second year in a row we've stayed as a family of 3 here and it's been a wonderful. Beautiful pool clean and quiet rooms friendly staff and free breakfast 😉 even tho road work front of the hotel don't allowed us to walk freely we've had to take the back roads which wasn't too bad at all we like walking! We also visited the famous sites like city museum and ceramic paintings shops they're very interesting my partner even paired her own plate at Esra Cini in the city centre which I recommend very friendly shop and the owner is very good 😊 city is very interesting due to the biblical history even latest found of a sunken church in the lake ! Traffic is very busy and we didn't see any foreign tourists but here is loads to see this little town. Fresh produce must be tested like fruit 🍉 and vegetable 🥒 lovely. People are very nice and friendly, taxi charges 10 tl in town anywhere. We a stayed by the pool most of the days due to lovely weather ☀️ of course we didn't hire a car there is a bus going most of the places from front of the hotel charges 2 lira . Sunset 🌅 is great take your camera with you and you might even proposed to your other half 👍we've loved staying here and we can't wait to go again 👍👍👍
starla887 (10/5): Definitely stay here if you're visiting Iznik! - My husband and I took a last minute road trip from Istanbul to Iznik and Bursa. We found this hotel on the internet and truthfully were not expecting anything special. We had a lovely evening here. The hotel is right along the lake shore drive. It's clean, well appointed and the staff are all absolutely fantastic. And as a bonus, we had an exceptional dinner and a couple bottles of good Turkish red in the restaurant.
sandysY2459XQ (8/5): Peaceful Weekend by the Lake Iznik - To be honest, when I was referred to this hotel, I did not expect anything like it. Very clean and nicely designed hotel, great rooms with great view on the terrace level (I did not see the ones in lower level) sufficient enough pool, very kind and friendly staff, a cute dog stationed in the garden that is filled with olive trees. All I can say is it was a great escape after a stressful week. If you need to relax in a silent place in Iznik that is the hotel. Walking distance to the city center. There are historical places to see. Easy and quick access from Istanbul. Overall it was a great weekend escape. The only downside I can mention if i have to is the towels in the room need to be replaced as they have lost their softness. But no big deal at all.....
