Pour la cuisine il y a du sel du poivre, de l'huile. L'appartement est bruyant. On entend les voitures qui passent sur la route et le plancher de l'appartement du dessus grince lorsque les personnes s'y déplacent. Ils manquent des ustensiles de cuisine comme une passoire et des casseroles. Le lit dans la salle à manger grince beaucoup.

Does not help with a family booking over multiple rooms. Once 1 person is awake and up it means everyone is awakened

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, as well as the bathrooms. We did not find any problems with the parking, besides the negative reviews I saw about it. I recommend it! The pictures can be a little catfish, making the house looks newer.
• Nicole (8/5): Exactly what we needed for our girls basketball team attending camp. - The property was actually very clean, spacious and accommodated our girls basketball team attending camp down the street. The locks on the doors are awesome made you feel safe. The kitchen is fully stocked. The shower was said to be the best shower out there from all 8 girls! Always had hot water. The water from the tap was totally fine and great to drink. All appliances were updated and working perfectly fine. If we had an issue/question the Propery manager texted me back immediately. Such a great experience. There was so little things inside the property that might bother someone…chipped paint, remotes to TVs didn’t work in some rooms, outlets had some cosmetic issues. All small things that not one person cared about in our group. I mention them b/c I know some ppl would be upset. The parking was not amazing, but we worked with it. Looking from the outside you would have no idea how awesome the inside is.

The host had provided us with all basic necessities needed for a one night stay which is what we did. It’s also close to downtown making it very accessible if you would like to visit downtown Boston Finding parking here is a nightmare. So if you are coming here with a car, highly recommend looking for a parking spot ahead of time for overnight parking

Bardzo dobre info o zameldowaniu (zdalnie).

O anfitriã disponibiliza xampu, condicionador, hidratante e cápsulas para lavar roupa, o que facilita demais qdo se viaja apenas com mala de mão. Apartamento espaçoso e arejado. O anfitrião foi atencioso e respondia rapidamente. Nas proximidades há farmácia, mercado e restaurantes. O piso range muito e é difícil não incomodar o vizinho debaixo. Seria bom informar no anúncio que o apartamento fica no terceiro andar. Minha mãe tem problemas de locomoção e foi difícil subir e descer 3 andares todos os dias. O estacionamento, embora público, não foi tão complicado de encontrar vagas, no entanto, é necessário estar atento à sinalização.

• Friend (10/5): Great location and very large space makes this property a good find. - The location of the property is excellent. Lots to do and see in the area. We walked to get breakfast and coffee in the morning which was nice. We were also able to walk to dinner. The property is very spacious with 2.5 bathrooms which is nice for a larger group. The parking was a little difficult but luckily there are plenty of streets to park on. Be careful reading the parking signs as there may not be parking in certain areas at certain times of the day.

• María del mar (9/5): Recomendable 100% - Recomendable 100% Estancia de 4 noches, familia de 5 miembros de visita en la ciudad. La amplitud del alojamiento, muy bien equipado. Lavadora, secadora, plancha, lavavajillas, muchas toallas y con todos los productos necesarios. La ubicación, a 5 min de estación de metro y supermercado. Buen aparcamiento gratuito, solo comprobar en las aceras los letreros con la información. Para los que no estamos acostumbrados al suelo de parquet, era una tercera planta y aunque pisábamos sin calzado puesto, hacía bastante ruido y podía molestar a los vecinos de abajo.

La zona è tranquilla e molto vicina alla metro. I letti erano molto bassi e scomodi, con base a rete che sembrava avesse delle falle agli angoli.

A pochi passi dalla linea rossa della metropolitana, si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti. Comodo a bar, supermercati e ristoranti. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo.

All beds were comfortable and we found everything we needed (clean towels and sundries) for everybody. It is a good vslue Parking on the street was tricky st times and the property is a drive away from Boston proper.

Close to supermarkets and restaurants and the area is residential and quiet. Large apartment and huge kitchen and fridge and was well equipped. Excellent laundry facilities. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Excellent stay for family with kids. Owner very responsive to messages. The apartment is old and the floors wooden and very loud/squeaky. We stayed on the top floor so was no issue but hate to think what lower levels were like. Also, being the 3rd floor there is no lift and the stairs are very tight to walk with baggage safely. Unable to chain lock the main doors from inside so was nervous with kids opening doors to the stairwell.

