- katrin (10/5): Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne und entspannte Tage in Karlsbad auch Dank der tollen Wohnung .... - Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr groß und sehr sauber . In der Küche alles vorhanden ,was man so braucht . Vom Balkon hatte man einen schönen Blick ins Grüne . Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus . Die Lage ist perfekt ,da man in ca 15 Gehminuten im Zentrum war . Man konnte aber auch direkt in wenigen Minuten ( immer bergauf :-) in die Oberstadt ( außerhalb des Touristenzentrums) wo sich wirklich einige nette und sehr leckere Restaurants befinden ... Und wenn man die Hauptstrasse noch ein wenig weitergeht hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die wunderschöne Altstadt. Nichts
- Frank (9/5): Großzügiges Anwesen am Stadtrand - Die Lage des Objektes ist naturnah und ruhig. Die Innenstadt kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Appartement war räumlich sehr großzügig, sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Beleuchtung ist zum Teil, auch aufgrund der Raumhöhe etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

- Iv (10/5): Skvěle ubytování, vybavené, v okolí přírody a jen kousíček od kolonády. - Velmi nás překvapila velikost apartmánu, kde jsme se málem hledali 😅 V apartmánu byla k dispozici pračka včetně pracího prášku i vše potřebné k dalšímu ošetření prádla. Kuchyň dostatečně vybavena i na vaření, úklidové prostředky též k dispozici. Budova nacházející se kousek od letního kina a spousty zeleně se nachází jen cca 10 minut pěšky od kolonády. Určitě bychom sem jeli znovu. Nemáme co vytknout.

I really liked the old fashioned style, it had a lot of character, so much more fun than yet another clinical grey apartment. Would return. All good really.

- Austel (9/5): - Die größe des Appartement ist gigantisch,es ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist genial Der Ausblick von den Balkonen einfach herrlich. Check Inn problemlos. Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und bemüht. Matrazen sehr bequem. Parken direkt vorm Haus und kostenlos. W-lan sehr gut. Dusche groß und Badezimmer generell sehr groß und schön. Klimaanlage und Heizung sehr gut. Geschirrspüler vorhanden und Haarföhn mit diffuser. TV in deutsch mit allen Programmen. Keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, kein Backofen und kein Toaster,obwohl genug Platz in der Küche vorhanden ist. Die Couch ist kaputt und kann nicht ausgezogen werden. Der Esstisch ist in die Jahre gekommen.

We arrived and waited at reception, thinking it would open at 3 pm, and then the cleaners asked us to leave and wait outside. Eventually I phoned the property and was told the code for the key box. Why didn't they message me to say that there was a key box and send me the code?

- Michelle (9/5): - Das Apartment was wir hatten wsr wirklich schön groß und alle hatten ihren Platz zum Schlafen ☺️ abends war es auch sehr angenehm ruhig, obwohl man direkt an der Straße anbündelt...ein ganz großer Pluspunkt war die Waschmaschine in der Küche, somit konnten wir frische Wäsche wieder mit nach hause nehmen Sowie die fusbodenheizung im Bad 👍 Die Betten waren super unbequem(für mein rücken viel zu weich und zu dpnn die matratze), ich habe die Couch ausprobiert jedoch ging das auch nur so geringfügig....Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht zu Fuß zu erreichen

- Karolina (8/5): - Prima Lage. 10 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Apartment sehr groß. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das echt super.waren mit 2 Kindern da. Man macht ein Check-in online. Dabei könnte man gleich eine Info schicken wo man den Schlüssel herbekommt und wieder abgibt.

- Olga (8/5): Great location in Karlovy Vary - The location is perfect, free parking is a great advantage for the area. Very nice place, warm room, floor heating in the bathroom. It was spacious, the kitchen was really nice. The building itself is good, very well isolated (warm and quiet). The bed was a nightmare for my back. I think it is really old, I couldn't rest well on it. The cleaning was only once during our stay, they could do it more frequently.

The rooms are huge, the kitchen is perfectly fitted with all the amenities, the view from the balconies to the park and the river is absolutely relaxing. Actually, not just the kitchen - every part of the apartment was fully equipped with everything we could think about. Definitely recommend for a family vacation!
- Vicka (10/5): An amazing 3 week vacation - The location is fantastic for those seeking solace in nature and at the same time proximity to the promenade. The building is beautiful and spacious. The apartment is huge and very spacious, well equipped for a ling stay and clean. The bed linen was changed every 3 days and was impeccably clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony, of the Richmond park hotel and the park with Tepla river flowing in front of the building, is breathtaking. Alexey, the owner was very attentive to our requests. The check-in and check- out processes were easily done online. We'd be happy to return. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the elevator isn't operational, though not mentioned in the apartment description. This might be a slight hindrance for aged people like my 77 years old parents. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

We ordered apartments with air conditioning, but even though it was close to +30° on the first day, they didn't leave us the remote control and said they would "fix it" the next day, but the next day they didn't "fix it". They wrote that they don't have rooms with air conditioning.

- Robertas (9/5): Superb - Really spacious rooms, perhaps too big. Beds were comfortable, comfy couch in front of smart tv. Really big kitchen with washing machine (could be a dishwasher also). This apartment is suitable for long time living with a family. Heated floor in bathroom is great. It was warm and cosy. Contrast shower.... Hot to cold changing every 2 seconds. It was not possible to adjust to normal temperature. The only way was to use bath instead of shower. Also the silicone around the bath was all in black mold (fungus). Kitchen has signs of wear (doors and some other elements were damaged, the supports for the doors were not working). The price for the dog was 16€ for 2 nights was paid on site.

Although we didn't use it, there is a washing machine, drying rack, and iron. The apartment is an excellent value. Towels aren't provided, and there is only a little bit of toilet paper, so make sure to bring your own.

The parking place is free of charge and available at any time you come. Additional payment for a cat was 8 Euro per day. Easy walk to the promenade without any climbing. A bit chilly inside at night, but the bathroom is warm. We travelled in March.

- Ismail (5/5): Doesn't worth value for money 💰 - The breakfast was good, staff are friendly , location was on the highway. Does not worth for what you pay. Booked 2 rooms both bathroom facilities are very bad, water blockage for both bathrooms. Old facilities will rated it as one star.
- Yudi (8/5): nice place. - very big place. The location is good. 15 min from city. The Wi-Fi was very bad. If you are in first floor you can hear the noise from the upper floor.
