Very quiet and felt safe walking to and from the train station all hours of the day! Order free beverages due to Expedia upgrade. Night staff (no English) and daytime (spoke English) understandable being in France but do not advertise bilingual.

Christophe (10/5): - Conveniently close to airport, which is why chose it. A bit of a ways to Old Town, but not too bad via uber. The room was well appointed. The receptionist and staff were friendly and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Caroline (10/5): Fabulous! - What a fabulous hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful guy on reception, who was extremely helpful and polite. The same in the evening with a lady on reception. They are so very professional. The room is truly spotless and the furniture is like new. The bathroom fantastic and again spotless. The bed is one of the best I’ve slept in and the bed linen top quality! Just FABULOUS!

jason (2/5): Look elsewhere for care & hospitality - The worst ever, and I stay many hotels are year round. The front desk guy didn’t want to be there. Pretended he didn’t understand English until Hotels.com called him then he knew English. He told me one thing and told hotels.com another. Then he manipulated the air in my room to extremes back and forth to punish me for reporting to hotels.com. The next morning, the manger didn’t care to hear what I said since he spoke to the front desk guy who no doubt fed more lies to him. There are plenty other hotels around—I suggest finding a different one where they actually care and will not tell different stories to save themself.
Carlos Aguirres (8/5): - Ubicación y precio excelente. El único problema fue que habíamos reservado parking y cuando llegamos dijeron que no. Le mostramos el chat de la reserva y solo dijeron que lamentaban el error pero que no tenían espacio disponible. Cabe resaltar que la chica en recepción nos dio una mejor opción para poder parquear de manera gratuita, sin embargo nos pareció un poco de mal gusto que confirmen la reserva del parking y a la hora de llegar digan que no tienen ninguna reserva. Por lo demás excelente hotel y ubicación si andas en coche.

Rubalpreet (2/5): - They are so terrible and very rude. Guy at reception have his friends in at night in the hotel and they smoke and drink. So unsafe environment with kid and a girl. They dont know how to talk very rude and aggressive. Also they steal my glasses from room. One day kid got sick and started vomiting and we went to reception to ask for blanket they denied saying come back later. Terrible and unsafe hotel. We booked different one to stay out two days

We has 4 pieces of suitcase . we complained to the front desk ,we took pictures . You should first stop selling any rooms with this hotel and pay for our staff which we will trash including suitcases .

Gurmeet (8/5): - Customer service was excellent. Hotel was very neat and clean. Good size rooms equipped with all the basic needs like of hair dryer, toiletries, safe, tea coffee etc were given. We stayed there for three nights. Bed size and mattress were good to sleep.

They charged me for parking but all the pots where taken and the only spot left was way too small for anyone to park. I expect my money back for this

I only got to stay one night instead of two because I missed my connection flight but I will definitely go back the next time I go to Nice. The surrounding area it also worth a stroll and you can find delicious bakeries and restaurants as well and very cute historical streets. The room was clean, quite and very suitable for a family of 4.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately our stay was less than 12 hours; we had an EARLY morning flight so we didn’t get to use the shower, but it looked nice.

There was construction obstructing sidewalks near the hotel entrance. The staff were friendly, but we were disappointed that we were not provided what was advertised.
Verified traveler (4/5): Needs a deep cleaning and new carpet! - Very dusty with stained dirty carpet! Dust on the walls behind the bed and stuck on the air filter. Super rundown for a newer built hotel. Would have been nice to have hair conditioner in the shower. Despite this, at least the sheets and pillow cases were clean.

Allison (8/5): - This property was very nice, and a good alternative location if you want to go to Nice but want to stay somewhere a little cheaper! The hotel is not too far from the train station and the city of Nice is just a short train ride away. The rooms were very nice and included a balcony which we were not expecting! The only thing is that the doors to the balcony would not lock. Other than that one thing, the stay was great!

Eduardo (8/5): - Really nice hotel. Very good taste for decorations. The area is walkable and there are shops and restaurants around but it is not close to Nice. Even the CAP 3000 shopping it is not at a walkable distance due tontoo many bridges to cross. We rented a medium size car and underground parking was very challenging as spaces are very small and narrow Thera was not a single TV channel in English. Being an american hotel chain I'd expect at least to have a couple. Funny enough we could see Chinese and Russian channels with SAP in english Again.. i wouldnt expect that from an american chain
Alexandra (10/5): - Unexpectedly we had an amazing stay at this Best Western. We were looking for a cheap place to crash close to Nice airport and took a chance. Service was great and staff made us feel home. They went above and beyond, for example offering a big breakfast past the allotted time frame. The room was nice and clean with a huge balcony. The bathroom with separate toilet was large and clean. Amenities in the room were like new. Parking on site was perfect. We will definitely stay there again.