Location is close to downtown Boston (5 mins to transit subway station) and free parking on street was available close by with help of a parking app. Parking seems to be an issue all over the city and is in high demand! Kitchen could be better stocked with better cooking utensils and is in need of a new toaster. Very small inconveniences, but overall the apartment was fantastic! I highly recommend this unit for families or small groups (we were a group of 4 friends). Host gave excellent clear instructions how to get there, where to park, and how to check out. Thank you Muny! Kitchen needs new toaster and cooking utensils.

Washing Machine and tumble Dryer after a few days on the road very important and useful to us. Very clean and generally comfortable. The futon seating in the lounge area were uncomfortable to sit on. Property location in a little old and cluttered area of other properties but good proximity to central Boston by train,

The location is unbeatable, allowing us to enjoy the city to the fullest. Communication with Muny was excellent from the start—always helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Without a doubt, we would stay here again. Thank you so much for everything, Muny!
• Patrick (10/5): Great alternative to a hotel at a very reasonable price - They have several extra rooms for larger groups that are locked depending on your party size. But they opened one for my son as we were 5… I also found parking but think I was lucky there!! Easy uber into the city and so much e affordable than staying downtown. Restaurants nearby were good.

• Sheleen (10/5): Wonderful apartment! - There was plenty of space for 2 adults and a teenager, we even get a bed to ourselves each. All the amenities of home and yet close to everything we needed to do in Boston. Walgreens was super close if you forget essentials or even medicines. We walked to several eating places also. Would love to stay here again if ever I find myself in Boston again, thank you very much!

• Hand (9/5): Superb - Suite was large and within close walking distance to some shops. Host provided detailed instructions on check in as well as check out. Not a great area and no on-site parking, but overall the stay was great.

• Christy (10/5): - This lil apartment is located across street from Walgreens and Dollar Tree so was very convenient for the little things we forgot to pack. Safe surroundings. Parking is a lil tricky, but be patient and just drive round the block you will easily find something. Walking distance to the train station. Host was very sweet and helped us with all our needs. Only a few minor issues. The floors and doors are very squeaky, but it is an older home so that is expected we just hope we didn't bother those below us. Our heat did not work and we did need it a couple of nights that were pretty cold, but we told the host and she was gonna have HVAC to come out after we left. Weather was crazy cold one day and got the next so it would have been nice to have some a/c but after thinking about it, I'm sure not many places up north have a/c like we do in the south 😁...all in a lol a great place to stay, easy travel to Salem as well by train. Would stay again at this property.
• Wenbo (9/5): Superb - Very nice guest house in Boston Dorchester area, closed to lots of restaurant and grocery stores, clean and spacious for family or group people. enough cooking and dinning utilities ; affordable price comparing with other hotel. Highly recommended!! Old floor make noise
• Clement (10/5): Relaxing - A third bed in is own room. Spacious and comfortable. TVs everywhere. Nice place to park the car. Easy access. An outside patio. Washing machine.
• Peter (8/5): Very good - Nice large accommodation, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds but kind of low to the floor. Parking instructions provided are really helpful. You can hear the folks above us walking around due to the squeeking floors, especially at night. But they settle down around bed time.
• Graham (6/5): Great if you can get ground floor unit (seniors) - Second time using 3storey set of apartments. Minutes,host is excellent, and responds quickly. Great location close to Savin Hill train. 2nd floor difficult for seniors with large bags. 3 of the 4 persons unable to get bags up stairs. Lounge chair back is broken on one side

• Graham (8/5): Don’t judge this by the exterior. - Self contained apartments close to Savin Hill transit. Well appointed, 2bedrooms, very clean, including washing facility. Excellent communication by manager. Outside appearance caused initial hesitancy but quickly dismissed.

• Janne (10/5): Great option for downtown lodging with much more reasonable price - Locationwise surprisingly good, 10 minutes to city center by subway. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, lots of shops and services in walking distance. Walgreens (pharmacy&goods) just 30 metres away. The apartment has all you need even for a longer stay, communication with the staff worked great as well. Nothing to complain, would happily to use this accommodation again 😊

• May (8/5): Great location, no lift - Nicely presented, table settings were a nice touch. Reasonable climate control. No lift to apartment on 3rd storey, squeaky floors make it easy to disturb sleeping occupants
